InPixio: easy, fast and fun

製品を使ってみた感想： Being able to manipulate pictures easily in a more or less professional way, without having to break the bank for high-end software is what INPIXIO offers, and I love it for that.

良いポイント:

A very friendly software, fun to use with a lot of potentials to grow and become a leader in the domain.

改善してほしい点:

to get the best deal you have to purchase the whole package. I, for instance, do not need or use the instacards, but I still, have to pay for it to get the better deal.

The ability to edit and add effect to images is unparalleled i absolutely love this software.

Its so feature rich that it can be a bit of a learning curve to learn all the features

Product doesn’t work

製品を使ってみた感想： The customer service is horrible. I emailed and asked for a refund multiple times and they keep refusing and say they will send me a user guide. dont buy this product

Purchased to do photo editi going especially removing objects in a photo. When I segmented the area to be removed it ruined the photo

Versatile handy program...mostly!

製品を使ってみた感想： Generally good. will continue to use and recommend to others, so I guess I must be reasonably happy with it

良いポイント:

easy to use and versatility. The remove objects works well.. usually very well especially where objects to be removed are easily outlined and distinguished from the background. The remove background that I use a lot, is also good'sh, for the same reason. Both great tools.

改善してほしい点:

the background removal tool is well, fine... good. But when there is even a slight blurring between BG and FG, then not so good... still does a reasonable job, but leaves little 'jagged' (technical term lol) bits along the edges

Support Problems

製品を使ってみた感想： Support is not acceptable. The owner needs to have support available for actual phone troubleshooting standard US times, or should refund if they can't get your software working remotely.

The program performs close to Light Room level when it works.

After being pushed with 2 forced paid upgrade notifications in 2 years, after purchasing a lifetime subscription my sofware still won't work. Support is not available US standard business hours, so I switched back to Light Room and am out $100 for nothing.

Disappointment

Dont Do it!..

製品を使ってみた感想： when I first signed up I had to convert my images over aagin for the program to except it and I was ok with that I guess because the background removal tool was doing ok although you had to do little extras with that as well but once I closed the online version I had to download the program onto mu computer to access it..Once I removed the background which is now doing a worse job I cannot download images without the Inpixio watermark and i have paid the yearly subscription..Bogus.. I dont know about anyone else but I dont have money to just give away!

Once I purchased the subscription for a year I was not able to download photos without watermark and the background removal is bogus after the fact..Not sure what happened!..What did I pay for?! You have been warned!..

Nothing. InPixio is inferior to many free editors. It does almost nothing, and what it does is amateurish, e.g. when editing pictures of people it regularly cuts off body parts -- seriously amateurish. Zoom can get you better backgrounds in real-time. InPixio is just awful!

Edit features are inferior to free photo editor. Pricing is a scam with lots of nags and upgrades. An annual subscription, it turns out, only runs for 3 months (I purchased in October 2023, and year's subscription ended at 1-1-2024.

The promotion sounded good but it was not what I experienced.

I downloaded it on my Macbook with the link they sent me and it has no controls for removing background -and there is not a 'one click' button to remove background like the publicity shows. It also does not remove all of the background in the picture. I sent a screenshot to their customer service to show this. It has been one week with no response and no refund. I did not spend $60 for a messed up product and there is no customer service response.

inPixio website is by USA standards a scam. The sight gives a link that says BUY. It is only after you check out that you learn you did NOT BUY the software, only a one year subscription. Online chat states several weeks before I might see my money back. In the United States this type of scam is called a "Bait and Switch" and is illegal. While the software appears awesome, be sure of what you are REALLY buying.

Good all around photo manipulation package!

製品を使ってみた感想： I use inPixio less frequently than I thought I might, but I have been pleased when I have used it to correct or edit photos. I will have to think about the expense of renewing for another year versus switching to another, perhaps free product, based on my actual need.

Let's face it, when it comes to photo editing packages, there are a kabillion choices. Some are free. Some are super expensive. Some have lots of advanced features; some have only basic features. Some have clunky looking, dated interfaces; some have attractive, modern interfaces. inPixio Photo Studio Ultimate represents a good balance of everything you might need in a photo editing program. It looks great, has some very advanced features, and has additional available components that integrate nicely into the main menu interface. The interface is clean and consistent across modules. The components work very well. Results are similar to or better than other good products.

改善してほしい点:

I am not fond of subscription-based software. I would prefer to pay just a little more and have the license for several years. Also, I am disappointed with the image conversion options, as the program does not support as many formats as one would expect from an "ultimate" package. Even the free Irfanview supports conversions between far more formats.

Totally Unsatisfactory

製品を使ってみた感想： See above. I am an aged pensioner, and a volunteer. I bought this program thinking it would help with my volunteer duties out of my own money and now cannot purchase another program as I cannot afford it.

The fact that it promises strong customer support and I have received none. I sat on the phone to get help after purchase for 20 minutes. When someone eventually answered, and I tried to explain my problems, she cut me off and said she would ring back in 15 minutes. One week later and I am still waiting. I tried to enter a password multiple times and it was rejected everytime. Since then I have tried to communicate with the company t no avail. I have requested a full refund many times and again no response

The best thing about this software are their ads which greatly overstate the features and ease of use. The cut and erase features are primative and require free hand outlining making it impossible to cut objects and people from a busy background. Also instead of having all feature available it divides cut and erase into different platforms. We are extremely disappointed with this software and have told the manufacturer that the ads is false and misleading

Easy To Use Photo Editing

Never Ending of Professional Editing Tools

製品を使ってみた感想： The presets are amazing. I could generate many different versions of what I was looking for with one click.
Occasionally I still turn to Photo Shop because of my familiarity with it but find I am making IN Pixio Photo Studio my initial contact.

Integration was a breeze. Brilliant video tutorials. Really improves everything I did previously.

Of course there's a learning curve, but it's heaps of fun and worth doing properly.

Great inexpensive Photo Editor

exactly what I need to remove backgrounds from photos and delete unwanted
graphics. I would highly recommend this product.
