The only negative I would have is the Dismiss vs. Cancel options on tours can be a little confusing.

Excellent onboarding product - we use it in two apps
製品を使ってみた感想: HelpHero has been all along the way for us in our journey. We use it in two separate products. It has scaled really well with our business and user patterns. Customer support has been always incredible. For instance, we required WCAG AA accessibility features and they added them within weeks.

Simplicity, the fact that is "just works", scalable, excellent customer service, price
改善してほしい点:
Lack of in-built ability to space out popups over time (e.g. "run this workflow only if the previous one finished at least a day ago"). It can be done by requires coding.

Good for starting cheap, but it lacks in the details
製品を使ってみた感想: Overall I think it was the right choice to go with HelpHero when we started. Not at least because of the competitive pricing. Now with some traction more pro features and a higher level of customization would be needed, but we are stuck there. Now we need to consider switching to a more sophisticated solution, which is not what we would love to do.
良いポイント:
It's inexpensive and easy to set up. The basic functionality is in place and works as intended.
改善してほしい点:
The login flow with the magic link is not convenient. Also, the editor is unintuitive at times. We now have dozens of tours that still can't be sorted in folders. That could need a redesign for sure.

Searching the hotspots/tours is not possible.Sessions are quite short for the Chrome extension, we often need to re-login, which is killing people's willingness on using it.

[sensitive content hidden] is fantastic
製品を使ってみた感想: HelpHero has been a very effective tool to use in a multitude of ways. We've used it for onboarding tours, release notes, announcements & alerts. It has helped us to expose messages far quicker to our users, than if we'd had to develop a popup.

Customer support from [sensitive content hidden] has been exemplary. His professional and simple requests allowed us to resolve a long-standing issue with our integration coding.
改善してほしい点:
I cannot deactivate / draft tours. I have to delete it a recreate the template from a saved doc when ready to reimplement.
