I thought it might be a good idea to go with them as one would think they are part of the same company so they’d know what they are doing. That was a HUGE mistake. They were in violation of the contract from day 1. Did not perform 10% of what they were supposed to do based on contract, and that is being generous. Knowing they were in violation, we cancelled the contract early, which they agreed to as they knew they were in default. Then, they continued to bill us and haven’t stopped, nor have they responded to emails. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE USE CTProBill. Everything I have stated above has been fully documented. If you want to know more, contact me. Additionally, if you’re looking for an EHR software, don’t use CTProBill’s parent, Chirotouch. They have been sold a number of times and have lost the ability to service their clientele, which was made even more obvious after this experience. > > Horrible customer service, especially with CTProBill.
