During this time I have had the pleasure of watching this company grow from an internet faxing service to a full scale business faxing company, servicing both small \& large companies. I use mfax at least once monthly. My favorite feature of this software is the ability to fax documents via email. Customer service is excellent, responsive, and courteous. They send out email updates when new features are added. There are many bells and whistles that I do not use because I have no need for it, such as the ability to fax documents from other cloud drives.
