製品を使ってみた感想： Great overall experience managing my notes and sharing them with my colleagues. I would highly recommend this over other resources like Evernote.

The ease of sharing my notes with someone, commenting on notes by both primary author and collaborators, auto sync on the one drive.

改善してほしい点:

For some reason, one note seems to perform better on Mac systems but not as much on windows. It crashes a lot on windows.

It was easy to use and for employees to collaborate with. It is great to organize meeting notes and to-do tasks/action items. Especially since you can make multiple tabs and subpages.

改善してほしい点:

It was a little clunky when trying to move OneNote files from one location to another, especially with OneNote files stored in Microsoft SharePoint. We had issues a view times with issues merging changes when many people were editing at once and ended up with lost pages in the document. Also there is no way to recover just a single page if deleted.

製品を使ってみた感想： We are a small team that needs to take notes to keep various information over time on a multitude of small projects. And we do not have a significant budget for this, if at all. OneNote was suggested by a colleague, it faced resistance to adoption from many, but in the end, it does these three basic tasks very well: taking notes, keeping them, and allowing them to be quickly retrieved.

Its integration with Windows, and its almost free nature make it a tool immediately available to collaborators within our IT fleet. Everyone knows how to use Microsoft Office, so everyone knows how to use OneNote. It archives note-taking very well, allows for document retention without cluttering the entire screen, and has a basic search tool.

改善してほしい点:

There are several online tools that are much more attractive in terms of design. However, OneNote still does its job very well: allowing you to take notes, keep them, and find them easily. However, creating dependencies between notes and collaboration is not smooth at all. Other online alternatives do much better. But they require subscribing to plans, while OneNote is integrated into Windows for everyone.

I love that you can make separate notebooks with different subjects for different things. I also love that you can share notebooks or pages that you have created.

I don't like that sometimes it is hard to fix things once they are deleted.

OneNote is great for large companies. We use it everyday. It simplifies things and makes it very easy to share and transport files and documents. I like how you can save in different formats

Nothing really. The user interface can take a little getting used to because of all the tools but that's really any Microsoft app.

Awesome tool to Maintain Notes

製品を使ってみた感想： we are using it very comfortably. we can use this on Laptop, Mobile, tab as well. All notes will be saved and accessed with any device, any time.

良いポイント:

It come with a Multiple things like , we can create Multiples Notes with Multiple Tabs. Auto save option is the best feature.

Some times we are facing Sync issues due to network lags.

The Free Experience of Microsoft OneNote

製品を使ってみた感想： After switching from taking notes on Google drive to using OneNote the change is night and day, its streamlined and easy to keep on top of whenever I need to tend to other matters.

Free to use, and doesn't lock Features behind a paywall. Works well in organizing notes, and projects without unnecessary restrictions. Good for what it looks to provide, and makes keeping notes a breeze. Contains 5 GB of free storage, which I rarely fill half of.

改善してほしい点:

Heard that it only stores locally for windows, but that doesn't affect me or my work, so I can't comment much on that.

製品を使ってみた感想： OneNote, after I reluctantly adopted it for chaperoning an important delegation abroad for a week, has been a game-changer. I was able to take notes in real-time, quickly edit them later that afternoon, and present a beautiful, thorough, and rather polished report straight from exporting my OneNote file before we had boarded our flights back home. Everyone was impressed, as was I, with the time-saving aspects of OneNote, and I have not looked back. I have since used it for long-form documents that need a lot of brainstorming, editing manuscripts, and general meeting note-taking.

I love that I can get all my thoughts down in one go, all over the page, and come back to process, reorder, and format it later. It makes it very easy to make visually appealing notes and export the information to others.

改善してほしい点:

It did take me some time to get the hang of OneNote when it first came out (and when we first started using it around 2018-2019). So, I wouldn't necessarily expect everyone to know how to use it and don't really trust my colleagues to properly annotate on my OneNote file (I usually only send them the PDF once I'm done). Also, although its easy enough to find things within one OneNote tab, it can get messy when dealing with sub-notes, etc.

Easy note taking with a lot of organizational options within notebooks (sections/pages etc). Formatting can be applied to call out information easily and its a little easier to start note taking than with a full processor like Word.

Juggling multiple notebooks can be challenging and have had issues going from the desktop application and the web applications as syncs do not always happen quickly between the versions.

I love that it integrates with the Microsoft Suite, and is a way to digitize my notes. I have multiple tabs, but can access all of my notes in one place. Lots of great ways to organize information.

I'm not always able to format the text the way I want to, would like more options like Word has.

It was the first tool I came across that actually felt like taking notes on a piece of paper but on steroids when it comes to links, images and much more. Whether its the local or cloud based version you're in for a treat.

The search engine is not optimal. The price is a bit expensive. If versioning/version control is a big requirement for documentation you should consider something more enterprise grade than OneNote.

I love how easy it is for me to create my uni notes, use the platform to organise, plan and track my assignments on time and also be able to do all this at a fair price.

改善してほしい点:

I hate the fact that there's no app that I can use offline with more features from apps like Notion. It would be nice to have all the different templates that other people use being introduced to Onenote as well.

An obvious choice for those embedded in the Microsoft ecosystem, but probably not for anyone else

製品を使ってみた感想： As a OneNote user for many years and with an extensive collection of notebooks there is little incentive to change, however the app is feeling increasingly stale and anachronistic. While within the Microsoft ecosystem it remains an obvious choice (unless real-time collaboration is required) but less so for toehrs

Bundled with Microsoft subscriptions and embedded into SharePoint and Teams it should be the first note management solution evaluated by anyone in the Microsoft ecosystem. The best experience comes with the Windows or MacOS desktop client, but the browser-based client and mobile apps are adequate.

For those not embedded in the Microsoft ecosystem OneNote is not an obvious candidate. For those that need to use the browser based client that experience is noticeably more limited than the desktop client, which Microsoft have threatened to retire. And Microsoft is promoting Loop, which is a more modern alternative.

製品を使ってみた感想： It has been a godsend as I need a way to preserve and organize hundreds of documents that were previously maintained by a coworker who was retiring. I stepped in as the new knowledge keeper of the department but needed a better way to make sense of years' worth of information. OneNote allowed me to hyper organize all of the documentation while taking things to an even more detailed approach.

There are several ways to own a notebook (cloud, local storage, etc.) so it can be confusing to end users when trying to identify where they notebook "lives".

製品を使ってみた感想： On the whole, I enjoy OneNote as a note-taking/document management app. Especially if you're heavily using the Microsoft stack, it integrates well with the rest of the office suite.

I love how easy and unobtrusive the UI is. Navigating around hundreds of notes and diagrams is made relatively easy.

Occasionally the backup and sync freezes, meaning that when I come to access those notes on another PC they aren't there, which is very frustrating.

製品を使ってみた感想： I've been using OneNote for the last year and have had an excellent time learning the software and conturing it to my benefit. My co-worker all share a OneNote where we are able to input our thoughts and work with eachother when we don't see eachother face to face.

OneNote has one of the best formats of notetaking compared to a traditional pen and paper. Its adaptable for for school and work note taking. It's the perfect app to use to contribute with a group of people if you want to share your note or combine notes together.

The only issue I have with OneNote is if you're using the website compared to the app there's more styling feature on the website that you can't use on the app.

Unfortunately, since I cannot set reminders in OneNote, it remains my backup notepad- despite it having amazing features which my main app does not have yet.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall my experience is a delightful one I have nothing to complain about with its free price tag and its lightweight software capability to where it's almost virtually non existent yet a very powerful reminder system when it comes to remembering what I need to do at each and everyday.

Light on your computer resources and heavy on the reminder side.Easy to pin or on pin.Or have your notification sent to you however you like and keep notes and to do lists and other things that you may need to remember throughout each and every day a great app overall.
