Difficult onboarding

製品を使ってみた感想： Not good. It appears to be a powerful system but zero training and support make it a nightmare. I had to plead for help for a 30 minute call because of problems. Both sessions lasted longer because it even took staff that long to help with 1 or 2 things, Not getting to all my questions. The person was helpful but this stuff takes time to implement. I started w 2 houses and have 2 more. One would think they would want to make sure i have a good experience to get more sales.

Onboarding is pretty much non existent. Would have eliminated 5 double bookings and days of waiting for answers if only they took 1 or 2 30 minute sessions for a call. Most of time, you email with a problem and wait. Sometimes for 24 hours before getting a response.

製品を使ってみた感想： My experience with Ownerrez has been 100% positive since I onboarded almost a year ago. The customer service is stellar; the program is user-friendly; the reports are easy to create; and, the website program is easy to set up, revise, and use.

My number one favorite thing about Ownerrez is it has an amazing, responsive customer service team! The onboarding one-on-one Zoom meeting was a game changer for me, as I'm an older generation and not as tech-savvy as I'd like to be. My questions that I've had, to date, have been thoroughly answered in a timely manner and with respect and encouragement. I believe my learning curve was greatly reduced because I was able to ask questions and get immediate feedback. My second favorite aspect of Ownerrez, after the live customer service assistance, is the incredibly user-friendly library of videos covering, literally, every single aspect of setting up and using Ownerrez. Step-by-step, easy to understand, screen shots of every step; it makes it really easy to research something I need help with before I have to call or email for assistance. As my confidence has grown in maneuvering and understanding the workings of the site and my website through them, I've become more adept at finding answers myself. My third favorite aspect of Ownerrez is the website capability. I BUILT MY OWN WEBSITE, and I'm an old Boomer! It was that easy and, again, I had easy to follow, step-by-step instructions and access to a live customer rep when I had questions. I love my website and I'm comfortable maneuvering around the dashboard to make changes and/or look for specific data.

Effectively managing a short term rental is complicated. I did a lot of research and even tried another channel management system before settling on OwnerRez. It's a very powerful platform for not only channel management but, through its best-of-breed integrations, facilitating every aspect of your SRT business. Most importantly, they provide the best support I have encountered for any software product -- full stop. Beyond extensive online support, they are behind you every step of the way with insightful answers and suggestions that that make it clear you are dealing with a team with deep knowledge of and passion for the STR business.

There is nothing not to like. As with any business software, you get out of it what you put in, but the effort will pay dividends if you are serious about optimizing your STRs.

OwnerRez: more than a channel manager!

製品を使ってみた感想： Exceptional! OwnerRez, the product, has allowed me to do what I needed to do to be able to offer Direct Rentals to potential guests. The software does everything I need it to do: syncs calendars across all channels, streamlines email communications with guests, automates communications with guests, manages all channels, accepts credit card payments securely through Stripe, and most importantly, we can purchase Damage Protection to protect our property from potential losses that are so risky with renting to people you do not know. I could not find any other company that offered this to us. Your support staff are exceptional. I have had very positive interactions with others at OwnerRez as well, if only in email.

I managed my two beach properties for a year without using a property management software to help, so when I took the plunge to purchase OwnerRez, I was very nervous because of the enormous growing curve that I had trying to get familiar with it. I had no experience using any software of any kind, but the customer service I have received from OwnerRez over the last two years has been exceptional. They have answered every question I have had with not only the highest level of competency but also with such kindness and patience. In a world where excellence and integrity are sadly lacking in practically every service industry, OwnerRez stands out above the rest. Their user friendly software and superb customer service have allowed me to run my business with efficiency and excellence. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to others!

She outlined our calls, followed up on things went over things if I had questions concerns. She is an amazing person and I truly enjoyed our one on one’s and learned SO MUCH! I appreciate OwnerRez and the way that they go with their web meetings. I belong to numerous Facebook groups that support OwnerRez. I find that they have numerous resources that are invaluable to me as I go through the process of learning more and more about the software that manages my business. I feel confident now because of Layla’s help and everyone there at OwnerRez helping go over the things that need to be set correctly in the software. I feel like I am set up for success. BEST Tech Company for Short Term Rentals Highly Recommend It

製品を使ってみた感想： I had low expectations when I first started the free trial of this company service for my 3 year old Airbnb rental business. Everything felt a bit intimidating to start with. But boy once I got assigned by the onboarding team I was blown away by their reps' efficiency in email responses and especially the complimentary training by Adrielle. She is so sharp, competent and knows the products in and out. I attended their free webinars, watched and read so many training tutorials Adrielle sent me. Everything was so well documented and it completely boosted my confidence that I can do this thing. The one thing drew me to try this product is the direct booking website, since I am really struggling with my Airbnb bookings and I am trying to cut cost and be more competitive in pricing by eliminating the Airbnb platform fees. Adrielle walked me through on how to set up the website and she even sent me a customized tutorial video after I sent them an email with more questions. I tell you this company works like a well oiled machine. What surprised me and also impressed me is that they have some very experienced property managers on the team who are not your typical young tech guys but older ladies who know a lot about the hospitality industry and are so tech savvy. I can't tell you how pleased I am with everything they do. I even looked up if they are publicly traded company, as I am prepared to buy their stocks if they are. That's how impressed I am by this company and its employees. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a rental business. They will help you to succeed. No doubt!

Amazing Property Management Software for Short Term Rentals- It's Useful Even if You Only Have 1 STR

Even though it was a steep learning curve, the customer support, the help articles, and the help videos have been more than supportive in ensuring I had a smooth onboarding process. The features & integrations OR provides (security deposit, rental agreement, etc.) really help me to start my Airbnb last year.

I enjoy the fact that ownerrez helps me manage my Airbnb listing like a business and helps me to automate things I didn't realize could be automated. Even though Airbnb does have similar features, I love how OR allows me to pivot onto other platforms and with direct bookings if needed.

I don't like the fact that there isn't an app to download from the app store. I also wish there was more customization features on the rental agreement in terms of text boxes that are mandatory. For example, I wish I could have a separate textbox that the requires the name for each guest rather than typing a bunch of names in 1 textbox

It absolutely integrated my entire vacation rental process. It is truly life changing. OwnerRez handles all my direct bookings, my booking.com bookings, my Airbnb bookings, collects all the payments, and does all of the communications (and can even auto update the door codes).

It was a time consuming setup process, but it was well worth every minute spent. (In fairness, as a rookie user i created 7 listings at once.)

製品を使ってみた感想： When I started in this business, I managed 10 properties and did everything by hand with spreadsheets. I communicated with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for weeks before making the leap to purchase the software and web hosting. I remember being so afraid to leave what I knew and start with something unfamiliar, even though creating month-end statements were taking up a whole day and organizing each day took way more time than it should. I definitely lost sleep over how to move forward. I also remember telling [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] that if this works, I'll yell my satisfaction from the rooftops! Here I am, on the rooftops.

The biggest positive is the quick and responsive customer support. I often don't have time to go through the forum to see if the answer already exists and will shoot an email over to the help desk. I usually get a reply within an hour or two. If there is an article that will help, they send that too. My second favorite is the ribbon calendar that I can color code as I need. It is easy to read in the fly which is how I operate on most days. The third favorite thing I use is the daily report so I can easily print the report on the way out the door and have all I need at a glance. Add to these the other helpful components that are really TNTM ("too numerous to mention") such as charts, comparisons, easy listing adjustments, and other tools I will probably never learn to use.... this software is really packed full of what each user needs for their own purposes.

There isn't anything I like least - although there are tasks of my job that are less appealing than others, such as assigning rates. I am learning how to grasp some of the larger concepts in this area but the software "makes sense" in how the different components of pricing is deployed - rates, seasons, discounts, etc.... Once one creates the greater goals, implementation becomes intuitive. As mentioned before, I have been very fortunate to have help from the developers on how to implement pricing despite the tediousness of the task.

The customer support team filled in the blanks anywhere I got stuck or lost. I became well versed in how to work all aspects of the software fairly quickly which is a testament to its user-friendly interfact.

It is nearly impossible to list all the features about Owner Rez that I feel I could not (and certainly would not want to) live without. It is the single most important tool that I use in managing my two properties plus the five additional properties I manage for friends. I utilize about 80% of the software so it is exceptionally cost-effective for me considering all it does to save me time and to provide excellent communications and customer service to my guests. I have recommended it to hundreds of other owners and have personally set up many who wanted to use it but were daunted by the idea of getting started. It is logical, fast, thorough and the customer service I receive in the few instances I've gotten "stuck" trying to do something has been incredibly fast.

I wish there was a way to send automated texts to guests using my own cell phone number for replies rather than having to use a 3rd number that populates back to the software only. It's impractical for me to have to check the software for replies vs the replies coming into my phone. So I still handle my texts to guests manually.

The most important first step in managing the Guest experience is removing the "middle man", and that's hard to do in the short-term rental business. Yet that seems to be exactly what has been driving the OwnerRez team as they have developed their software (and service). OwnerRez enables you, the Owner/Host, to take greater control of the Guest Experience from beginning to end. There's still a lot for you to do beyond that to ensure a great Guest experience, but this particular aspect of the the OwnerRez value proposition is pure gold to Owner/Hosts looking to deliver a great experience for their Guests.
