> **良いポイント**: Diligent allows my school district to comply with Sunshine Law requirements to post the agenda topics and helps to promote community engagement. I appreciate the fact that everything—agendas, meeting minutes, policies, calendar are stored in one secure, and searchable location.

> **改善点**: Diligent Community is a web-based board portal where board members and others with privileges can access meeting materials, agendas, and notes. However, I find that the public-facing search tool can be difficult to use and does not always deliver intuitive results. I find it difficult to search for older meeting materials and I believe that this is one of the product's biggest weaknesses.

> My overall experience with Diligent Community has been largely positive. The platform provides a centralized, secure space for managing board agendas, minutes, and public documents, which has significantly streamlined our governance processes. I particularly appreciate the user-friendly interface for building agendas and the ability to share materials with the public in real time, which supports transparency and compliance with Sunshine Laws.

That said, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially for new or less tech-savvy users, and setting permissions can sometimes feel overly complex. A few technical glitches have occurred—usually during updates or when accessing video content—but they were typically resolved quickly.

Despite these minor challenges, Diligent Community has improved collaboration among board members and staff, and made it easier to keep the community informed and engaged. It’s a strong tool for any organization looking to modernize its board operations.
