Clearooms makes it so easy to see whats booked and whats free with its interactive floor plans , also it provides scheduling within a minute with assigning group of desks to team members to easily collaborate.

Shared desk can be concern of hygiene and cleanliness , and its really time consuming in searching suitable workspace each day.

製品を使ってみた感想： Cleanrooms for staff is absolutely useful for booking and management of workspace with excellent support team. I also find layout optimization and repeated booking to be very convenient.

I find it pretty easy to learn and to use in my experience and best part is that it integrates with google workspace that made it more practical for working with teams . It has lots of customization options in dashboard also.

製品を使ってみた感想： Well priced easy to use solution that does what it says on the tin. Not full of a long list of fancy features that are never going to be fully used but are paid for.

Ability to add photos of our office. Easy to use. Looks modern and fresh. App functionality good. Reasonably priced.

Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot. Half hour, or full customisation would be great.

製品を使ってみた感想： [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was brilliant from start to finish and since we launched and the necessary questions, we didn't need anymore help and if i do have a question, i know il get it answered very quick! The app and desktop version are stil working great as well :)

It is just so easy, I paid extra for the office design as just need a straight forward app that is what i got... training is 5 minutes, to book abd unbook desks is easy and we built it into our network so it is an automatic process...

改善してほしい点:

There is nothing I didn't like - I didn't take advantage of the meeting room option as we have an add on with TEAMS and OUTLOOK.

製品を使ってみた感想： Clearooms is a key part of CloudPay's process for using the office and is mandatory fro people to use before using the office.

The product is itself very useful and is used as a necessity by a lot of CloudPay employees before coming to the office. it is a mandatory requirement. It is very user friendly and useful for reports usage. Updates are improving it as well recently being able to add an individual to multiple groups is helpful

I have shared some areas of improvement, mainly being able to book certain days for specific teams or individuals and then the other days for anyone to use
