The motivation was to go away from traditional accountant and work online together and we succeeded in that vision. We use it for the following financial insiights:- Enter sales invoices- View creditor reports and send reminders- Scan purchase invoices and view debtor reports- daily banking transactions > > **改善点**: The setup was quite complex and therefore without the accountant or a day of training you cannot start with using Exact Online bookkeeping. As I am a 'heavy' user with IT background when I experience a problem, I go and search in the support knowledge base myself and when I do not find the solution I need to escalate, well since a few years the support is a 'first line Indian' support and it sucks.
