メイン画面はとても分かりやすい。ただ各項目の操作においては少し慣れが必要

良いポイント:

全体的に操作がしやすい、シンプルなユーザーインターフェイス。必要な項目の入力に関して、項目をワンクリックした上で基本的に必要な操作を済ませることが出来る点は便利。また多言語対応している部分もこの製品の1つの強さであると思っている。また、スマホ版のAppも出ており、事前にiPhoneであればFaceIDなどの設定を行なっていれば、スムーズに勤怠入力をする事が出来る点は便利。

改善してほしい点:

スマホ版は一度起動さえしてしまえば勤怠入力含め、時間入力やその他の項目に直ぐに飛んで入力が出来る所は重宝している。ただし、PCからだとソフト自体の読み込み/起動に少し時間がかかる所や、勤怠管理においてはflex勤務などの勤務体系の勤怠入力にはまだあまり向いていないように見える。

大規模な人数の管理もひとつのソフトウェアで完了できる。

改善してほしい点:

スマートフォン経由でcheck inする時に毎度okta経由でのログインを求められるため、アプリをダウンロードしてもwebページと何も変わらない。

"Workday is the best assistant Online for HR"

製品を使ってみた感想: You may build and grow your corporation using Workday HCM. There is no limit to what can be done. Anyone in HR or a department head may simply access and obtain employee information using their user-friendly interface, whether it's for insight into their compensation or any other data you require. More significantly, it gives HR personnel the tools they need to do their jobs better, from adding new vacation entries to collecting lists of the most frequently utilized perks.

Payroll, vacation requests, time off, hiring, performance management, and much more are all made easier with Workday. For the most part, tasks are straightforward and intuitively organized. My dashboard displays the demands made by our personnel. To charge other business units for projects and hours, we may change things like pay rate, hours, department, and project id. Direct links to applicants' Facebook and Twitter pages and the ability to select candidates by a variety of criteria, including location, experience, and current position, are all strengths of the recruiting area.

改善してほしい点:

A few tasks throughout the course of a typical workday might be perplexing. The "time off" tool, for example, may lead you to believe that it displays information about your own personal time off at work, but it actually displays information about the vacation time taken by your team. You have to enter another option to be able to appreciate your free time and it is usually confusing

Workday is flexible software that facilitates many different aspects of human resource management. Workday HCM has user-friendly data analytics. By collecting and analyzing this data, we may gain useful understanding and improve our approaches to workforce management.

改善してほしい点:

Workday does not offer a lot of room for user input. It also has trouble merging with other programs on occasion. In addition, there are sometimes technical difficulties. I think the user interface could use some work.

製品を使ってみた感想: I really like it, very convenient when you have mutable task to do and also nice that you can look at any past pay stubs if needed. Very helpful in tracking your vacation time.

良いポイント:

It is pretty easy to navigate through once you have done it several times. It auto fills your work days, so unless your work week changes, it is very fast to submit your work time. I really like that everything (payroll, vacation, etc..) are all in one location. I like the option of being able to use on my work computer or personal phone

改善してほしい点:

Although I know it is a good idea, having to use the authenticator is a little bit of a hassle. I am not sure if it is my phone or the app. but occasionally I have to restart my phone to get the app to open.

製品を使ってみた感想: Does what is required in a simple format although can be a bit boring to look at. Can be a bit repetitive and uninspiring but has so much depth and scope to do much better if it was more engaging for colleagues.

Very basic and uninteresting layout for most colleagues which loses engagement and can be tricky for less skilled colleagues to find how good it can be as a tool for their job.

Workday, it's a usefull HCM

製品を使ってみた感想: Workday is intuitive to use. There are some features that take some getting used to, such as finding your benefits and end of year tax info, but once you figure it out, it's easily found again. Overall it's a great tool!

Workday is relatively easy to navigate.

改善してほしい点:

Initially, you have to go through several steps to find benefit summaries for my benefits. But once you figure out the route, it's much easier than most I've used in the past.

The frequent password resets! I don't need to access Workday often, but when I do there's a good chance it will make me reset my password.

The website incorporates aspects such as pay, reviews, meetings/discussions, all personal historic job documentation, and absence. It's easy to use and I can quickly see when my teammates are planning annual leave, review my pay situation and so on.

改善してほしい点:

The website feels a bit dated aesthetically, and is sometimes a bit clunky when it comes to pages regarding absence/annual leave - it feels like there are multiple ways to see the same end result.

From an employee's perspective, it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The mobile support is excellent. It greatly enhances the convenience of HR tasks like payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and organizational charts.

From a user's perspective, there are no real drawbacks. The functionality and design are both excellent. However, from a company's standpoint, the cost can be a burden depending on the organization's size.

Strongest HCM we were able to identify

製品を使ってみた感想: Very satisfied with Workday as a tool, we have recently conducted an internal assessment of how satisfied we are with the tool and it has highlighted very few areas where the tool is not meeting our needs. We see the tool as a long term solution for our organisation.

All requirements in one place, and more. Meaning we were able to centralise and transform (in an agile way) our HR processes as we implemented. Alerts allow for end users to engage and be engaged with using a sensible approach. All data in one place allows for reporting and budgeting to be easy.

改善してほしい点:

Implementation was sticky for us. We had a number of requirements which we thought were typical however had to create significant work-arounds in order to meet our needs. This was resource heavy from our perspective and elongated the implementation (we used an implementation partner and not Workday FYI)

I decided to keep Workday HCM for several reasons. First, I wanted to go smart with technological payroll handling, processing, audits and flexibility over workday payroll. Second, I wanted a software with more robust approach to job and the goals I have. It has driven my ambitions positively towards achieving them.Third, I wanted a balance between work and my personal life. I can now concentrate more on matters away from official job.

Pleasure to comment that I have none. Nothing in the features I like least. I find everything helpful and up to standards.

製品を使ってみた感想: There were far too many overlapping databases. Our answer to reducing system complexity and utilization was to use Workday. In general, it has been useful in reducing instances of duplicate data.

Workday has so many features and capabilities that it has completely superseded a number of other programs. The ability to complete the entire hiring procedure during normal business hours was a welcome bonus. Employee records and other paperwork can be stored securely.

改善してほしい点:

Not that I actively detest it, but locating specific products has always been a challenge. The former, in addition to a search that is occasionally sluggish and glitchy, can completely ruin my mood.

Workday is probably the best human capital management too in the world right now.

Especially in big companies like Agoda, where there are many requirements from stakeholders such as GDPR, Data Privacy, and Security, these are things that many of the competitors couldn't do.

Workday is probably the best human capital management in the world right now. Learning Workday opens wide opportunities to various jobs. As a Workday HCM beginner, it might be overwhelming, but after one training course and a month of practice, Workday HCM can easily become a simple thing. Workday HCM is important as it is the core of other Workday modules such as Workday Security and Workday Business Process Architecture.

改善してほしい点:

Workday is definitely an expensive tool that is only utilized by big companies. It is going to be rare for small to medium size company to use Workday. It means that, if you are going to quit a company that uses Workday and would prefer to find a job in a similar fashion, it has to be a large size company. Workday training is also kind of expensive, yet it is not a one-on-one training but a group course instead. Workday Support is very technically useful, however, it might take some time for an issue to resolve and they don't provide live chat support. Workday Learning is something that my company has issues with the most.

Workday is very easy to maneuver through, you can self-teach yourself pretty much how to do anything in this software. The categories are self-explanatory, its easy input/output for reports, great for payroll and timecard management. I highly recommend Workday to all businesses.
