It would take me 3-4 days to get anyone on the phone. After getting them on the phone, I would get transferred 6-7 times, and many times I got disconnected. It is very difficult to understand the person on the phone. Did I say frustration\! To my real estate friends, run from this product due to the customer service. I inherited this system. The monthly is too expensive. They are about $70.00 per month, and others are $10.00 per month. Seems like a predatory business practice to charge you a large sum for an upgrade that is required to keep service then increase monthly fees by 30% after you purchase the upgrade. The magnitude of the monthly increase is obscene and the reason given for the increase is a lame cliche - "Brivo informs us the increase is a result of its ongoing work to improve its suite of services." I certainly did not get a 30% enhancement of services. When I complained online to their customer service, I received a crappy "we apologize for the inconvenience\<" translated as "sorry sucker." > > My experience was not so good.
