FOCUS on things that matter!

製品を使ってみた感想： I am too spoilt now that i can't go back to paper and excel checklists. My team uses go audits for daily store audits and i don't need to waste time on compiling sheets and scanning documents that doesn't yield any benefit since in the end all what matters is what action you take to correct things and make it better. Go Audits understands business and does it well!

良いポイント:

Action Plan is an amazing tool to keep track of What Who When. Dashboard is very comprehensive and provides all data to have a quick glance or detailed analysis. Checklists are quiet easy to set up with roles and permission you are able to keep everything structured and in control.

改善してほしい点:

The import audit configuration thing could be replaced with instant sync that doesn't require people to sync in order to see any changes. The theme of the checklist could use some facelift as people might board looking at the same checklist each day. If the users can customize their look and feel of their user account then it will give it a personal touch.

製品を使ってみた感想： Very happy with the team, they are very responsive, and deal with issues quickly.
The team is constantly taking the time to develop and add new features as per client requirements.

Easy to use. Ability to add pictures and comments. Generate reports immediately after audits with given score and findings. Can be used on webApp and mobile App.

改善してほしい点:

The system is very limiting and is has a standard set up and not very flexible for a wide range of inspections. Glitches keep appearing in generated reports.

Not a good start

製品を使ってみた感想： Only been with them 19 days and feel very stressed that they are not doing what they promised!

It tells me I need to write 40 words but the only thing I like is the system!

staff are keen to get you on board but as soon as you are on board they don't help, delaying our audits and causing a back log, after numerous messages and emails no one seems to care!

GoAudits for Quality Assurance

製品を使ってみた感想： GoAudits checks all of the boxes for our company for our Quality Assurance program. They have amazing customer service that is always available with extremely fast response times. We also use GoAudits for our daily temperature logs, 4 a day at over 20 locations. Their system handles all of our needs without issue.

GoAudits has all of the features needed for our company to perform and maintain our Quality Assurance program. As the Administrator, I am able to manage all aspects of our program in one place.

There were some bugs in the system initially, but those have all been worked out over the course of our relationship.

What I liked least about GoAudits is the occasional lag in the mobile app, especially when dealing with larger datasets. This can be a minor inconvenience during extensive audits. This rarely happens but worth mentioning.

製品を使ってみた感想： It's been amazing. I appreciate how quickly the team responds to changes we make to our audits, how user friendly the audits are, and the accountability of being able to receive photos from our staff/employees to ensure processes are being followed.

The flexibility to make the audits unique to fit our business needs. We use the audits for multiple stores along with our food trucks, which allows us to ensure we have checks and balances for our processes and there's consistency across the board.

I can honestly say we don't have anything negative to say. We've been very pleased with the program and our business has become much more efficient.

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example: 1. Floor 24 2. Floor 22 3. Floor 23 It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

Building an audit from scratch is difficult for a new user, fortunately, GoAudits and their team can take your concept, even from a scratch of paper, and build an audit system to suit your needs.

良いポイント:

I've been uploading and creating checklists for my Assessors. I don't use the software. But the software is user-friendly and intuitive. There are some features which could be improved, but having trialled another well-known auditing app, GoAudits is on a par, all-told. The support is fantastic - you don't have to wait long for assistance. I also like the fact that you can upload a checklist in almost any format, and GoAudits will do the heavy lifting for you, all as part of the service. Compared with other similar products on offer, this is fantastic. Plus, you have plenty of templates ready to use, or you can create your own, all at a competitive price point. It's early days, but I'm looking to subscribe for all the reasons stated.

We haven't tried using it in the field yet, so my comments will be limited to the 'backend design' of things. It can be a bit clunky having to edit checklists you've been using, in the Form Builder section. But I don't think its vastly different from most other similar offerings out there, especially when you consider all that's on offer for the price plans, and the quality of support.

製品を使ってみた感想： Working with Goaudits has been great the support team have always been a great help with any problems. Goaudits have also listened to our requirements over the time we have been using there system and made many changes to there system for our company needs.

I found the app on the phone so easy to use and navigate. The desktop software was a little more complicated but after using it for a month and with the help of goaudits support I was taught all I needed to know. The integration to the business was easy.

Navigating the dashboard and back system was difficult. The reports generated are not in the format or layout I would prefer and find it hard to convert it to what I would like.

製品を使ってみた感想： A really positive experience, the free trial allows full access and the support team will help uploading current paper checklists quickly to allow robust testing. The real benefit is customisation and full ownership and control of audits that easy to create, amend, replicate and publish.

Go Audits provides a bespoke, customisable platform to create and use electronic audits and checklists from an initial out of the box product. The addition of Action plan and Corrective action management through your exiting email network provides a real improvement to clarity and sight of operational compliance across mutli-site operations.

改善してほしい点:

The analytics dashboard doesn't always give the required data, but as always the Go Audits support team are working with us to make the improvements specific to our business that will continue to add value to this product.

We have only scratched the surface with this product, and it have made processes more efficient and streamlined. Support is excellent and very customer focused. They help provide solutions versus no it can't be done. 100% recommended for businesses looking to be more efficient and utilize technology.

I have been using GOAudit for over 1 year now, but my company uses for over 2. The product is excellent and ensure diligence. The customer service is quick, efficient and super helpful. Anything is possible with them, they are very accommodating and open to suggestions for improvements.

Nothing really. If I would suggest something, I would like an automated way to send reminders to close "action plans".

Easy to use, professional digitalized reports, supports the paperless initiative, and enables us to self regulate. We appreciate the support from the [sensitive content hidden], Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager and Support Team.

Customization of few forms has been a challenge so far, but I am pretty confident that a solution will be found soon.Sometimes unable to upload a picture while performing an audit in the mobile app.An option to close bulk actions of the same question for the same location is currently not available.

A platform that facilitates the day-by-day inspections

Through live inspections and instant reporting, the app enabled us to analyse all activities in greater detail without spending so much time on traditional procedures. The fields are simple to fill out, and the app's user interface is intuitive, the ability to add instant pictures is great.

Although the re-importing option can be a little bit slower at times, overall the experience was positive.

The App is very user friendly and easy to follow an inspection. The checklists are well structured and all the data collected is accessible trough the platform and can be easily exported in excel.

Having recently spent some time with [sensitive content hidden] (our new Account Manager), I am a big fan of the performance, trends and summary tabs. These sections will aid in our effort to achieve our set targets for 2023.

Food Safety QA Audits

製品を使ってみた感想： We recently implemented GoAudits as our primary platform for completing both retail food safety audits at our 70+ cafes as well as for our supplier FSQA audits. Platform was simple, intuitive, easy to implement, and provides a ton of functionality. In addition, the GoAudits Support Team is great and really responsive if you ever have any issues or questions. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to transition away from manual audit checklists to a fully automated digital auditing platform.
