製品を使ってみた感想: With Appointfix, I can remind my clients and potential clients of their appointments with just a few taps. I get to go into the office already having a sense of who is coming and who will need to be rescheduled. No more calling them at 11:05 asking if they’re coming to their 11am appointment- I’ve confirmed it long before!
良いポイント:
Allows for multiple texts per appointment, easily customizable and modifiable, multiple languages available, cost-benefit is outstanding, calendar sync- so much to love

Can’t use it on my computer (or, I haven’t yet found a way to do so)

Absolutely would not recommend
製品を使ってみた感想: I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody.

The interface was fairly user friendly. It looks nice and mostly easy to use.

It was missing key features. It says they sync with Apple calendar. They don’t. And the customer service is horrible.

Hello - I am sorry you had a bad experience with Goldie and sincerely appreciate the feedback. To turn on the sync with Apple Calendar you go to menu > Settings > Calendar Settings > Sync with other calendars. Here you can connect your apple calendar or google calendars to show your events from those on your Goldie app. Related to cancelling and refunding, unfortunately we don't have any control here. Apple requires all subscription management to go through them. We try to make that clear in the web cancellation that you need to go to the app store to cancel, but we will try to do a better job here moving forward. I like that I can schedule our 6 team-members from my phone or laptop, anytime. I like that it can handle our handful of different job categories, as well as our ever-growing client list. The reports and weekly updates are a total surprise to me, but I like them and think they will be useful as I learn about them more.
改善してほしい点:
I really dislike that there is no live chat or phone support. I'm glad I can email a human for help, but a much faster response time would be easier to achieve with phone or chat-and eould be valuable to me. Also if X job is billed at $40/hour, but booked for 2 hours, Id like to be able to have they system "know" that. But, it doesn't seem to be an option. For our business, there is no way it can be possible for clients to book appointments themselves, without a human touch. I wish I could permanently toggle that option off.

Related to turning off clients booking themselves - there are a couple of ways to make sure your online booking site is turned off so clients can't schedule or reschedule without permission. I love Goldie for my business I can control payouts and deposits and can easily get ahold of my clients when ever I neeed to it’s such a easier process

Nothing Goldie does it’s workkkkkk always does !!!
