製品を使ってみた感想： 作成においては、セル単位で確認事項やどのような前提条件や処理を行ったか履歴を残す必要がある。これらは課題はコメントによって、セル単位で誰がいつその記録を残したかを残すことができる。また、コメントの割り当て機能では、確認や修正対応など他メンバーに求めることができ、Gmailでコメントのやり取りを通知で受けられる。すべてのソフトに当てはまることであるが、組織としてソフトを運用する際には、こうした便利な機能を100%を使うためにも組織で共通理解やルールなどを定めて運用することが前提となる。

良いポイント:

Googleアカウントがあれば利用を開始することができる。操作性や関数などはExcelとほぼ同じであり、これまで使ってきたことがある人であれば容易に使いこなすことができる。独自の関数や機能もあるが、使い方が画面上に表示されたり、公式のドキュメントの説明を確認することで十分に使いこなすことができるだろう。ExcelをAltショートカットで操作していた人にとっては、互換しているショートカットキーが少なく、作業性が多少落ちることが考えられるが、『Alt＋/』で表示されるメニューの検索からショートカットキーの割り当てられていないメニューにもアクセスすることができる。Google Sheetsで作成した表やグラフはGoogle DocsやSlidに貼り付けることができ、Sheetsで更新された内容を貼り付け先から更新内容を反映することができるなど、資料作成をより効率的に行うことができるようになる。Google SheetsからAppsheetを作成することができ、任意のアプリをノーコードで作成し、アプリ上で取得したデータをGoogle Sheets上で収集、管理することができる。

改善してほしい点:

Excelからの移行でなく、Google Sheetsから使用を開始している場合は、不足を感じることはないだろう。Excelからの移行で使用する場合には、・Excelとのインポート/エクスポートもできるが、Google Sheets独自の関数は正しく表示されない。・Excelではほぼすべてのメニューにショートカットキーでアクセスできるが、Google Sheetsでは互換していないキーも多くある。・クラウドソフトであるため、入力や処理など僅かながら遅延待機が発生するといったことが見受けられる。

The display is old fashioned ,the charts and all are dated and look poor when compared to other softwares available on the market

Great Product for people with minimal needs

Simple and easy to use, cloud sync lets us access the files from anywhere, can share files with colleagues and live editing can be done, really helpful as it is used in integrations like google forms where it directly transfers the form data into a sheet, like other google apps, sheets also has collaborative feature which is really helpful, be it personal or professional tasks.

改善してほしい点:

No Spell Check, no charts and formulas are a bit hard to implement, during large datasets, processing takes time, obviously a bit slower as it is cloud implemented and not offline like Ms Excel or other software

製品を使ってみた感想： I was using it for dealing with HW change in the industry where Iyqs yorking yhen I needed to deal with multiple teams, it was not easy to set up but worked well after it. It was sometimes slow and even more when I was trying to add dynamic cross tables. At least everyone could work on it at the same time with the possibility to see very easily and quickly what is being done by who and with notification of the added lines/features by your team.

It is a lot more easier at first to use this if our company is under google emails and so for the teamwork and data sharing. Furthermore you can easily restric areas and it is quickly handled.

改善してほしい点:

We all know excel and this is not exactly the same names/functions, it is so making it harder and takes more time to do the same things as in excel. We have to compare it, this is a bit mandatory. FUrthermore, when you have a bad connection, it becomes much more slower and almost impossible to deal with it.

製品を使ってみた感想： Really good, I like using Google sheets and I am confident when using Google sheets as I know it is very good and reliable when it comes to a number of formulas that I need to add up. It is also very fast and secure.

Easy tool to use, adds up formulas for you itself. Really good and advanced features. Nice and quick, saves automatically. Amazing when creating tables and forumulas.

One thing I don't like about Google sheets is there is no spell check, for someone who inputs a lot of data in to Google sheets and is typically a fast typer, spell check would be amazing to have. Cloud based so always has to have internet

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I really enjoy the ease of use of Google Sheets. It saves my team so much time and eliminates the need to constantly save different versions of what we've been working on. It has a low learning curve and can be shared when working on the same project. Highly recommended for all teams of any size.

Google Sheets takes excel to the next level. This tool is much better to use than emailing an excel sheet back and forth. Updates are viewed in real time and easy to track. My team and I can work in the same google sheet simultaneously and view changes in real time. We can collaborate quickly and easily on a project together. All of the features are similar, if not the same, as the excel spreadsheet on a local device. My team and I can use the data analysis features, as well as formulas and functions just like we've previously done in excel.

Currently, there isn't anything that I dislike about Google Sheets.

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been using Google Sheet for a long time, had a great experience with sheets. The best feature about sheets is the sharing feature and also we can see who all have edited the sheet previously. Overall experience is great.

The only thing i disliked is when the connection get disturbed then it becomes slower and also difficult to save data.

Shareability and control makes Sheets stand apart from others

製品を使ってみた感想： Whether my files are for an organization or for personal life, the shareability and control over access is the greatest feature Sheets has. I even have my parents using it! and it's free so it's a no-brainer to use for everything. Most of the foundational elements of a spreadsheet are there but being able to work in collaboration with others is such a game-changer from the old Excel days. I know it's simple but the value is immense.

I love how shareable the files are. The control it provides over accessibility such as edit and read access, for your org colleagues, or per individual - is excellent. and don't forget about the file versions in case you need to go back to an earlier version.

It's different from Excel and that has taken some time to get used to. I often find myself hopping over to Google to find a certain formula or to figure out how to find a certain feature - though I did recently find out that many of the same hot keys work on Sheets as they do with Excel.

Powerful Tool Aids in Collaborating and Organizing

製品を使ってみた感想： I started using it several years ago just as a data entry spreadsheet. Since then, I've grown my skills in data validation and conditional formatting to make tracking and using information easier.

I can manage a lot of student data before students are accepted to my campus and put into our SIS. I can share this data with different departments and administrators to help them perform their jobs.

I wish Sheets were capable of merging mail like Mircosoft Office.

製品を使ってみた感想： As a teacher, I have been using google sheet for many years, for preparing results for the students, categorizing their marks from semester to semester, keeping records on the basis of their percentages, that was difficult to keep these material in the paper files.
The marvellous thing is that google is helping the world to control the environment, in enhancing to wards paper free world.

製品を使ってみた感想： Google Sheets is the best sheet platform I ever tried, the fact is backed by Google it offers me a great credibility and trust.

The most important feature to mention is the collaboration and the fact that is stored on the cloud and accessible from anywhere. Sheets is very versatile, easy to use and the formulas can really improve the productivity with ease. The fact that multiple users can work in the same sheet in the same time decrease tasks durations.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, for me, Google Sheets seems to be the best choice for a sheet app. It works great for my needs and integrates nice with Google Workspace.

The most I liked is that is an web based app, is safely stored in Google Drive and is accessible from any device. It works very fast even with large amounts of data and is not limited by the PC performance like Excel. Another great feature in my opinion is the sharing and collaborating within the sheet with ease. When sharing I have the option to give viewer or editor permission so I can allow just specific people to add data.

Especially through the pandemic quarantine, it enabled us to provide data entry options to staff who no longer had access to our intranet. In addition, it was able to create good looking reports from that data, aided by features like Conditional Formatting.

製品を使ってみた感想： I use Sheets outside of my day job and the functionality is the same as Excel. I use it to track business finance, student details, Ah and exporting results from Google Forms is a very helpful function.
