Acumatica a True ERP for the Construction Industry.

製品を使ってみた感想： Acumatica has brought all the areas of our business together in one software which is allowing for an improved business decision making process.

良いポイント:

The integration of business functions are the most useful components of Acumatica, bringing our finance and project management functions together. The software is easy to implement when working with a Acumatica Partner on the implementation process. To date all features we require have been found in Acumatica other than Payroll which is going live in Q4 2023.

改善してほしい点:

In order to be able to provide the robust reporting and project tracking features it is important to enter information very accurately, the learning curve for new users can be steep.

製品を使ってみた感想： Mostly positive, it is our inhouse ERP and we install it for other firms. We recieve good feedback from clients.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall experience sucks. I believe this is partially not Acu's fault. Don't use Kensium as a VAR, or IIG.

Um, it mostly works. Allegedly it's totally customizable.

Can't get basic financial statements. It's extremely spendy. Would prefer to be on NetSuite.

製品を使ってみた感想： It is a wonderful system, flexible, easy to use, and it is wonderful to have all our data in one place and easy to find, export and analyze.

The fact that the timecards do not have a separate module to close financial periods with but are included in the AP module.

Beginning to See the Light

製品を使ってみた感想： It has been a massive culture change and learning experience for us to change to Acumatica. We are slowly starting to reap the benefits, but it continues to be a long road

The depth of coverage of business requirements is great, from CRM to Construction projects, to Services, which is our business, to Finance and HR all in one place for the cost

改善してほしい点:

There are a number of bugs and in particular we were living with and then we had to upgrade to the latest release and it has introduced some to functions that were previously working, particularly in the mobile app

製品を使ってみた感想： Acumatica is a good system but the ability to customize it allows us to make it exactly what we need. It took some time to learn how to adapt it to our needs but every day it gets better and better for us.

We can customize the system in many different ways. Individual users can customize their screen and various reports on their screen. Without coding, we can customize many things, create new fields, etc. This flexibility allows us to make the system suit the way we do business.

改善してほしい点:

The price is a bit high for a small business to get started. I want to use some features offered in other modules but they are quite expensive to add those.

Best Modern Cloud ERP

Actively listening to users, addressing common complaints or gaps in the product every single release. Licensing isn't per user. Useful, easy automation tools to streamline our order -> invoice process. Active community site.

改善してほしい点:

Release note system could use an overhaul- would like it to be easier to track changes, bug fixes, and known issues between releases.

製品を使ってみた感想： Although it may not be the most user friendly on the project management side, it does great tying all things together (ie. payroll and administrative side) and has great functionality to be accessible from anywhere.

It's great that all changes are live, it's accessible from anywhere and through an app, and can have multiple users and project simultaneously.

It's not the most user friendly for project management with budgets and change orders, could have a more logical flow of steps.

Extremely Capable and Customizable Cloud ERP

I appreciate Acumatica's intuitive UI, accessibility (all you need is a device with internet), and customizability. As a developer, I've also found the forums and docs to be extremely helpful.

改善してほしい点:

Minor quality-of-life things can be a pain when using Acumatica daily. Things like getting logged out after a few minutes of inactivity, inability to change menu layout/sizing on some screens, etc. It's the little stuff that could be improved on.

製品を使ってみた感想： If there is a feature that is not available, the Acumatica marketplace is there to help you find a certified partner to integrate a solution. And if you already have a solution, Acumatica's robust API makes integration very easy, it has very good integations with other software.

I like that Acumatica is a cloud based platform, in all this time I have used it I can say that it offers incomparable flexibility. Being able to manage finances and pay bills from anywhere in the world is a huge advantage for me. What I like the most is how customizable and modular the plaform is. You can choose the modules you need and adapt them to fit your specific requirements

改善してほしい点:

The only drawback I find with this platform is that it doesn’t have a mobile version that facilitates its use, everything has to be done from the platform.

Acumatica Inventory Management

製品を使ってみた感想： Even with a few issues, overall the system is very effective and efficient. He makes life working on inventory much easier. When handling errors in the inventory, it helps to be able to dive deeper into the past and movements of the items. They make it easier to find out where the item may have lived in the past and correlate where the item could have been moved to. The inventory needs these types of tools.

良いポイント:

The features I like the most, are the ease of use when transferring items to different locations and updating purchase orders. The system is built for an inventory specialist especially when doing investigations on inventory errors and finding more details about a product.

改善してほしい点:

The system does have issues when backtracking or updating many items. The system doesn't allow for changing more than when one item at a time for each location. You always have to go back to the home page to use the inventory details link.

Well it still takes me a while to get familiar with all the features and settings. However, once you get used to it and get over the initial stage it's great.
