特筆すべき改善点が見当たらないほど完成度が高い。

良いポイント:

シンプルに「行」、「列」でデータを管理できるところがいい。自分で罫線を引かなくても綺麗にデータを整理できる。また、関数、プロットなどの機能を有するため、数値計算、グラフ作成などの作業は一つのソフトウェアで完成できる。

改善してほしい点:

関数、マクロなどの機能を活用するためにはそれなりの知識が必要。完全に使いこなせることが難しい。 また、excelからアイテムを他のoffice製品(例えば、powerpoint)にコピペする際、フォーマットがよくズレる。(フォントが変わったり、アイテムの色が変化したり)

表計算ソフトの第一選択肢

良いポイント:

この製品の最大の特徴は、やはり使用者が多いというところだと思います。他の製品でも似たような機能や互換性のあるものもありますが、どうしても表示などが保証されるわけではないため、お客様や社内のトラブルの要因になることがまれにある。特に企業ベースで考えた場合、特にこだわり等がなければExcelを導入しておく方が安心ではあると思います。

改善してほしい点:

価格の部分です。特に別のソフトが低価格、もしくは無償で提供されているため、もう少し価格が安くなると利用者も増えると思います。

Power Queryが使いやすい

製品を使ってみた感想： 毎日、使わない日がないぐらいに活用しています。私の業務はExcelなしには考えられません

良いポイント:

Power Queryが使えるようになって、非常に使いやすくなりました。 この機能がなかったら、脱Excelという考えに拍車がかかったと思います。

改善してほしい点:

Power Queryで処理した結果を外部に簡単にエクスポートする機能がないこと

国際基準のソフトであるため、悪く言えば選択肢がこれしかない

良いポイント:

国際基準のため、誰しもがこれを使っている。 タイトル通り悪く言えばこれしか選択肢がない。 オープンオフィスなどもあるが、ビジネス用途ではこれになる。

改善してほしい点:

価格面 フリーまでとは言わないが、もう少し安くあればと思うことはある。

スプレッドシートのベース

良いポイント:

各企業のプログラムとの連携が良く、データへのインポートエクスポートが優れてる

改善してほしい点:

他の類似ソフトの互換性が若干足りていないことだと思われる。

常にアップデートされるExcelの新関数が非常に便利

良いポイント:

近年導入されたXlookupなどの新関数が非常に便利で、効率が大きく向上しました。

改善してほしい点:

ファイルサイズが重くなると、必然的に動作も遅くなってしまう点。

良いポイント:

csvデータのインポートが楽にでき、グラフによる可視化、研究の成果のまとめにとても良い。

改善してほしい点:

グラフの機能が高機能ではあるが、もう少しカスタマイズしやすければよい。

操作が簡単

良いポイント:

量の多い計算や文書作成にも利用できること

改善してほしい点:

画面に見えている印刷範囲と、印刷プレビューが一致せず微調整がしづらいこと

ＶＢＡを含めると何でもできる

良いポイント:

ＶＢＡでコーディングすると、関数操作からスクリプトにも使用でき万能すぎるツール。

改善してほしい点:

サードパーティー製のアプリケーションと連携しようとするとオブジェクトが必要になることもあり難易度が上がる。

製品を使ってみた感想： I'm of the generation where Excel is a synonym with Spreadsheet. I'ts ovrall a vry complete and useful tool however it's not very intuitive and it takes a good deal of time and effort to bring a newbie up to speed and have them able to succesfully use it.

I's very convoluted and sometimes the help-instructions are not clear. You need a good level of proficiency and a good memory in order to be able to use it well.

製品を使ってみた感想： I would say I fell in love with Microsoft and very thankful that this kind of software exist. I believe all organization related to industry I'm working which is BPO/Contact Center are using this software nowadays.

Very functional to any kinds of task we have such as tracking purposes, making calculator for complicated table sheet, data analysis, and organize almost all kinds of data and information.

改善してほしい点:

I think learning formula is just too difficult but that's all. Once you learned complicated formula, you have the edge compare to your peers.

Microsoft Excel is best software for handling very large database

製品を使ってみた感想： i am using this software from 2024 and i am in the love with Microsoft excel, this software has changed my life, now i am analyzing the large database of our company within seconds and able to add the insights from the data. also it is helping me to find and remove the duplicate entries from the databases. There is no other software in the market to compete with this software and by using this i saved 40-50 hours per week minimum and increased my efficiency by 5x.

All features are very good in the Microsoft excel but i liked the function of adding the formulas to large database and creating pivot tables, sorting our the numbers based on required parameters, and v lookup functionality is very good

the software interface looks like very old, they need to improve the interface only, rest all features are the best

Using Microsoft Excel, makes it easy to organize things for my work environment. It is easy to save and find those items that are readily used at the top of the spreadsheet for everyday usage.

改善してほしい点:

There are templates but I don't feel the templates have enough choices. For instance, I was looking for a calendar that had weekly dates and daily times that I could customize for daily 24-hour periods but there was none. If it was there in the choices, I really could not find it, and I ended up using different software in order to create the schedule I needed. I wanted to create my own calendar but could not. Anytime I want to try to create something new in excel, it becomes a challenge as a beginner user. The help function is at times not user friendly for beginners. I usually would have to ask a coworker for assistance or go through multiple YouTube feeds to get an understanding of tasks I want to learn quickly. In the case of the calendar, the help function seemed to only refer me to templates based on the drop-down choices.
