製品を使ってみた感想： コロナ禍の在宅勤務において、毎朝の朝礼や社内・お客様との打ち合わせに重宝しています。
単なるテレビ会議だけでなく資料を共有したり、ホワイトボードで議論したりでき、会議の進行を録画できるため議事録作成の際も楽です。

良いポイント:

・通信機器のメーカーが買収して改良を重ねたことにより、音声・映像ともに高品質です。 ・Windows、Mac、Android、iPhoneなど多彩なプラットフォームにアプリが提供されておりブラウザでも利用できるなど、会議参加の選択肢が広いため、状況に応じてフレキシブルに参加できます。 ・参加者に資料を提示する際に、デスクトップ全体の共有やアプリケーションウィンドウを指定しての共有など、状況に応じて選択できます。 ・専用ヘッドセットを使えば手元のリモコンボタンでミュートのオンオフや音量調節が可能なため、押し間違いやミュート遅れなどが防止できます。 ・ミーティングリンクから参加、会議番号から参加、音声通話で参加など多彩な参加方法が選べる。

改善してほしい点:

・管理者アカウントで会議予約をして自分の個人アカウントを参加者に含めていても、なぜか自分の個人アカウントの会議予定に反映されない。（会議室が異なるため？） ・スマホアプリで登録できる独自のバーチャル背景の上限が3つまでしかないため、シチュエーションに応じてバーチャル背景を変えたいときに、都度都度画像ファイルから登録し直さなければならない。 ・デフォルトのタイムゾーンと音声通話先がシンガポールのため、管理者が最初に設定をＪＳＴ／東京に変更しないと、会議開始時間の間違いや通話先が海外になるなどの混乱が発生しがち。

My Experience with Webex

製品を使ってみた感想： Webex is a good tool for video conferencing and calling. I especially like the software's group and room capabilities.

Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

製品を使ってみた感想： I really enjoy using Webex Suite because of the easy communication I can get from it to talk to my team at work. The program is straight forward to learn and utilize to maximize efficiency in collaborating with the project group.

良いポイント:

I really like how Webex is really easy to use. The webex meetings I have go smoothly with barely any issues at all. The screen is laid out very nicely, with the buttons, like the mic and camera, conveniently placed.

改善してほしい点:

I liked the connection of webex the least because at times, there were connection problems with the software, where the screen did not load, and it froze. So I left the meeting and it worked after. However, this issue is not very common.

Good for VS with many people in the same office, otherwise not so...

製品を使ってみた感想： ...would like our company to switch to MS Teams, but because of the "vendor lock-in" of the VS-rooms it's not possible.
What it can do good: VC with MANY people who are in the same office.

The windows desktop client - especially the window handling in meetings. If you have 2+ monitors it is sometimes just stupid and it does not remember what you did set up last time...

I do not like that it can sometimes take a lot of bandwidth which causes my computer to run slower than normal

製品を使ってみた感想： I have started using this tool since 2020. I found it slightly complex to learn initially. However over a period of time, I learnt it and it was easier for me to explore all the features of the suite. I mostly use it in webinars and video conferences. It has feature to integrate with other tools like microsoft hence becomes easier to collaborate

良いポイント:

I have been using products of this suite since the very beginning of my professional career. To start with, I like the idea of all in one suite, it has all everything required in one place. Mostly I use the web conferencing tool, it has a simple UI, easy to use and handle. The video quality is high and is backed by AI.

改善してほしい点:

It is slightly costly, compared to other similar products in the market. Sometimes I face lags while I use the web conferencing option. Initial use requires some training

WebEx is an excellent communication suite for hosting meetings, making calls to coworkers, sharing screens and more. My favorite feature of WebEx is the WebEx chat function, the ability to record meetings, and capture attendance.

改善してほしい点:

I do not like how I'm not able to connect to WebEx meetings via my phone (Google Pixel 8) when I ask WebEx to call me so I can connect. My phone is not able to recognize when I enter 1 on the key pad on my phone to connect.

easy to use and navigate even for beginners or those who are not tech saavy. The built in meeting scheduler, the ability to record meetings, and usage of the app makes it super convenient to work in this hybrid world.

occasionally I have experienced audio issues either during a call or if I have previously been using another platform.

製品を使ってみた感想： Our group uses Webex for weekly meetings and other general meetings. So far we have been enjoying it and I highly recommend it.

良いポイント:

So far, we have been enjoying it because the quality of the audio is better than what I can get from other web meeting software like Google Meet. Also, I can easily see verified users from general email users so in large meetings, I can easily recognize if someone is from our company or not. It is important because our company has a lot of employees.

改善してほしい点:

A lot of people think webinars are Zoom or Google Meet and aren't familiar with Webex. When we are hosting a big online event with public participation, we receive queries about this all the time. I wish the Webex team had worked more on branding and marketing to make many people aware but this is not a problem with software or functionality so it is not a big deal.

製品を使ってみた感想： the webex suite is really good, it has many instances to use for collaboration and in the enterprise level has a lot to offer, specially for really complex organizations. with different geographical locations.

I like that the tools enable us to perform many actions in an efficient way, the Webex space for meetings, calls integrated with outlook calendar makes everything more organized, the details on the events platform of Webex where you can print tickets or use it as a Streaming platform for webinars is awesome.

改善してほしい点:

I think the trainings in their WebEx training website should be more didactic, and that the test should be aligned with the content trained.

Everything else. Sound quality is bad, I can't mute other people, it doesn't automatically grab my system mic and webcam.
