良いポイント:

Besides the fact that the features I use is free, the easy deployment and setup is simply mind boggling, to be free. Usually free things are not very user friendly, but boy am I wrong with Action1. Simply superb!

Some features that are missing is being able to transfer files from tech computer to remote computer, another item is the layout, needs to have customize the current view or adding columns, instead of having to drill down further to find either IP address etcThe need for a Mac and Linux client could be a tremendous add on

Great idea, some room to improve.

The only issue we ran into was the remote access to endpoints, it is slow and has issues when switching multiple displays.

製品を使ってみた感想: Our overall experience has been good. We've created bundles to deploy, we manage patches, do remote access. It now our to go tool when someone has an issue we can't fix by sending them instructions. and it helps inmensly when we try to figure out what software version anyone has.

We like that is solves our problem of managing our hardware and software inventory, plus it allows us to do patching and software deployment from a central console. the added bonus is the remote access/desktop ability to support users when they have issues.

改善してほしい点:

The reporting is a bit convoluted to get the list of software in a single user's computer, but we eventually figured it out.

Action1 was the Unicorn we were looking for!

製品を使ってみた感想: Action1 has replaced two products on our networks, saving us a good amount of money. Patch management is where this product really excels. Inventory management is totally functional and based on what we've seen so far, they will continue to improve functionality and UI/UX rapidly.

Primarily we were looking to improve our patch management for Windows updates and 3rd party software. Action1 does both of these functions wonderfully.

Asset management and reporting need some improvements in UX. It does a wonderful job, but we'd love to see some additional features added. For example, we'd like to be able to add a custom field that is easily searchable for our asset ID tags. You can do this by adding notes, but it's not straightforward in the UI how to get to the proper reports.

製品を使ってみた感想: Action1 has helped me keep our computers updated, easily deploy software to remote workers, and allowed quick remote support. Their customer service was friendly and prompt when I enquired about subscription cost.

The product is simple to setup and use and the agent requires few system resources. Patch management is well organized easy to navigate. The first 100 endpoints are free so evaluating in your environment can be at a scale that reflects a real use case. If you only need 100 or less then you get a great tool for free.

改善してほしい点:

The Remote Desktop feature is missing the option for file transfers and chat but both are on the roadmap for future updates. The agent is currently only available for Windows.

An Affordable and feature rich solution to Patch management

製品を使ってみた感想: It has been really good, they are very attentive and want to help, the product is constantly improving and it just keeps getting better.

良いポイント:

I like that I just had to install a piece of software on a server and it picked up all the PC's and servers and installed the software it needed on them. Any new PC's get the software and report up to the cloud fast. It takes the guess work out of making sure everything is setup. I also liked that I could push a critical update and force (or not) a reboot. Makes things super easy.

改善してほしい点:

At first is was SLOW in their cloud portal, but with each passing month it gets faster and more useful. I also was limited to one login for an administrator at first but that was opened up recently to more than one.

The first choice for RMM software

製品を使ってみた感想: I was able to combine the features I was using through different software, into one software with an easy to use admin panel and a strong support system. I have had a few questions that have been answered very efficiently and helpfully.

It has made the managed services that I offer work seamlessly for me and my clients. There are countless features that I use to be able deliver a very professional and thorough service. They are constantly reviewing feedback and suggestions and implementing new features according to their users requirements.

改善してほしい点:

There are of course probably features that are not yet present, but mainly from my requirements it has everything I need. As I previously stated their team is constantly looking at our feedback and acting upon it to improve the product.

製品を使ってみた感想: Very good, I could setup the software very easy and fast. The guys working on the software are very interested on bringing it forward, something that I like. They are also very supportive with everything.

the program is very easy to use and works like a charm. You can almost do everything that an IT need with it.

改善してほしい点:

One thing that would be perfect to add to the software, would be a feature that allow me to create an group of programs and to automatically deploy it on the endpoint computers, so it will make easy work to setup a new laptop or computer.

Brilliant Product which saves me many hours!

製品を使ってみた感想: I am delighted with Action 1, this product this has made my daily work life so much easier. Having a fully functioning free option (for 50 PCs) makes it a no-brainer for me.

As an IT manager for a SME company with a limited IT budget, I am always looking for products that really make my life easier. I don't have a large team or the hours required to configure and train on complex implementations. As my company has grown I found that more and more of my time was being spent on deploying software and patching a growing number of PCs and so I needed a comprehensive product to manage this vital process for me. Enter Action 1, a product which offers easy implementation and a quick learning curve with an unlimited duration trial . I was instantly intrigued and wondered if it would really be any good. I installed the client and after a brief remote session with Action1's excellent support team to clarify some settings, was up and running on a handful of PCs. The rest is history, I now use this excellent product constantly right across the business to deploy and update my applications to new builds/images and have it set to auto run overnight, twice a week for MS updates.

改善してほしい点:

For companies like mine using MS Azure Active directory, there are a couple of small workarounds required to run the service on the master machine. However these are quick to implement and not really an issue.

Brigantia review

製品を使ってみた感想: Its the ability to make sure that all our PCs are patched and up to date, and to manage the software on them. This is particularly when our staff are no longer in the office all the time and are working from home.

良いポイント:

I have found that the deployment of apps is particularly effective. It's great to be able to roll out software to our PCs here within minutes no matter where people are based. I have found that the updates work really well as well.

改善してほしい点:

I think some of the information can be hard to find, or you have to drill down. For example finding if a machine has low disk space. Also would like the ability to be alerted if a machine goes offline. The remote access seems a bit limited, for instance with no ability to transfer files.

製品を使ってみた感想: It has patched, managed, and gave me access to workstations fast and from anywhere I am at with internet. I enjoy the two factor authentication as well.

I enjoy that I am able to connect to every computer and understand what is happening within my network. I like that there are email motivations that I can set up to know what is critical and who has installed a software. Peace of mind is what I like the most, especially as a one person IT position.

改善してほしい点:

I would say the UI, it is rather basic. I think basic has gone a long way but it seems like i spend a lot of time opening the menu tree on the left side too much. It would be nice if it was set up a bit nicer, not really a con though.

Great resource for smaller companies

良いポイント:

I appreciate the pricing and functionality of this software. It may be basic in comparison to other applications, but it does a good job with hardware inventory and software patch tracking. I also like the remote control ability. Not as robust as some application, but is still very useful.

改善してほしい点:

Remote control could use some enhancements. The option to turn off the request for users to accept the remote control connection. Often can't make the connection to the client. No error message.

Action1 - For Small or Medium Businesses with limited IT staff you can't go wrong!

Made my life much easier. Instead of trying to manage Windows Updates, Device Updates, Inventory Management, and Remote Access it 3 or 4 different apps, this put it all in one place.

Sometimes finding the correct updates in the Update Approval Screen can be a bit tidious

The perfect RMM tool for a new or small business

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall we're very satisfied by Action1 RMM. It has allowed us to easily add, monitor and patch our workstations across different locations, and while some of it's options could be improved we feel that the cost/quality relationship is totally worth it.

The 2 best things are Endpoint discovery which is a brilliant tool that allows us to add new workstations automatically. Also the ability to approve and schedule the patches we want installed and when.

改善してほしい点:

The Reports area could be improved, as there's currently no way to pull a report per device of all the software installed. Instead it shows you a list of all the software installed on all managed devices, and then you need to go into each piece of software to see where it's installed. Also the Reports lack filtering options. I also feel like the dashboard is bit hard to get around and it takes some time to get to know where everything is.

Ease of use. Many options. granularity. Good variety of reports. Better than Teams for remote control.

改善してほしい点:

currently, office 365 desktop apps are not being updated. after doing all missing updates on many devices, when selecting "update now" in the "Office Updates" part of various "Microsoft 365 Apps for Business", the updates have then run.It would be nice if action1 could update software installed in other profiles.

Non Profit Win!

when looking to remote into a machine... you have to find the logged on user in a subsection of the tool. Being able to see this with the name of the computer would be PERFECT.

Great service for patching and asset tracking

良いポイント:

The software updating feature is great and easy to use. It's easy to see what updates are needed and to approve and schedule them to run.

改善してほしい点:

It's sometimes difficult to find the report you are looking for in the reporting section. Some of them have names that don't really explain what info is on the report. For example, to get a list of computer serial numbers you have to run the Motherboards report.

製品を使ってみた感想: We deployed Action1 to be able to manage updates and software across our clients's multiples devices as a MSP, so it give us remote desktop capability to assist our end-users without the need of having any other third-party app.

良いポイント:

Really easy to use, all cloud based so perfect for managing devices that are not all located in the same physical network, plenty of features and they keep adding some

改善してほしい点:

No IOS app to manage and remote into the devices, need to use a web browser, but remote desktop is really limited unless you have a mouse and keyboard connected to your Ipad

Great Solution for MSPs or Internal IT Team

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, I think Action1 will serve us well as it allows us to organize our clients and their endpoints.

First of all, this solution is feature-rich! I previously used Comodo's ITarian solution and I always felt like it was held together with duct-tape and string. Action1 feels mature and solid. Numerous advanced features that you would expect from a high-cost solution

改善してほしい点:

The only thing I liked the least was one of the things that I liked the most and attracted me to Action1. I was looking for a web-based remote-control solution and Action1 offers it. But, due to the nature of it being web-based, some of the keyboard shortcuts don't tunnel through to the endpoint. They are executed on your source machine. Not sure how to get around this, but this was the only negative.

A centralised IT management platform with automated maintenance functionality

Ui looks a bit outdated and requires a ramp up Connection is found to break at times reducing overall reliability

Why I love this software

製品を使ってみた感想: Thank you for making a product that answers so many IT needs without having to write/test code all day.

良いポイント:

The best part is with very little setup I was able to determine if a client is missing critical updates. Especially for Windows, it is really simple and easy. A big plus is that your clients only need to be connected to the internet for the agent and console to communicate.

改善してほしい点:

SOme of the fields are not quite sortable for ease of data mining

Best cost/benefit ratio for small organizations

良いポイント:

We were using WSUS for patch management but Action1 seems to be faster and more comprehensive for this task. The Dashboard makes it simple to use all product features.

改善してほしい点:

Remote Desktop is slower than direct RDP but the security benefits outweigh the option of not using it.
