製品を使ってみた感想： Microsoft 365は、資料作成のソフトとして必須という点では文句なしに優れた性能を持っています。しかし、Outlookの使いづらさには悩まされます。メーラーを別のものに切り替えるといった運用も考えられますが、Microsoft365の連携機能を最大限活用することを前提とすると組織の教育を重視するかの選択となります。また、Teamsの導入により、社内のやり取りや案件管理の機能が大幅に向上した点は評価できます。

良いポイント:

Microsoft365の中でも特にドキュメント作成機能は、優れた機能です。まず、オフライン環境でも作業が可能なため、ネットワークに接続できない場所でも作業ができるという利点があります。また、様々な資料をきれいに作成することができ、プレゼンテーションやレポート作成など、ビジネスシーンで必要なドキュメントを効率的に作成することができます。さらに、他社でも基本的に導入されているソフトであることからデータ共有も可能であり、チームでの作業にも適していると考えられます。また、Microsoft365の導入が大変しやすいです。まず、1ライセンスごとに購入が容易であり、必要なライセンスの数だけ購入することができます。また、管理者画面が分かりやすく、アカウントの管理が容易であるため、ITスキルが不十分なユーザーでも導入がスムーズに行えます。さらに、アカウントによって別のプランを割り当てることが可能であるため、各ユーザーに必要な機能やアプリを割り当てることができます。また、ユーザー側もマイページから割り当てられたプランに対応したソフトを一括インストールすることができるため、導入作業が容易になります。

改善してほしい点:

Microsoft365は優れたクラウドソフトウェアの一つですが、改善してほしい点もあります。まず、プランが細分化されており、組織に合わせた最適なプランを選択できる一方で、新規加入やプラン変更などではどのプランを選ぶべきか分かりづらいという課題があります。また、Outlookはメール機能以外にも多種多様な機能が含まれており、使い方が分かりづらく組織全体が一定レベル以上で効率的な運用するということがしづらいです。プラン選択においてはベンダーなどに相談することができれば解決することができると思います。また、Outlookの使い勝手を向上させるために、操作方法が分かりやすくなるようなチュートリアルや、使い方を紹介するドキュメントの充実している組織やそういった支援が受けられる前提で導入するといった工夫も必要になるかと思います。

有能、ただし有能すぎて値段も高くなっている

製品を使ってみた感想： データの整理、書類作成、ファイル管理、オンライン会議など、様々な場面で利用できるため、作業性の高い素晴らしい製品だと考える。

良いポイント:

各office製品とのコラボレーションができることがすべらしい。またクラウド技術を利用することで、PC、場所などに拘らず、どこでも作業できることについてはかなりの好印象。

改善してほしい点:

多機能の故、ほとんど利用していない、利用方法がわからない機能がいっぱいある。利用頻度の少ない機能を減らし、購入価格をより低く設定できればよりいいと思う。

クラウドなので仕方ないが全面障害となると仕事にならずに困ります。

製品を使ってみた感想： 幅広い機能と操作性の良さから、Microsoft 365無しの仕事は考えられないし、無理だと思う。ビジネスにおいて、そのくらい必需品です。

良いポイント:

メールで会議を設定することができ、スケジュール管理が簡単。また、チームでスケジュールを共有出来るところ。teamsとも連携出来ていて、web会議も簡単に出来るところ。

改善してほしい点:

2023/01/25にも有りましたが、通信障害がたまに起きるところ

３６５だけではないと思いますが、アカウントの考え方が複雑すぎて使いづらい。法人用アカウント、個人用アカウント、わからない場合は新規で作成するように仕向けられるなど、アカウントの乱立が原因で、何が正しいのかわからなくなることが多い

製品を使ってみた感想： Very positive overall. Used O365 since it was in Beta. I love how licensing is easier and the various products merge together.

A Convert to Microsoft 365 for File Storage

製品を使ってみた感想： I was suspicious at its effectiveness at first. But now I've used it for roughly 5 years and I am glad for having made the switch.

良いポイント:

As the title infers, the file storage is fantastic. I used to store files on Dropbox, and while I maintain an account, I don't use it much. Now, I'm more of a fan of Microsoft 365.

改善してほしい点:

It does cost some money to retain a substantial amount of storage (which totally makes business sense). And I personally do like other software for graphic design (Canva). But it's still a worthwhile software to be sure, and very good for businesses.

The tool’s integration with data and information management is excellent. As a leader, it’s easy to use because you’ve been using it for many, many years, and everyone else uses it too.

For administrators, it’s a nightmare. Every month, M365 developers change dashboards and configuration panel, names and locations. It’s common to find two versions (old and new) with different features, options, names, and locations.

製品を使ってみた感想： So far I've been very pleased with using it. I use multiple iterations for work and have always felt like I can produce a high quality product very quickly. It doesn't ever feel cookie cutter.

Everything is very streamlined. If you have ever had basic fundamental knowledge of using any type of software like it (i.e. Word, Excel, or something akin to it) you can easily work through and make a quality document. Much more so than the competitors produced by google and apple

Sometimes, it will get in it's own way with formatting. Especially with powerpoint and word

製品を使ってみた感想： Over all our experience with O365 has been very positive. But we have learned the best way to run this service if you are a medium to large organization is in Hybrid mode to reduce service outages.

Office 2007 package has been replaced with Office 365 ProPlus licencing that can activate the newest version of the Office suite. Users can now access files via SharePoint and can work from home, meaning VPN and on-premises file storage can be deprecated if required.

Very user-friendly interfaces that are intuitive and take very little training to pick up. On a subscription model with continuous feature updates. Office 365 subscription means applications can be accessed via a web interface or can be used to activate an installation of the current Office productivity suite (depending on subscription level). Support is quick to respond and provide solutions. Easy for administrators in an enterprise setting to alter licencing levels for users.

Due to the nature of cloud subscriptions if there is a outage on Microsoft's side or network issues, this can affect accessibility to the Office 365 suite. Often if there are issues, the service health dashboard available to administrators is slow to be updated with outage information. Pricing can be excessive for higher-level subscription licencing.

You get premium support and functionality with this version of Office and even better, you're always up to date since it's an online service. Collaborate better with teams, edit faster, and create a better work space with Office 365.

I've had the privilege of testing out an early copy of Office 365 in the past. It was great! Fast forward to today and it's only improved further. You get a lot of features that you would expect from the classic Microsoft Office suite plus more. It's easier to collaborate with your teammates especially because this suite is online based. Everything is in the cloud and easy to access from any point which means working remotely has never been this good!

You do have to pay for a subscription. While there are other ways to collaborate with your teammates online, if you want an easier and premium way to do it, 365 is the way to go. You do need to consider the budget though.

I prefer office 365 to Google Suite

製品を使ってみた感想： I prefer 365 over Google Suites and am frustrated by younger team members push for Google. I find 365 support far superior and technical support staff always helpful. I use all 365 products regularly in my work day and find it more reliable.

-since everything is cloud based if issues with internet equal issues access files -updates can take a lot of time -you have to purchase a subscription - changing features -- sometimes get "hung up" and doesn't do anything and will self shut down

製品を使ってみた感想： Working with O365 is generally going very good for me as I dont manage the underlying infrastructure to make it high available for my users. Since it is a managed service, you only do the admin tasks of O365. Despite the lack of general features, I can recommend the organization who are already a customer of Microsoft.

O365 provides large organizations to migrate their on-premise infrastructure to the cloud technologies. Usually, it is very hard to move users and data to the cloud but with the help of O365 it is very easy and makes the administrators' workload less heavier. OneDrive For Business, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online makes our users to be more portable all around the world.

Microsoft is very lazy to implement features to their products. That is why sometimes you need to wait years until a simple feature can be deployed by Microsoft. Most of the wanted features will be always missing in O365 but again there is no rival when it comes to the office apps.

A Productivity suite for everyday job you'd never change!

製品を使ってみた感想： As a freelance translator, I definitely use Microsoft Office on a daily basis. I use the Mac version of Office, and this software is extremely beneficial to me. I prefer to type scripts in Word. The formatting options are quite extensive. I use Excel to keep track of schedules, client lists, and monthly expenses. While PowerPoint is used to present to clients, the templates provided are quite good and visually appealing. Collaboration features that make it easy to see changes made by peers, as well as 1 TB of online storage that is more than enough for document storage. However, the monthly subscription fee is quite pricey for personal, and the iPad application's numerous limitations frequently prevent me from working when i didn't carry my Mac.

It just all-in-one complete productivity suite you need to do your job. An auto-save document feature (i use OneDrive) that saves me thousand time, and the fact that this software is a standard in every industry brings convenience to its users to exhange document and work on same project.

The subscription fee which pretty expensive for individual, the iPad app is less intuitive as it doesn't offer full function like the desktop version.

A great product to increase productivity

Allows the complete team to access the files and email everywhere as long as they have an internet connection. You can save money when compared to purchasing the licenses separately. Sets up the foundation so the company can take full advantage of cloud benefits.

Very hard to work with no internet connection. In some cases we have complains that a few features like accessing password protected files and macros limitations. Having documents in the cloud increases the security risk for having everything in one place.

製品を使ってみた感想： I run into a few hiccups with Office 365 that have been major headaches but at the same time, it has made most of my work easier and more streamlined to do. When absolutely needed, customer support is extremely good at following through as long as it takes to resolve any problem. They definitely stand behind their product which is very important when selecting something that your entire business needs to rely on. When doing anything critical, be sure the software is doing exactly what you want and expect it to do and check however you can before going past a point of no return and you shouldn't have any trouble. One of the biggest benefits of the software is security and easy access when you need it but you could lose both if something wasn't set right or some glitch occurs so just always double check.

Everything is linked together under one family of software and it lets you do almost everything you need to do in an office seamlessly. Microsoft pretty much thought of everything from making sure your documents are backed up and protected (Onedrive), you can easily communicate (Outlook, Skype, Teams), and you can easily share with others and collaborate in real time (Teams, Sharepoint) all securely and relatively easily. Almost every task you want to accomplish can be done in several different included apps and it is all very intuitive. Anything you can't figure out is very easy to find answers to using the new search tool they incorporate into all the software.

Since everything is tied together, if you run into an issue or something doesn't work right, it could be catastrophic. This mainly pertains to the Onedrive feature that you rely on to make sure everything you worked on is backed up. If something goes wrong, which it has on a few occasions in my office, you could lose everything. My only other complaint is there are a lot of settings in different places that could affect how things work and sometimes you can't find the setting you need to change. One case is with the Outlook search function where it doesn't seem to want to search for older emails unless you select a specific date range but that doesn't help if you are looking for something very old and don't remember the date range.

In a Microsoft Office administrative installation, more disk space is used on the server, the amount of disk space required on the server ranges between 100 and 325 MB or more, depending on the version of Microsoft Office, if other programs use your server network or if you use it to store data files, it is possible that the server does not have enough disk space, however, this problem is more due to the limited storage of the PCs than the program itself, what it does have is a cost per license very high, apart from that I find no disadvantages that subtract points in favor of Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office 365 for Mac users

製品を使ってみた感想： I really only use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, although outlook and OneNote can come in handy sometimes. Microsoft excel is probably the biggest benefit to Office 365. Honestly the biggest benefit I guess would be from the updates that you receive every time there is an update available. I didn't get much use out of the other features of office 365. However, I would like to see more updates for Mac users to make their software more compatible with Mac. It just seems a little bit more buggy on Mac OSX also. Overall I was moderately happy with Office 365 it's useful but it's not amazing for one I don't like paying the subscription fee and for two if I am paying the subscription fee I expect the software to work flawlessly on Mac and it doesn't.

-Excel Macros: For me, I am in the SEO industry so I use Excel quite a bit. I switch off between Google Sheets and excel sometimes there are things where Google Sheets is better such as when I need to use certain scripting (google apps script) for automation. Other times Excel macros are much better. For example, if I need to create macros to manage thousands of keywords Excel macros works much better than Google Sheets. Its a desktop app, so this makes sense. But there is one caveat: It's sometimes buggy on mac osx.

-Buggy on Mac OSX: When I least like about Microsoft Office is it's kind of buggy with Mac OS X. Sure it works fine for everyday use but for my case I like to use Excel macros to automate the handling of thousands of keywords. A lot of times when I have thousands of keywords and I run macros it will freeze on my Mac computer. The application will freeze whereas if I hop all over onto a Windows machine and run the exact same macros it will run perfectly. So situations like this are not ideal for Mac users. The software is just much more buggy and also surprisingly less little feature-rich on Mac. I don't know if it's intentional but I have noticed that it works much better and has better features on Windows. Onedrive is slow: With OneDrive, it seems like an amazing deal - for what you're paying for, but the usability was just not there. It took forever to upload to one drive compared to Google Drive. It was not even usable for me to use in a practical way.

It provides me with every product that I need like Word, OneDrive and PowerPoint. it runs smoothly and doesn't consume a lot of memory. Office 365 has saved me many times when I needed to do some work and studies. I have become attached to it and I can't let it go now. it's simply my best package so far!

I am always asked to make a decent presentation, a proper and organized article, a database and many more other duties. Luckily I have Office 365. it is the absolute package that contains all of the necessary tools to get these duties accomplished. All my favourite Softwares are gathered in one place ( Office 365 ). I use almost every product included in the package. PowerPoint to make perfect presentations to my college, Word to prepare a well-shaped article, and Excel to make some huge databases that contain tons of information and calculations! I also use OneDrive which is a product included in Office 365 that gives you access to your files from anywhere, whether you're at home resting at your bed, or at the library studying or even in a vacation on the beach. You can access your files from literally anywhere! One thing I like a lot about Office 365 is that once you get it, you will have it on your PC, on your phone and even on your Tablet or smartwatch! Also, I like the fast-paced updates. with Office 365 you will always have Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint and many other products at the latest version as soon as it comes out!

While you can access your files at any time and from anywhere, you need an internet connection for that, so if you happen to not have an available internet connection, you will not be able to access your files at all. Office 365 uses the latest technology and do updates for its products pretty often, Office 365 is so advanced to the point that sometimes it will not be compatible with some old systems and devices. Although you might be able to come around this problem but that process is very time-consuming.
