Subscription's management get easier

製品を使ってみた感想: I'm using this as a customer support that handles customer's subscriptions. Although the load times sometimes annoying but editing their data and information regarding their subscriptions order are really easy.

良いポイント:

-Making it easy to track subscriber's information and order. Basically Shopify's brother for subscriptions. -Easy to manage the price, order and payment details, and shipping date.

改善してほしい点:

-Sometimes it doesn't open or taking to long to be opened. -Even after you got it, sometimes it takes time to load

Recharge has allowed us to develop a robust subscription service that has grown our customer lifetime significantly. It integrated quickly into Shopify and is easy to navigate. We're working on developing our gifting products for this holiday season and are excited to see how this helps boost our revenue for the remainder of Q4.

改善してほしい点:

The cost difference in plans is a bit of a steep jump, and it would be nice if it was more of a sliding scale based on how many subscribers you have. While we're interested in the customizable features in checkout and customer portals under the Pro plan, we're not yet ready to make the step up to the plan because of price.

Base Recharges Services Make a Solid Start

製品を使ってみた感想: Using recharge has allowed me to capitalize on turning one time customers into subscribers.

良いポイント:

Integrated service to add subscription options directly onto my Shopify website. Being able to set minimum charges for subscribers, additional discounts to baseline subscriber discounts is a great tool.

改善してほしい点:

Price increases when using the same service. As a small business, having to pay a monthly fee of $100 + transaction fees on subscription orders takes a hit on my subscription orders, especially since I am offering customers a discount for being a subscriber. As much as I would like to use their bundle feature, the cost doesn't match my current small business revenue.

Good option for Small to medium sized subscription based DTC businesses

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall it is a great platform for simple subscriptions, but there are more advanced software available for your business if you take your subscriptions seriously.

We used recharge for our subscription business for about 2 years. The platform was super easy to use and it was very simple to set up and customize which products would be available for subscription purchases.

改善してほしい点:

The platform had been steadily the # 1 subscriptions platform, but they did not add any features while we were using it. There was no AI features which definitely was a negative.

I have used other subscription apps for Shopify and ran into tons of issues, such as payments failing and orders being created, and customer portal issues, but ReCharge has never let me down. When I have had any questions, and migrations tasks, the team was super helpful and responsive to help me accomplish my goals.

I love the ability to integrate ReCharge with other third-party apps such as One Click Upsell which allows you to upsell subscriptions and other products to your customers post-purchase, without hurting your front-end conversion rate.

改善してほしい点:

The reports are a bit clunky and take a long time to load. Additionally, the forward-facing customer portal can sometimes load slowly as well.

Good Recurring Billing Option For Shopify

製品を使ってみた感想: We used Recharge for subscription shipping of products, similar to the Amazon function subscribe & save. It works decent but has some configuration that needs to happen, which will take some trial & error

It was feature-rich, allowed for solid recurrent billing options, and works well if you use Shopify.

Getting adequately configured and set up to your needs can be tedious. For some sites, you will need to have some coding experience or use their customer service.

The reporting isn't the best. You have to download everything vs showing a graph. You also can't see data on who adjusted, canceled subs in one place.

recharge meets my needs!

製品を使ってみた感想: very good - our online customers are able to automatically get charged and receive their product! it's a win win for all .... no problems at all ...

i like it. it's easy. it works. customers use it. no problems. we had someone who needed to change an address and this was pretty easy also. it pairs well with our shopify store. all has been smooth. this subsciption service is paramount to offer online.

unfortunately, they have informed us that in 2024 there will be a new monthly charge for recharge ... this is a bit of a bummer, as we've been paying per purchase thus far ....

Great for customers and companies!

製品を使ってみた感想: Recharge has been great for our business because it guarantees purchases for us and makes it simple for our patients to maintain their regular supplement orders.

良いポイント:

I love that it integrates with Shopify so that our customers make a purchase and don't even have to deal with anything extra. They simply select recurring order and Recharge takes it from there. It's also quite easy to edit from my end. Some patients have needed to change shipment dates, card info, addresses,... and I can do it for them and maintain a highly valued customer service.

改善してほしい点:

What I like the least may simply be user error. I find it a little confusing on how to create a new autoship option in Shopify. Also there are times that the standard item and auto ship option do not communicate on inventory. So if someone purchases using Recharge, I have to manually update the quantity for the original item.

Best option for subscription software for small business

ReCharge is overall fantastic! I use the software daily managing our over 600 subscriptions and find it easy to use and make adjustments when necessary.

There have been some buggy issues over the years, however the team at ReCharge is generally quick to respond and get into action with problems that arise. When they first started allowing multiple payment methods and Shopify payment gateways, we had issues with customers and ourselves being unable to update their payment methods online. It appeared to be an issue on their end that affected multiple stores. This took a few times reaching out to ReCharge to solve but we haven't had any problems since.

Best subscription management features

良いポイント:

How much power it puts in the hands of our customers. We easily reduce churn by allowing customers to fully customize and manage their subscriptions via SMS.

改善してほしい点:

Customizations do require a bit of additional coding and work but we are able to create just about everything we need to with their custom APIs.

If you are on Shopify and need to spool up a Member Program Fast use Recharge

良いポイント:

It's a turnkey option to setup recurring billing. It also integrates very easily with Shopify.

Sometimes it lags a bit and CS is not always the most helpful.

ReCharge has made it much easier for me to send out subscription products. I use to keep up with my subscribers manually and it quickly proved to be overwhelming! With ReCharge, I'm able to focus on growing my business and not worrying over the manual work involved with creating subscriptions. It has given me the peace of mind that I needed.

改善してほしい点:

At first the software can be a little hard to understand where to begin as there are so many features available - but luckily, their Support Team has been there to help us every step of the way. They even offer options for phone calls and chat support as well as free onboarding webinars.
