In some cases, it will also list the main subscriber if it is not the member being searched. > > **改善点**: I do not like that the copay/coinsurance is not always accurate. You also can not pull government benefits. Insurance Discovery will also not pull all active coverage and will show the member does not have any coverage about 50% of the time for us. > > PVerify does help in some areas and makes tracking productivity easy. But in a lot of cases I am finding we have to follow up with separate insurance portals to confirm benefits.
