I think once a user is added to the system that i should be able to just allow them to see what is needed. > > Overall my experience with E-maintenance is exceptional. The team has worked with me to modify our accounts to fit our specific needs. Our CSM is always touching base to see if there is more that they able to do to assist our needs. Hopefully our team decides to move to X5.
