製品を使ってみた感想： I really like to use Any.do as my main organizer to keep up with all my schedule task and event that are assign for me. Its sleek and minimal design let me focus on task on hand and not distracted from too cluttered dashboard design that other software do.

Any.do is really impactful for me in managing my list of daily task that i need to complete. All the tasks can be categorized into my personal task or my work task, and separate it into specific folder so it won't mix and induce confusion. Adding other media like picture and audio help me to be more accurate on the task details.

改善してほしい点:

I would love to have a integration with my Microsoft calendar as it is my main calendar that i use in my desktop computer. It will help me to organized my time and event in my calendar easier as i only need to check it from one application.

製品を使ってみた感想： overall any.do is a great choice for creating a more productive way of managing the things with very efficient task management and to do list and task alerts.

The interface is very user friendly, the task updating is very handy and the sync is also perfect. this all has levelled up my work performance. also the to do list interface is very good and hence becomes useful. in addition a lot of personalization can be done using different productivity tools.

改善してほしい点:

regarding the things that i didn't like would include the slow functioning of the task editing. that needs to be even more improved and need to be made available even on double click. otherwise the rest of the things i found perfect.

A good checklist

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall it was okay and I used it more of a checklist for daily tasks. But when I was busy I wasn't drawn to check it. It's still on my phone and my usage is now more as a personal checklist and no longer for business.

It wasn't engaging to interact with. I like that you can cross off tasks, but I don't like how they stay on the list until you delete them never to be seen again. There might be a secrete deleted or completed task folder I'm unaware of, or is not accessible from my cell phone app.

I love the UI: very simple and easy to use. You can easily organize tasks by category (personal, project, whatever works for you), and I love that it has a separate grocery list. The daily plan is amazing, it helps me re-prioritize my tasks.

Custom scheduling a task could be improved, or when you want to schedule a task, for example, for tomorrow morning, but you want a different hour than the default. I want to be a bit faster and easier to do this.

A powerful organization tool with a beautiful interface.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, Any.do is my go-to digital planner for every day. And many times I add my tasks to my own calendar, so it does the syncing for me automatically and keeps me on track.

I always love smooth and simple interfaces and Any.do is just the app for that. It is not just a to-do list, but I can organize my tasks in much more ways that just for the day. The widgets are really beautiful especially the calendar widget. The best part being that it also has the tasks for the day displayed at the bottom which can be edited there only, so no need to open the entire app for that. I can really visualize my whole week with the 7-day tasks option. Best part: it syncs my default calendar's tasks and reminders automatically!

改善してほしい点:

There could be a button or a slider to directly remove the events I no longer need instead of having to tap twice to finally enter the delete button.

Good choice for collaborative task management but needs more customization.

the things that i like the most would include the very effective task scheduling and their management that not only has increased my productivity in overall but has also made me very punctual. also the task progress tracking is very seamless and very helpful. the alerts of the app are also very minimal and essential only that neither distracts me nor lets me forget anything important or in the routine or to do list.

i did not like the very minimal interface even of being capable of such a great level help. i think that the interface need to be enhanced and made more effective and appealing and attractive. the tools work well generally just sometimes the app freezes which need to be worked upon.

The best thing about this is that me and my business partner use the same profile, therefore we can make plans and update our progress without physically being together way easier than before.

the productivity tools are very great and very immense. they have actually improved my task management and the reminders have never let me forget my daily essentials. the alerts and notifications are also very on time and very optimum and sync perfectly. the task progress tracking is also very effective.

i feel that different themes can be made available according to different needs and moods, also task scheduling can be even more customized and personalized.

Easy Use

I like the smartness of Any.do. Tasks can be organized by grouping and tagging them. There is a sync feature to help me work from everywhere. It's fun and helpful when I receive in time, a notification on my phone, reminding me of an task I created a different gadget sometime ago. When you type a reminder to call or text someone, Any.do will suggest the contacts for you after clicking the first few letters and will give you a one click option to call the contact when a pop up reminder comes. Any.do gives you the option to choose what times to be reminded and the times it gives are like magic. It saves time a great deal. Any.do is so resistant when it comes to being killed in the background due to battery saver. It never dies. It will pop-up when other reminders have failed to remind you. On this, I chose to stay with Any.do for life. The snooze feature of the app is amazing too. You gives you the most used snooze times plus an option for custom snooze time. Another wonderful feature is that you can print the list of your tasks on pdf and share with anyone or have them printed and pasted on your noticeboard in your office or in your bedroom. Any.do will also let you chose a routine time everyday where you can sit and plan your day by typing your tasks and events. The at the end of the day, it reports to you how many tasks you've completed and how many you've failed or postponed. You can evaluate yourself and see what a procrastinator you are.

改善してほしい点:

The widgets for Any.do cannot be adjusted on transparency. I wish this was looked into. Any.do would also be much greater if it could automatically detect date and time in the typed text on a task and regard it as reminder time.

My new favorite task planner

製品を使ってみた感想： As a remote worker, task management and scheduling are so crucial to me. That's why I applaud Any.do for the amount of simplicity and efficiency it provides even free users. In the past I've tried to create time-related tasks but it usually interfered with my Google Calendar. Any.do creates a sub-calendar that is easy to see overlayed with my actual calendar and I love it. It's agile, flexible, and adaptable. Any.do is simply beautiful.

After trying dozens of similar task managers, Any.do is my new go-to because of how simple yet powerful it is. It's loaded with features without feeling overwhelmed and is designed with productivity in mind. A lot of other software give the illusion of being productive, but Any.do gets straight to the point. It's clean and I love how it shows my calendar (upon request) so that I can how my tasks fit into my day. I also like how it creates its own calendar when setting a time for a task without it interfering with my general calendar. I'm able to schedule out my day without necessarily having to add it to my Google Calendar as a busy event.

改善してほしい点:

While I do plan on upgrading to Premium, I wish there were a bit more free features (wallpapers) and I wish the text was easier to read on Dark Mode. For some reason, it's extremely difficult to see the grey text over the black background.

Plan your daily task with Any.do

Any.do is really helpful in planning and managing my daily task and the notification system will give notification both on my phone and my computer for any task that i had set previously. The add-ons and widget feature is really unique and different that any other To-Do software.

改善してほしい点:

Any.do will be more interesting and fun to use it daily if they can provide more customization on the color, layout and the font that user can change themself in this software. I use this software daily and if i can change they total appearance of this software every month, it will be more interesting.

Do not require to use agenda, give priority to what is really important, effectiveness in the simplicity of your platform, contains only the tools you need, no more, no less, send texts, emails and make calls from the application

It is a very useful application if your tasks do not require other levels of subtasks to be achieved. If you need to follow up on complex tasks with a lot of information, it is not the most ideal application. This can be a problem since people are looking for applications that are technological support to solve the complexity of their tasks. It makes it less attractive to other applications aimed at the current professional

Great personal task management program!

Any.do is easy to set up and use, but there are a few features that make it really effective. First, there is anydo moment, which goes through all your tasks and enables you to select which ones for today (and what time today), tomorrow, next week, or later. This is super helpful as often old tasks get stuck, and this automaticaly brings them up. Another good feature is the ease of inputting a task. When you type something, you can click on when you want to do it - later today, tomorrow, etc - as opposed to having to select multiple boxes or options. Another good feature is the ability to create many lists with tasks to separate different projects. Finally, the sharing feature with others is easy and effective.

改善してほしい点:

The only downside is that I use google calendar, which also has a task program. While Anydo's tasks are more comprehensive, it doesn't sync into Google calender, so I end up using two programs instead of one. It's also a program I just use personally, not for team or professional tasks, as something like asana I find is better for team tasks.

製品を使ってみた感想： Any.do is one of my favorite task management tool along with Wunderlist. Like any other task management functions, it has tasks, subtasks, reminders. Simple reason why I love Any.do over any other similar task manager is Any.Do Moments. Every morning I got a notification to open Moments that gives me an idea and my tasks to complete. Afer checking Any.do moments, it welcomes me with a motivational message that encourages me to work more and stay productive. Any.do basic plan could be enough if you are a basic user. You can upload 1.5 MB per file to Any.do tasks. There is no location based reminders with the free plan. I use Any.do Chrome extension that helps me to add tasks from within Gmail itself so I never miss any important Email that related to my works. When you upgrade to the premium version on Any.do, you will get the maximum features like location based reminders, unlimited collaboration, better recurring tasks options, unlimited file size attachments, and more.

You will get all basic Task Manager needs just with the basic free plan. If you just need to manage your personal daily tasks, any.do free version will be enough for you.

改善してほしい点:

There is no standalone desktop app and the web app for Any.do is really terrible. So far there is no IFTTT integration to add tasks automatically using recipes.

I was looking for an app to help me keep track of tasks and be more productive, Any.do came highly rated on Google Playstore. Ever since I started using it I hardly forget what I planned to do because I put a widget on my phone screen with the various tasks, like "complete orders on Fiverr" Kudos to the developers of such a simple but awesome app.

Nothing wrong with the app, it has been working well since I started using it. Even allows me sync my tasks when I switch devices.

I was looking for some time an easy app that will allow me to add tasks with a reminder at any time at any place. I found Any.do and now I'm using it for a few years. It allows me to add tasks and reminders whenever they pop into my mind just by using my phone.

改善してほしい点:

Setting the reminder time, at some cases is not clear and you might end up with just adding the task without the reminder timing. That will require you to reopen the task and set the reminder timing. It can be improved.

Any.do is the Best To-Do List and Calendar Combined!

This is a great app (even just the free version) that helps you organize your everyday life and makes sure you don't forget anything. You can set recurring tasks, events, reminders, due dates. Notifications and alarms keeps you awake all the time.

The features are limited for free version. It would be great to have integration with other project management tools and I would love to see integration with Evernote too.

製品を使ってみた感想： I am using the free version of Any.do at the moment. The option of connecting Any.do to a vast amount of software is very efficient. It helps keep things in one place and be more productive. I am considering upgrading in order to be able to take advantage of more features of Any.do

Any.do is a complete tool that allows you to manage your tasks, set reminders and add collaborators. Collaborators can be current users of the tool or can be accessed directly from your contacts. You can copy notes into Any.do, turn them into tasks and link each task to a specific list. Tasks can have tags too and you can choose from a list of available tags. Another thing I like is that the settings of Any.do makes it possible for speakers from different languages to use this tool.

I can easily share the tasks in Any.do with my English and Spanish speaking collaborators. However, I have some collaborators that only speak Arabic and I would love to be able to share this tool with them as well. Right now Arabic is not available among the languages in the setting. I hope Any.do can add it in the near future.

I am a huge fan of anything that helps with organization, especially to do/checklists. I used to just use my notes app but that was not as organized as any.do. What I love the most is that you can list things that need to be done immediately, things to do in the future, things coming up, and things that you hope to get to some day.

I think that any.do could be confusing for those who are looking for a simple, basic application. There are a lot of options and I can see how that might be too much for some people.

A great to do list app

I'll always have this beef with any to do app after using Google Inbox for so long, but having my to do list completely integrated with my email was the best thing ever. Being able to flag an email and immediately turn it into a to do item was perfection, and Any.do does not offer that functionality.
