製品を使ってみた感想: This software greatly improved the efficiency of our Recruitment and Onboarding processes, allowed a more universal experience among our multiple divisions. Improved organization, follow through and communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Ease of use, ability to format and customize for my specific needs, outstanding customer support and constant updates based on customer feedback.

改善してほしい点:

I don't have any true complaints. A few processes feel a bit cumbersome and could be made more streamlined. I would like to see an app rolled out in the near future, as it is not always the easiest to do tasks within the system from a mobile device.

BIRD DOG IS AN AWESOME RECRUITING SOFTWARE

Bird Dog is a great software for gathering resumes and candidates that meet the criteria we are looking for. The software is very user friendly and has ease of access to the admin to create other users on that account for the different hiring departments. The postings also fully integrate with our Website Careers page.

改善してほしい点:

Would love to have the software integrate with our CRM so that once a candidate is hired they can be added seamlessly to our system.

Feels like the programmers are reassigned constantly

製品を使ってみた感想: Honestly, the system is good in theory. So many options that were abandoned at 80% for something else to built out. While I'm not a fan of difficult, it can be managed fine if the system works right. But we spent too much time building out work arounds. Entire HR meetings were dedicated to dealing with system issues vs. HR strategy. It got to the point my team started shopping systems and presenting me other options to check out. Arcoro is a pseudo enterprise system, trying to be an enterprise system, and being selected due to perceived flexibility. They would do better to just abandon a few modules, and just focus on 3 or 4 key elements and make those super robust and intuitive, then slowly add back features and make sure they work well before getting caught up in the shiny new trendy things. There are a ton of features, but very few of them are easy to use. We've since switched. I kinda feel like the engineers have previously worked on ERPs that were specific to manufacturing, as some of the nuances required similar steps for product loading, building and sales. However, HR people are not ERP Managers, and generally do not come with that type of mindset or skill set since our nature is largely policy, people, management, and engagement.

The sales team is actually a pretty awesome group of people, as are the people who handle training.

Honestly, for a company with about 150 employees, we had to have a full time administrator handle the HCM. This is not normal for a midsized company. We were never able to really set a program and forget about it, it was constant baby sitting. There would be reports that would run, when it finally loaded it would be empty. We'd call to find out what is up and they'd say "oh, that report hasn't been built out yet." That report would be smack in the middle of runnable reports, and Arcoro had no intention of hiding or making note of which reports are "coming soon." System loading between the three systems (the LMS and Performance pieces weren't even listed in this review as an option to talk about) was not smooth. We were told it would take one day to load, turns out it could take 3 days. So, when trouble shooting issues, it wasn't just finding what was wrong, it could take three days to ensure it didn't load, but the software wouldn't tell us where the critical error was. Report running wasn't easy, making reports was almost impossible. Every part of the system felt like we had to crack a safe by listening to the dial for the right thing to push before we chose the next option.

Does the Job It's supposed to do

製品を使ってみた感想: It seemed to do the job just fine, I felt like the overall user experience was good. I think the aesthetics of the website could have used some work, or an update at least.

Good program for managing company announcements, and personal goals

改善してほしい点:

Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work! I'm sure this is a security feature, but a warning alert would have been very nice. Because these reviews were done annually, I never remembered about the auto logout feature, so just about every year it happened. Very frustrating.

Applicant tracking system that saves time & money!

製品を使ってみた感想: Great overall system. Meets all of the Government contracting requirements. BirdDog actually pushes out updates to ensure we are compliant. Great people, great product.
Customizable system is great, and allows us to use their system in different ways than initially intended.

The Customer Service at BirdDog is truly second to none. Customer Service reps are knowledgeable, friendly, and will help with whatever your needs are. They even will make enhancement recommendations on your behalf. While we were implementing the system, I made suggestions for things I wanted to see in the system as future enhancements. They implemented them very quickly! They actually ask for feedback and are always looking to improve their product. While the product isn't perfect, a company who is interested in fine tuning and keeping the customer happy is a welcome change. (We recently left a much bigger, much more expensive product that never quite worked right, and there was no desire to help us fix it.)

There very little documentation, because of how customizable the system is, however, Customer Service will gladly walk you through any issues.

Okay system for smaller busineses

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, I feel Arcoro is better suited for smaller businesses. Customer support was great until COVID hit. Our main source of contact ended up leaving the company, and it didn't seem like we were able to get much support after. It was just very recent that we were provided the support that we've been needing and was lacking.

I do like the ease or simplicity of the software. Arcoro has an easy step by step job posting procedure. The system also has easy report capabilities.

改善してほしい点:

Arcoro is not able to handle larger industries or companies, the system becomes bogged down with the large amount of information, which makes the system pretty tedious to use when it comes to searching for candidates or performance evaluations. If you are looking to translate the application or job posting in a different language, you have to do it manually with Google translator and use copy and paste. Arcoro is not the most mobile friendly when it comes to candidates being able to apply for a job through a mobile device. Arcoro was not able to mimic our current performance evaluation process completely, so we still have to do much of the process manually.

Using BirdDogHR as our primary ATS resource has saved us time and money!

It's easy to navigate throughout the site and it's well organized. The tools are very useful and user friendly.

改善してほしい点:

We've had a problem with applicants that apply through Indeed Mobile; their resumes and attachments are not always coming through. If it wasn't a known fact, then some applicants would be overlooked because they "didn't" attach their resume. However, I contact each applicant that has experience for the position they're applying for and ask them to email it to me. Then, once I get their email, I upload it for them. Doing this takes too much time; I've reported it to our account managers and they tell me its a Indeed thing.

Infinity HR

製品を使ってみた感想: Our representatives did their best. They were responsive and as helpful as they could be, but there were limitations to the software as previously described.

Infinity tries to be an all in one HR suite. It does have several nice features available: tracking of PTO, electronic benefit elections, storing of policies, pay data.

改善してほしい点:

We were told that Infinity could integrate with Sage 300CRE. It sort of integrates, but not all features. There were issues with rounding of pennies and benefit caps not being able to be set. We wanted to be able to have employees do self evaluations that were then reviewed by supervisors, but we don't seem to be able to do this either. Also, every time we change benefit providers we must pay to have EFT re-scheduled.

After a little over 1 year, we have noticeable improvements in our Recruiting efforts & management

We are a uniquely diverse company (multiple business lines) from a business and industry standpoint. My role requires a constant change of focus when discussing employment and manpower from one industry/business to another. I have been able to create accounts for individual business lines to streamline communication, advertising, and process management for each company's recruiting and onboarding efforts.

改善してほしい点:

The internal database search could be stronger. A keyword or Boolean search would be an amazing integration. Currently, you need to tag an applicant immediately with key identifiers (ie. Department name, position title, etc) or else they can easily be lost within shuffle of thousands of applicants.

Effective organization to potential and contracted employees.

What I like about BirdDogHR is offering me a variety of features and services to streamline the tracking of applicants and monitoring performance, and foster collaboration and participation of employees.

The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.

Not intuitive. Recent design changes are like putting lipstick on a pig.

製品を使ってみた感想: We've been able to pay our employees. We use their online onboarding and open enrollment portals.

Aesthetically, it's a little more pleasing with their last update.

We use the CBIZ/EMS version of InfinityHR's services. Recent design changes did not improve it's poor functionality. Too many "work arounds" to achieve sub-par results. Roll outs of new functions have been consistently poorly planned and communicated. Simple functions like updating an emergency contact or changing tax elections have so many unnecessary steps it causes frustration for employees. Are report writing capabilities or metrics important to your role? Well, run far away. Simple reports are not easily accessed and the pre-loaded reports are a joke. We had a great customer service rep at one point, she got so frustrated with the company that she left. Now, we (payroll and HR) email our customer service person so often (at least 5 times a week) that we have a standing, bi-weekly phone call with our rep to resolve any outstanding issues.

製品を使ってみた感想: The experience my company has had with BirdDog has been very up and down. At first it seemed like a dream in solving our recruiting and hiring problems, and it helped get us organized. However, lately we have had troubles with it sending wrong times to candidates and hiring managers for their interviews, which makes the company and our department particularly look unprofessional and the candidates unprepared. We have had to take extra measures to ensure that everyone is on the same page resulting in a waste of company time. This was one of the main processes we were hoping this program would streamline. Not only has this been a problem, but it remains unresolved going on two months.

良いポイント:

It is very helpful in keeping all candidates to each job application separate and organized.

改善してほしい点:

Viewing notes is done in two places, and cannot be linked. This does not save much time as you have to click and both are on separate screens. When we voiced our concern, they told us there was no way to change this and it is the way it is.

Infinity Hr has made my work life a lot easier.

Once you learn the system its very easy to navigate. It keeps my expired documentation organized. It allows me to track training's.

Infinity has a lot of software updates, without explaining how to use the new features. Some of the features in infinity could be moved around to make software easier to use.

Good software for the price; still needs a little work

Customer Service, layout for candidate is easy with the drag and drop in your resume feature. Honestly, that's all I can say so for about the pros.

改善してほしい点:

No SOP to try and troubleshoot or learn features on your own; I always have to email an account rep to clarify or show me how to use a feature. Talent feature is very time consuming, as you have to load everything manually into their system and there have been several bugs and glitches.

I appreciate the functionality of the site that it will automatically post your jobs onto all relevant web sites. This helps save a lot of time.

改善してほしい点:

The only thing that I can think of is that I wish that our ad was published with some customization instead of looking like all the other Birddog HR customers. It is not a deal breaker for me though because the pros out weigh this.

Good Option for Smaller Companies

Jobs automatically posted to boards, e-mail reminders to renew listings, EEO tracking, e-mail notifications for new applicants listing name and position applied for.

改善してほしい点:

Candidate and Jobs sections take you to different candidate summaries, confidential EEO Information listed in summary, can't send offer letters through system, not partnered with HRIS for easy on-boarding, no e-signatures. Resume/application was not attached to e-mail notification.

BirdDogHR continuously works to enhance our talent management suite and we have implemented offer letters, e-signatures and HRIS integrations into the system. Candidate summaries are permission-based to keep EEO information confidential for non-permissioned users, which is why the job section takes different users to different candidate summaries. I like the recruiting portion to post jobs with ease when needed. But rarely needed for the price of the software. If we could do a per use price, it would be something we would like.

製品を使ってみた感想: Particularly poor survey methodology to require a minimum length of response. Many survey participants will chose to abandon the process rather than embellish their answers.

Ease of operation. Sorry this is all I actually have to say. Having a minimum number of characters is a flaw in your survey methodology.

Scrolling through too many screens to get the actual information I want. I particularly find it a con that when I try to take my valuable time to complete a survey, I am told that my answers are too concise. Don't ask me if you don't like my answer. Poor methodology.

I like how everything for every person is under there name and it is relatively easy to find the information that you are looking for. It was simple for me to learn how to use with only 2 days of training. Costumer service is very very quick and helpful!

改善してほしい点:

It is a lot of going back and forth trying to find where things are put. It can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it is easy.

Review For BirdDog

良いポイント:

We are so pleased that we have joined forces with BirdDog to fill our employment needs that we have eliminated all other forms of employment except for referrals. This product has enabled us to manage applicants more efficiently and to collaborate on each applicant if necessary.

改善してほしい点:

There are so many attributes to this product that it is hard to pinpoint a "least like" that would be a significant deterrent to using this product. The vendor has made suggestions when necessary to minimize or eliminate functions that were less than perfect. Again, we have a great customer service representative, which helps cure all ills.

Great Product with Some Quirks

製品を使ってみた感想: We are relatively new customers but our overall experience has been great. From our initial call to getting everything up and running to every day use, BDHR has been great to work with.

It is easy to use and in most cases is very intuitive and has a great layout.

改善してほしい点:

There are a few things that are hard to find within the software. Easier access to offer letters within a candidate profile would be appreciated.

BirdDog HR has nothing positive going for it that I can think of. This system was implemented by our HR department and was a huge mistake.

I would highly recommend that you not use the BirdDog HR software. It's user experience it terrible and seems very dated.
