When you run calculations on a monthly basis, they will take a couple minutes only. Due to the flexibility of the platform, "anything is possible" in terms of accommodating complex plans. The Implementation and CS teams have all been top notch, and willing to help.

There are a hundred ways to do everything, and just like a complex excel model, there will be unforeseen challenges that arise from time to time. As a fairly young company with fairly new people handling your implementation, the quality of your implementation may vary from person to person. The "white glove" implementation is worth it unless you have very simple comp plans.

The platform also provides real-time visibility, which helps with planning and motivation throughout the month. Notifications and monthly summaries are very helpful, and the interface makes it easy to compare payouts across periods. Overall, CaptivateIQ empowers sales teams with confidence, accuracy, and control over their commission information.

Pair that with speed and efficiency of the system that also helps with planning/simulation and it's honestly the best commissions product I've used in my entire career. The ease of implementing even the most complex plans allows you to keep everything in one place and therefore track spending and performance. It is also extremely easy to use for the end users and when you get stuck you can count on instant support from their team. I would definitely recommend this product.

> **改善点**: It's not so much the product's fault but the great flexibility it offers can turn against you if your organisation is not careful with plan design. Sometimes it would be easier to just be able to say 'no, this can't be done in our system' to some of the exotic, one off requests.

> In my opinion Captivate is a perfect compromise between the efficiency of ERP system which is very effective but takes team of consultants to implement a simple change and the flexibility of Excel spreadsheet. It's a perfect tool for commissions team to handle everything commissions related and report on it.
