We opened an urgent ticket and provided appointment IDs, WooCommerce order IDs, screenshots, calendar screenshots, Google Drive documentation and even WordPress admin access. Despite this, the replies were slow, often generic, and the ticket remained unread for several days at times. We provided detailed explanations, appointment IDs, WooCommerce order IDs, screenshots, calendar screenshots, Google Drive documentation and WordPress admin access. Instead of receiving a timely technical investigation, we mostly received generic configuration checklists at first. Later, we were asked for information that was either already provided or no longer fully available because the client had to move/cancel appointments in the live calendar while waiting for support. The ticket also remained unread for several days at times, even though the case was marked as urgent. For simple appointment setups, Booknetic may be sufficient. But based on our experience, I would not recommend it for business-critical WooCommerce booking systems where overlapping appointments can cause real customer conflicts or financial damage.
