Disappointing Experience with Poor Support - Not Recommended

製品を使ってみた感想： Our experience with Rippling has been overwhelmingly negative. The software has failed to deliver on its promises, and the lack of support combined with inflexible contract terms has made it an unwise choice for our business. We wouldn’t recommend it to others based on our experience.

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about Rippling. The platform promised a streamlined approach to HR and payroll management, but it didn’t deliver on these promises.

The onboarding process was confusing and ineffective, and when we tried to address issues after the first month, we were locked into a one-year contract. Additionally, we discovered overcharges for services we did not use, and customer support was unhelpful in resolving these issues. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Best Application in a decade of my career to track everything around an employee

Great comprehensive system

Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.

The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

Lack of phone line support. We can only submit tickets on the portal. They are usually quick to get back but having phone support helps with instant support in case of emergencies

It's extremely easy to use and the Chrome plugin is extremely useful.

Having to re-log in fairly often and multiple factor-authenticate to access passwords gets annoying. (Althought obviously it's necessary)

Ring Central

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, Ring Central is a 7.5.
Customer support does not seem to be heavily trained in the product. Half the time I spend longer waiting on hold to resolve an issue while a support member researches my issue. The AI-generated scripts make call reviews fast and efficient and the overall functionality of the application is easy enough to manipulate if do your own research to find answers.

Amazing for start ups and small companies!

製品を使ってみた感想： Rippling has been nothing short of amazing since leaving our PEO. From the credit cards, to I9s and HRIS.

良いポイント:

I love the ease of use and integrations into other systems that I utilize such as Checkr, Lever and Carta. The payroll function is also very easy to use and the Rippling team is very helpful with answering questions and helping with any payroll issues.

改善してほしい点:

I don't have any current downsides with Rippling.

More intense features

製品を使ってみた感想： Rippling is so far very comfortable to ADP. I believe rippling, has a few features that are far better than it’s competitors. I would highly recommend.

What I really like about Ripley was the ability to be able to track the employee location when they clocked in we kept them all honest

Sometimes it would go down and we’re having issues clocking them in so in the background we had to clock them in manually

製品を使ってみた感想： It's great software, but we can barely use any of the features given the pricing model. It doesn't make sense for us to have to pay $8-$10 for every user per month every time you want to add the smallest feature. These features would make our operations run smoother, but we would barely use them and it doesn't make sense for our business. I really wish there was another way or at least allow us to integrate with other softwares for free. I foresee us jumping ship if there is an affordable way to handle the comprehensive features that Rippling offers. I really want to love this software but they are pricing us out of being able to actually use the software given our staff is mostly all part time. It doesn't make economic sense for us. Really frustrating. Also the support is been really frustrating. The billing is also confusing and doesn't make us feel good about using the platform. Explanations are not straightforward.

It's not a good fit for most small businesses that are doing high volume low margin sales with lots of part time employees. We would love to be able to actually use most of the features but the cost structure is prohibitive. The onboarding was really not straightforward and honestly did not feel good at all. The difference between sales and the support agents was disappointing.

Rippling from Broker Side

製品を使ってみた感想： It's not the worst payroll system we've ever had to deal with, but it's not the best either. There are positives, as well as major places that need improvement.

I like how in depth the employee information can be. I also like that when an employee makes a benefit election, change or termination, we get an email, often with a completed form attached, so we can submit them to the carriers.

Setting up Rippling, contacting support and fixing issues is an absolute pain, and it's caused some employees to not receive benefits because they take so long to fix problems, and then the enrollment window is closed.

Rippling is a Superior HR Solution for My Company

製品を使ってみた感想： Rippling is a good platform and I like it more than past tools I've used, like UltiPro. It's clean and easy to get in, and the mobile view is responsive and quick.

Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.

I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.

製品を使ってみた感想： Rippling has been complex at times to implement but this is because one platform is handling our entire employee lifecycle process. All in all, we have faith that Rippling will continue to innovate empowering us to consolidate our entire HR stack in one place. A must for businesses that value vertically integrated efficiency.

We moved to Rippling because of the incredible depth of features across the HR employee lifecycle. Previously, we had separate tools for HRIS, performance management. This was incredibly expensive and cumbersome to run standalone tools. With Rippling, we consolidated our entire people stack into one which empowers us to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage everything from one place.

Rippling is not the most beautiful UX/UI and can be a little jarring. We used Lattice before Rippling and the UX was beautiful. This, of course, isn't the most important thing but it was noticeable.

Aesthetically appealing, easy to use. Rare glitches aren't significant.

The platform, firstly, is very aesthetically appealing. The paystub illustrations are super cute! The platform is user-friendly, well designed, easy to understand, well-organized, intuitive. Color usage is good and conducive to a good user experience. Everything is laid out well and I always feel like I can find what I need. Plenty of resources to try to troubleshoot any issues or confusions on my own.

改善してほしい点:

Sometimes updates lag in Rippling. I may still be asked to perform a task in Rippling that I have already done and it will be on my homepage like an eyesore–and even might prevent me from using needed features because the update I made within my Account hasn't taken. Seems like a glitch thing. For example, I might update my insurance information in my Account, but Rippling might still be saying I haven't and I'll have a task on my homepage telling me to do my insurance stuff.

A very comprehensive tool which has everything I need related to HR

製品を使ってみた感想： This year has been relevant for me because my second baby was born this year. It has been a great resource to keep track of my paternity leave days, and make accurate requests to the NJ Department of Labor for my state's paternity leave insurance benefits.

It is a very intuitive and straightforward tool, which helps me to avoid the hassle of "switching" from one different tool to a different one and checking in different platforms information that I need.

There is an opportunity area related to AI, where the user could type/say (for instance) "hey, I would like to know, given my yearly accrual, and if I take x amount of vacation days in November, if I would have the right to request x amount of vacation days in November", or calculations that the user still does by hand based on the information provided by Rippling.

Easy, all-inclusive employee management system

製品を使ってみた感想： Rippling is much more user friendly and all-inclusive than the prior payroll/time tracking/applicant tracking platforms I have used in the past. Support is timely and has resolved 95% of issues that have arisen.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I have had a great experience with Rippling. The first time using it, I was pretty nervous as to whether or not the payments would really go through. But over six months, it has all been great—the first payment and onward. It's reliable and seamless.

I like how Rippling provides fast and smooth payments from working remotely. It made things so much easier because I don't have to struggle with anything, which gave me peace of mind, allowing me to be comfortable doing my job.

What I liked least about Rippling is that sometimes the email notification about payment arrives either before the funds reach my bank or long after I’ve already received them. However, it’s not really a big issue, and overall, I have nothing to complain about.

A great way to bootstrap a small company

製品を使ってみた感想： Great, the platform does what it says and it does it well. I would also say that given how much it can do, it's surprisingly easy to use. Most of what you want to do you can figure out just by clicking through the webapp. If you do get stuck there is plenty of help available online.

I like how many things Rippling can take care of that you don't want to be worrying about finding separate products for and integrating them while you're trying to run a small business.

Its greatest strength is also what puts me off a bit. Because it does so much you are placing a great deal of trust in it. We had a few outages in the year I used it which meant we lost access to our cloud environments temporarily which was a huge problem. I think some care needs to be taken to have some redundancy around Rippling if you are going to make use of many of its features!

RIPPLING is simple and easy!

I think Rippling makes managing my HSA and benefits a lot easier. I used to go back abd forth multiple platforms just to track my HSA contributions. I feel like Rippling make everything finally in one place. I can set up my HSA contributions, check my balance with just a few clicks - I can also use the same credentials across platforms.

改善してほしい点:

One area where Rippling could improve is making customer support a bit easier to find. When I tried to reimburse my HSA once, I selected a closed bank account, and I needed help correcting it. It took me a little while to locate the support email by googling, which was frustrating in the moment. If there were a more visible support link or easy access to contact options directly in the app, it would be super helpfu!

Best platform to get paid!

製品を使ってみた感想： Very easy to set up the bank account, to mark clock-in and clock-out. You can review your payment, request time fix in case of forgetting to clock in or out.

Very easy to use, you can split your received money into more than 1 bank account, you receive your money in your local currency with great exchange rates that are done automatically.

You may not use bank accounts from different countries to receive part of the money there and part in your local bank account.
