It’s ease of use to set up different help desks or ticket requests was fairly easy. Each help desk can be unique to the department it serves.

改善してほしい点:

It can be costly and there are nasty sides on the licensing. For example, you can't use plugins for a limited number of users, and only pay for that the number of users.

テンプレが豊富ですぐ使用できる。また、ソフトウェア開発などバグレポートに適したロードマップを視覚的に敷くことが可能で、チーム内の情報共有がしやすい。

改善してほしい点:

自由度が高すぎて、新規のユーザーにはとっつきにくい部分がある。テンプレが豊富だからこそ、社内の運用方法をマニュアル化していないと、一貫した管理ができない。

Go to for large dev teams and enterprise

製品を使ってみた感想: In my experience managing large teams of developers in different parts of the world, it has been a vital application in managing projects and work and keeping things on the move and transparent, but of course, it requires the adoption of good processes and workflows.

It's probably the most popular PM application in the tech space, especially in enterprise or if you manage large teams for agile practices

Administration can get complex at times, mainly if you are not dedicated or focused on being a scrum master or PM

製品を使ってみた感想: If you're in the Atlassian ecosystem, it's convenient to use. If you're not, and looking for a project management tool - there are many other options that are likely better for the price. Purchasing Jira separately to me only makes sense for small businesses with less than 10 users on it's lowest plan.

良いポイント:

I was on an Enterprise plan via Atlassian, and didn't have the highest expectations for Jira - but I learned to love it. The UI isn't the greatest, but it's not bad for the price. Functionality-wise it's not far off from an Asana in terms of tagging and timelines. I like how they took from Confluence's UI to in the boards to help visualize tasks better.

改善してほしい点:

It's just not enjoyable to use, and your project management tool is something you need to enjoy using everyday. I think it's the UI. It feels cold. Everything is easy to use because it's natural UI, but it's not fun to use and my team agrees.

Jiraに切りかえた理由: We actually started with Jira in the marketing team, and decided to switch to Asana completely. I still needed to use Jira though, because I was part of the product team who used it as well. There's plans to transition completely out of Jira for product as well however, so only our developers will use it.

製品を使ってみた感想: As a sole practitioner, Jira made me want to branch out and hire support staff just so I could use the products Atlassian offers; however, it is a bit out of my budget at this time and seeing as it is useful for teams anyway, I discontinued my use.

良いポイント:

I really like the entire Atlassian suite; it makes me wish I wasn't the only person on my team! I like that Jira offers a number of different views to organize information regarding whichever project or team you are working on. The timeline feature is very helpful for visualizing progress and goals. Finally, the automation feature appears very helpful for executing repetitive business/team functions

改善してほしい点:

I was not a big fan of being the only user on any Atlassian product; they are definitely built for teams.

Getting Things Done with Jira

製品を使ってみた感想: We have single-signon enabled which makes it easy to access the tool without additional overhead. Collaboration with external partner is a lot easier with Jira as it helps keep all of us accountable for our work.

良いポイント:

There are many views available, ranging from the Kanban board, to the list view of all issues. This enables one to easily slice and dice issues any way one prefers. Also, the email alerts let you know when colleagues and partners, both internal and external make updates to the issues we are working together on.

改善してほしい点:

There is not much to dislike at all. We are able to make good use of the tool.

Jiraに切りかえた理由: Other folks felt more comfortable with Jira than with Trello, though different tools make sense for different workstreams. Trello might be a better fit for smaller groups than for larger wide-ranging initiatives/deployments.

Overall top product for software development task tracking and management

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, as a product owner, I could not anyway stay on top of things if I would not use Jira daily. Prioritising is the biggest thing for me and our team and Jira helps with that a lot. The product is also startup friendly when it comes to the pricing/subscriptions.

Jira, as a part of other Atlassian products, has been improved a lot in the last year. When we started with Jira, we were only using it for development task tracking, nowadays we are using it, along with Confluence and Bitbucket, as the backbone of our technical records. Jira takes time to get to know to, but they are improving the UI towards more user friendly way. I have not yet found any possible alternatives for the overall capabilities of Jira.

改善してほしい点:

Some part of settings and some more advanced options in Jira are still a bit hard to reach. But you just need to use the docs and search for help from the internet when you feel like you are stuck. There are a lot of Jira users out there and many of the issues you will face when using it, have been recognised and people have found word arounds.

Jira makes agile easy

製品を使ってみた感想: I use Jira every day as part of my scrum team - it is a great way to visualize tasks and collaborate to achieve our goals

It makes it really easy to see tasks and work in an agile way to achieve our goals as a team. I like the sprint boards that you can customize with different headings so there is transparency about the status of tasks across the team.

改善してほしい点:

It can be a little bit buggy at times. Some days it seems to run really slowly and be quite laggy as you are navigating around the site. It also doesnt auto update when someone is making changes to the board - you have to refresh to see what changes have been made which can be a little annoying and lead to some repetition

Works as Expected

製品を使ってみた感想: I have been using Jira for a while and saw it evolve with time. I have also used other tools but haven't got the same experience as with Jira. It's really easy to quickly track work, go back to add more details, and customize the platform for my needs. Overall, I am happy with it.

良いポイント:

The UI is clean and there is a lot of customization options with features like JQL, boards and projects. It's really easy to setup a project, a board, add people, and then customize the swimlanes however the team likes. This is for me a really important feature because even though we all follow agile, not everyone adopts the same principles and methodologies. Teams should be able to adapt the tool to their needs and that's a big step towards success. The reports are also ok, at least for a quick glance at the performance of a certain project (with burndown chart, velocity, etc.). I've also used the API for some automated actions, it works as expected for me.

改善してほしい点:

Bulk actions are quite hard to do. There are some easy actions (like moving a group of issues to a sprint) but if we try to do something more complex like closing a group of tasks as Done with a certain sub-status (ex. Cancelled, Won't Do, etc.) it's not easy for me at all. Finally, the pricing seems a bit high for smaller teams and starting companies.

Jira is user-friendly and also it can be as deep and customizable as need be. It is the backbone of my business for ticketing, collaborating and troubleshooting across all environments.

改善してほしい点:

If I really have to mention cons, I would say more customizable themes. Other than that, it does the job.

製品を使ってみた感想: A necessity that does the job just okay. Has important functionality that not many other alternatives offer.

良いポイント:

Every person's contribution is clearly visible as their own. Timestamps are also helpful. Cataloguing and structuring is also good. Good integrations with external applications. I also really like the preview of task links in Atlassian applications.

改善してほしい点:

Somewhat of an outdated look and feel, however the cloud version is considerably more modern than the old one for sure.

製品を使ってみた感想: It’s a pleasure to use this tool and I get excited when I see companies using it because it I understand the efficiency it creates internally for teams.

The collaboration and transparency the tool creates inter-departmentally and cross functionally between companies is phenomenal.

改善してほしい点:

Would love a way to request permissions within the product. I currently need to reach out to parties outside of the platform via email when I don’t have permissions to certain documents or boards, or want to be a watcher on a ticket. It would be nice if there was an ask for permission button within the browser.

It can give clear process management feature from different hights (zoom in and zoom out)

The best thing about Jira is that the product is very (very) user friendly and easy to onboard, In addition it's highly customizable

改善してほしい点:

It's hard to tell what is less working in Jira, but as a platform it sometimes lacks features where you need to go to the marketplace to find the missing features and it can have an additional cost

Its reporting and visualization capabilities are very strong, I expect its capabilities to increase with artificial intelligence-supported applications. It would be invaluable for him to give advice like assigning tasks based on the meeting or email summary, or when you need information for a meeting, Confluence has this type of information, would you like to use it? Although you find it easy to use in general, you need to work a little for detailed use.

I love Jira's scrum board management and visuals. We started to hold retrospective meetings here, especially in the last sprints. Being able to choose themes and including the discussed topics as stories in the sprint makes my job easier. Its filters are very powerful, it is especially important to create a board for your own use. Nice to save a time with jira

改善してほしい点:

There is no part of it that I can specifically say I didn't like. But I expect Jira to get more support from AI to make our work easier. For example: It would be great if it included an add-on to online meetings and the folder I have allowed in Outlook, listened and assigned automatic tasks to the board from my meetings and e-mails, and I could review them.

Dashboard representation. Once the customization has been set up, the maintenance of stories and moving them through the stages is easy.

Takes a while to set up and customize to get the Project stages correct. Not intuitive.

It is very easy to track my work tickets, collaborate with colleagues, and link to other Epic tickets or other related JIRA to keep track of all events for a specific issue and who is involved.

改善してほしい点:

The only issues I have had with JIRAs in over 10 years of use is only when there is an issue with access to the JIRA environment.

Excellent all-around project management / work-tracking tool

製品を使ってみた感想: Jira is an excellent all-around project management / work-tracking tool. Rather than being a bug tracking application, it allows to plan, execute, and monitor the whole lifecycles. Working with it for over 12 years, I've seen it grow in many features and capabilities that facilitate team work.

良いポイント:

* Easy to learn and use. * Powerful, flexible, and useful features for managing work and projects. * Has many templates for managing work via Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc. * Timeline, backlog, and board features are super helpful for communication, collaboration, and coordination of work. * Plenty of capabilities for integrations and add-ons for enhanced / additional functionality.

改善してほしい点:

Jira in itself is sufficient for most things and while add-ons could increase features and potentially productivity, they can be expensive depending on the number of users. Capabilities and limitation differences between team-managed and company-managed projects can be confusing. The former is a simplified setup that facilitates system administration by giving teams autonomy, but it can be frustrating to manage and work with its limitations.

Iconic, Robustious & Full-featured PPM Software

Jira is one of the PPM tools which I like using since it has a clean and intuitive UI/UX. It has a robust backend integration which allows me to connect with external apps from other markets such as ERP and CRM.

改善してほしい点:

It has been a while ever since I encountered a drawback on Jira. The best thing is how the vendor technician team rapidly fix bugs as soon as they arise.
