製品を使ってみた感想： Microsoft 365は、資料作成のソフトとして必須という点では文句なしに優れた性能を持っています。しかし、Outlookの使いづらさには悩まされます。メーラーを別のものに切り替えるといった運用も考えられますが、Microsoft365の連携機能を最大限活用することを前提とすると組織の教育を重視するかの選択となります。また、Teamsの導入により、社内のやり取りや案件管理の機能が大幅に向上した点は評価できます。

良いポイント:

Microsoft365の中でも特にドキュメント作成機能は、優れた機能です。まず、オフライン環境でも作業が可能なため、ネットワークに接続できない場所でも作業ができるという利点があります。また、様々な資料をきれいに作成することができ、プレゼンテーションやレポート作成など、ビジネスシーンで必要なドキュメントを効率的に作成することができます。さらに、他社でも基本的に導入されているソフトであることからデータ共有も可能であり、チームでの作業にも適していると考えられます。また、Microsoft365の導入が大変しやすいです。まず、1ライセンスごとに購入が容易であり、必要なライセンスの数だけ購入することができます。また、管理者画面が分かりやすく、アカウントの管理が容易であるため、ITスキルが不十分なユーザーでも導入がスムーズに行えます。さらに、アカウントによって別のプランを割り当てることが可能であるため、各ユーザーに必要な機能やアプリを割り当てることができます。また、ユーザー側もマイページから割り当てられたプランに対応したソフトを一括インストールすることができるため、導入作業が容易になります。

改善してほしい点:

Microsoft365は優れたクラウドソフトウェアの一つですが、改善してほしい点もあります。まず、プランが細分化されており、組織に合わせた最適なプランを選択できる一方で、新規加入やプラン変更などではどのプランを選ぶべきか分かりづらいという課題があります。また、Outlookはメール機能以外にも多種多様な機能が含まれており、使い方が分かりづらく組織全体が一定レベル以上で効率的な運用するということがしづらいです。プラン選択においてはベンダーなどに相談することができれば解決することができると思います。また、Outlookの使い勝手を向上させるために、操作方法が分かりやすくなるようなチュートリアルや、使い方を紹介するドキュメントの充実している組織やそういった支援が受けられる前提で導入するといった工夫も必要になるかと思います。

有能、ただし有能すぎて値段も高くなっている

製品を使ってみた感想： データの整理、書類作成、ファイル管理、オンライン会議など、様々な場面で利用できるため、作業性の高い素晴らしい製品だと考える。

良いポイント:

各office製品とのコラボレーションができることがすべらしい。またクラウド技術を利用することで、PC、場所などに拘らず、どこでも作業できることについてはかなりの好印象。

改善してほしい点:

多機能の故、ほとんど利用していない、利用方法がわからない機能がいっぱいある。利用頻度の少ない機能を減らし、購入価格をより低く設定できればよりいいと思う。

良いポイント:

ＰｏｗｅｒＰｌａｔｆｏｒｍが無償で多くの機能が利用でき、ＥＵＣ実現に大きく寄与していること

改善してほしい点:

クラウドなので仕方ないが全面障害となると仕事にならずに困ります。

Microsoftの信頼性と使用性の高さが魅力

製品を使ってみた感想： 幅広い機能と操作性の良さから、Microsoft 365無しの仕事は考えられないし、無理だと思う。ビジネスにおいて、そのくらい必需品です。

良いポイント:

メールで会議を設定することができ、スケジュール管理が簡単。また、チームでスケジュールを共有出来るところ。teamsとも連携出来ていて、web会議も簡単に出来るところ。

改善してほしい点:

2023/01/25にも有りましたが、通信障害がたまに起きるところ

良いポイント:

サポートの品質は高いと思います。困ったことに対して結果として解決がされます

改善してほしい点:

３６５だけではないと思いますが、アカウントの考え方が複雑すぎて使いづらい。法人用アカウント、個人用アカウント、わからない場合は新規で作成するように仕向けられるなど、アカウントの乱立が原因で、何が正しいのかわからなくなることが多い

Good enough overall, but expensive and complicated management

製品を使ってみた感想： Improving the search feature would indeed be a significant enhancement. For administrators, maintaining an orderly structure with clear and stable admin panels is crucial. It streamlines their tasks and ensures efficient management.

The tool’s integration with data and information management is excellent. As a leader, it’s easy to use because you’ve been using it for many, many years, and everyone else uses it too.

改善してほしい点:

For administrators, it’s a nightmare. Every month, M365 developers change dashboards and configuration panel, names and locations. It’s common to find two versions (old and new) with different features, options, names, and locations.

Brilliant tool for a modern business

Microsoft 365 is in every aspect of our systems and has a comprehensive package of defensive technologies to keep us safe.

The licensing can be very complicated and sometimes the documentation from Microsoft does not keep up with their fast pace enviroment.

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET A LIVE PERSON TO DISCUSS MY LICENSES AND WHO IS ON THEM AND NO LUCK. THEY HAVE A LINK THAT TAKES YOU TO ADDING NEW LICENSES OR YOU IT HANGS UP ON YOU IF YOU ASK FOR A LIVE PERSON. FRUSTRATING!

Unquestionably the best business productivity suite out there

Hands down Microsoft 365 is THE BEST business productivity suite on the market. Incredible array of functionality and integrations that can be customized for literally any size business in any sector. The core products (Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) work seamlessly with an ever growing list of very useful add ons (Forms, Lists, Loop, etc.).

改善してほしい点:

Because there is so much to the suite, it is hard to keep up with all the available offerings as new products have a learning curve period. Microsoft also rolls out a lot of updates, and sometimes they do something you don't like that can be hard to undo. But usually it is for the best eventually. Having a strong IT support team is critical for complex organizations.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, Microsoft 365 has significantly positively impacted my job performance. I am able to sign into any device I need to and work on the same material.

Microsoft 365 has helped me manage my work seamlessly over multiple different devices. I love that I can sign into a personal account as well as a business account in the same application.

改善してほしい点:

Microsoft 365 updates are painful, however, the reason is understandable, I applaud Microsoft for upping their game in recent years and focusing on security risks.

Access Your Files Everywhere

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I was happy with how everything works well together. Excel to word, creating power points all seamless.

I appreciate the ability to use this on any computer I may be on. I can see my files from anywhere edit them and save. The variety of features is also impressive, and it works seamlessly in Windows.

改善してほしい点:

When transitioning on one device from the online to an installed version I had issue with finding my files. I may have done this incorrectly but should have been an easier transition

Flexible, Reliable Applications

製品を使ってみた感想： Excellent product that I use every day and support our staff of over 40 people. It is reliable and for the most part have found the support team to be responsive and efficient.

Flexibility, online access to Suite of applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

改善してほしい点:

For the most part, the support team is helpful, however I've had a few times that it was difficult to understand the technician who had a strong accent.

Microsoft 365 has wonderful features like OneNote for productivity

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I enjoy using Microsoft 365 for the OneNote, as well as for managing tasks with it. I make sure to note down any important details to revisit later on. The program does a great job in saving my data.

I like how Microsoft 365 has the OneNote feature. I use this a lot at work, as well as in school, to share notes, as well as view them from others. I really like how organized the program is, where the tabs available can be used to adjust the different windows/pages.

改善してほしい点:

I don't like that there is a small delay on the program, where if someone types something and I am viewing it, it takes some time for it to load completely. However, it eventually does load, so that's not a very big issue.

Yeah I used Microsoft 365 a while back it was okay.I wasn't thrilled with it I paid for it for about I don't know about 6 months

Having to log in all the time and it seems like I had trouble with the passwords constantly I switched to Google it didn't cost me a thing and it works better for me than it did then Microsoft 365 I love Google Docs and I also love Google SheetsThe best part is I don't have to pay for itAnd I don't have to log into it all the time cause I have to do with your sign into my email and there it is login I don't care about passwords sorry Microsoft

製品を使ってみた感想： During the time I used Microsoft 365, I felt I needed the advanced features and application offerings that it provided. However, in hindsight, I can see that, apart from Microsoft's continued dominance in its office application products, other software companies can equal what Microsoft offers.

Once the administration side has been navigated and Microsoft 365 is installed correctly, it is an excellent product and allows you to work on and collaborate on a very wide variety of projects.

改善してほしい点:

Microsoft 365 has a steep learning curve to navigate with user setup and account control. Support is available. However, support staff tend to talk down to you and don't tolerate non-initiated Microsoft users easily.

Office 365 breeds collaboration

製品を使ってみた感想： Very good generally. You can be confident with what you are getting with a Microsoft product and its helped us with our hybrid/remote working setup.

I love the collaboration of the microsoft product suite. Sharing documents online with the team and all working off the same version and editing it live is so much better than everyone working off different local documents. We use the whole suite, from Teams, sharepoint, OneDrive. It simplifies the experience and makes it very easy within the business to manage.

改善してほしい点:

The Teams product is very buggy in my opinion. We have had so many experiences in the business of peoples computers crashing or not being able to perform well when using Teams. Which compared to Slack and Hipchat before that from a chat tool perspective is crazy.

Microsoft 365 a good all rounder software

製品を使ってみた感想： A great all rounder piece of software that is sophisticated enough for data analysis whilst being great for everyday documents. The various programmes available within the package and the templates available free to download are great

Compared to the like of rival companies like G-Suite Microsoft really delivers with their superior GUI and easy of use, the layout has been incredibly thought out and is well worth the license fee in my honest opinion

改善してほしい点:

The cost is a little steep for each license and can deter companies from choosing this over rivals free options, in time if the price of the package was majorly reduced this may entice others to utilise this software more widely.

Microsoft 365 - Great for 261

製品を使ってみた感想： 365 was a mainstay in my office work for 6 years. It worked well and utilized the cloud wonderfully, but it stagnated over time. Outside of excel, it seemed as though other programs offered better solutions.

We initially chose this as it was a cloud-based solution and it was the standard. We liked the compatibility with legacy files, the affordability, the storage, and the ease of working with the system.

It had some clunky elements and eventually, the products just didn't innovate enough.

Essencial platform for daily work and personal use

I like how Microsoft 365 keeps everything in one place from Word, Excel, Teams and makes it easy to access and collaborate on documents from anywhere.

I find the occasional updates and changes to the interface a bit disruptive.

Good quality software but Google has similar for free

製品を使ってみた感想： Microsoft 365 apps are very easy to use but paying $109 per year for one account or $139 per year for a family account did not seem worth it for us. I use Google instead. I'm not using complex Excel formulas so Google Sheets work well for me. I can also live without Teams as Google has a messaging function and using Google Meet works well and for free.

I use Microsoft 365 at work and for personal use. I'm always using Excel, Word, Teams or OneNote and I'll be a champion of Microsoft 365 anytime because I'm not paying for this privilege. My employer is. Although I do prefer Google apps as you'll never lose your work. It's all being saved to Google Drive. We don't have OneDrive at work or SharePoint which may make saving your work easier.

改善してほしい点:

I find the cost of Microsoft 365 Personal to not be value for money. I've cancelled my subscription and instead use Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive for my personal word processing and budgeting needs. With Drive, I have an amount of free space with my account, which I have not exceeded. I have 365 on my work laptop so if I need Word I'll use it on that device. Depending on your requirements, 365 might be worth purchasing but for me it hasn't been. 365 was also very confused when I'm signing in with one account (work vs school account), which led to Forms not working, but this issue seems to be working.

A Valuable Tool

製品を使ってみた感想： I first came across it when my uni provided it to their students. I didn't fully appreciate it though until I joined my current workplace where we use it exclusively.
I primarily use Teams, Excel and Word.

The ability to sync and access files across devices. Obviously the individual programs are fantastic. I use Excel and Word almost daily and can't imagine using a different option.

To be honest I haven't actually found anything that I actively didn't like yet.

製品を使ってみた感想： We actually got to know about Microsoft 365 from a colleague. We have been on the advantage edge because we always access the latest versions of the software that is both features and security patches

It is obvious that most suites such as Microsoft 365 are so expensive but with this one we only pay per user and for only what we are using instead of paying thousands for the entire software version. Microsoft 365 gives me the convenience and flexibility of working from anywhere as long as I have internet connectivity. I access my email, files , Word and Excel from any device. We are no longer tied up to our office space and desks. We start in touch as a team via Ms teams, file sharing , video calls and chats which enable us collaborate productively. Microsoft 365 has impressive security and backup features that eliminates the risk of losing documents, enable us to share files securely , detect breaches and prevent unauthorized access of data

In as much as Microsoft 365 delivers exemplary functionality there is still a room for improvement in it's integration with other tools. It only integrates beautiful with Microsoft products whereas with the other tools it is messy and cumbersome

Must-Have Software!

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been positive. The software is great for single or multiple users. It's a must-have for teachers and students. Instead of having multiple programs installed on your PC, Microsoft 365 gives you everything in one package.

I have been using Microsoft 365 for the past 5 or so years. It's a great program that includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and so many more. I like that I'm not required to download each program within 365 on my PC. If you're low on storage space, this is exactly what you need. As long as you have an internet browser, you can access everything Microsoft 365 provides. I also like that you can download 365 on multiple PCs with one account. If you use multiple devices, you don't have to buy a subscription for each one. Microsoft 365 also automatically saves your work in case you lose power or the internet. You can easily start a project on one device and pick right up on another. I like the ability to share your work and allow others to make changes or add to your project. This is great for teachers. If a student is working on an assignment, the teacher can view what they are working on and give them comments in real-time.

I have been using Microsoft 365 for a few years now and I have never had any problems. Everything has worked flawlessly.
