First 5% came really easy, employees understood their actual results, also they were able to compare themselves. Rest result came up by working with Horas OEE users and implementing proposals. Reports opened everyone eyes, we don't have any argues that it is not possible to achieve better results. Also production OEE showed us differences between factories, therefore appeared future equipment change plans.
