製品を使ってみた感想： 概ね良いツールだと思います。多機能すぎて使いこなすまでには時間も労力も使うが、慣れてしまうと戻れない。

良いポイント:

多機能であり、組織に存在するさまざまなニーズをうまく解決してくれるツール。「あーこれ欲しかった！」みたいな体験を何度かしている。

改善してほしい点:

やはり費用感が高いと感じる時がある。私たちは少数のスタートアップだからなのかもしれないが、高価なツールであるという認識。

ワールドスタンダードになりうる最強ツール

製品を使ってみた感想： 社内でのナレッジ共有やお客様の対応マニュアル、お客様に共有する可変する情報の共有に最適で無料でも十二分に使える内容で最高のアプリです。

改善してほしい点:

タスク管理が機能として実装されているが、特化しているアプリに比べると他の機能があるため使いにくく感じる

製品を使ってみた感想： 100人規模のナレッジ共有に使っています。慣れるとかなり使いやすいです。

良いポイント:

ブログのように、後から見てもわかりやすい構造で、誰でも簡単に文書を残すことができます。ブックマークや画像、動画の貼り付けも一瞬ででき便利です。

改善してほしい点:

データベースとして使う際、エクセルのようには簡単に使えない点です。計算式が独特なので、一定程度の知識がないと使いこなせません。

十分使えるのだが、Googleカレンダーを取り込むだけでなく、Noton側の変更との同期ができると良い

自由度が高いメモアプリ

良いポイント:

基本的には、自由度が高く使えるメモアプリのようなサービス。

改善してほしい点:

自由度が高いが故に、少し使いづらい部分がある。例えば一つのプロジェクトしたタスクやデータを関連付けて管理できるが、色々なものを紐付けできるが故に、どこになにがあったか導線が追いづらい。

業務連絡や業務管理ツールとしても使えるらしいが、それを行うためにいまいちどういった使い方をすればいいか分からない点。

製品を使ってみた感想： I decided to start using notion when I saw a review on YouTube, my main usage at that moment was organization. At first, I found it difficult to create my new tables, and it took me a while to learn how to use the formulas and different features. Once I learned, I created big tables with dependant columns and rows and automatic values, which have been helping me to keep a record of my grades at school and university, to track my tasks and organize my homework and work.

When you become a pro in Notion every aspect is a pro. Notion works in different devices (computer, android, ios), it allows collaborative work, you can create view-only or editing links, it works great not only for personal organization, but also for work tasks. At work is good for project management, scheduling tasks, taking progress and tasks of each employee, etc. It also has good options to filter access to each file. This allows to share the same document with different access levels in a big organization.Although I didn't find it too easy at first for complex tasks, there are various tutorials and documentation on the internet, and Notion and users provide free templates for different use cases, which makes everything easy.

改善してほしい点:

The main drawback I found is that is not as intuitive as many people think. The user interface is friendly and nice, but when you want to create complex tables with many columns and automatic actions, it gets complex without knowing how to use it. Is as spread-shits, as long as you want to do simple actions with the basic formulas, will be ok. However, when you want to implement complex structures and use advance functions It may get complicated if you don't know how to use it.Anyway, it is not too difficult to lean, and once you know how to use it, you can create wonderful documents and tables that will simplify many jobs and will help you keep organized.

製品を使ってみた感想： Notion is a very well made application with excellent top features to support flexibility and collaboration with the team for notes. I just hope with the new AI, any integrations soon start in Notion as well with automatic creation according to prompt.

Easy to use, easy to start working with, easy to collaborate with team. The User interface is beautiful. The notes can be shown in a customized fashion. Notes are also displayed with a top page photo which is so perfect feature for me.

Nothing in particular is bad about Notion. New AI intregrations would go a long way for notes creation. Auto transcribing in meetings would be a good idea as well.

Best Multi-Function Platform

I cannot name one platform that does what Notion does any better or to the same extent and I do not see myself departing from this platform any time soon - it is so versatile, so even when my life goes through drastic changes, I am able to adjust the way I use Notion to fit my needs.

I admire how customisable every page is and the many block options I have to make my experience personal and unique. On occasion, Notion has not recognised that I have been online even when I have a stable wifi connection. This applies specifically to eduroam connections. Other than that, I cannot point out any other problems or negatives about this platform.

So I really feel a difference. Evernote become with time a boring routine. You ended up konwing all what the software capacities without a horizon you can looking for. Evernote blog is a good resource but it is not enough for me.
The comparison with Evernote is critical for me. So I can tell you that Notion provide you all what Evernote offer plus a not-so-boring journey during using the product.

User experience is not that good. It is not comfort for the eyes. Too many options. Too many features. Need time to learn and use and you ended up reexplain that too many time to your team OR you must buy Khe course about that product. And it's something you should really consider into your calculation of what that software cost.
