> **良いポイント**: One of the main things that I and my entire team love about Social27 is the reporting feature that is provided to event owners. It helps you better understand your audience and their engagement so that the experience attendee experience can be tailored for attendees and appeal to them even more. After all, that was the main purpose of our move to a virtual/hybrid model,  as we were never able to gain as much insight from live, in-person events.
