What meta workspace did for my small business

Meta workspace allows you to work from home, it helps you manage your communication between different co-workers. It also links to your meta business suite allowing smooth work flow between all meta apps.

改善してほしい点:

I didn't like its connection to all the other meta advertisment features.

製品を使ってみた感想： Meh, it's not the worst thing in the world but it seems like there are far better options out there. While meta is the best for integrating Facebook, I feel learning to use other apps will be far more useful in the long term.

Meta benefits from the key features of Facebook, so those familiar with that platform will have a fairly easy time navigating. This integration also allows one to benefit from existing social media profiles and connections and integrate them.

It feels pretty cumbersome to use, with lots of options and features being buried under various features. It also comes with lots of bugs, with some posts not appearing, messages going missing or accounts being restricted arbitrarily. I lost access to one side of a business as it decided a user needed to verify their account through means that hadn't been set-up, so it could not be saved.

Since the UI is very similar to Facebook, it was very easy for employees to learn to use it, including for those with low digital literacy. I also like that it makes it very easy to post and share updates with the whole org.

One on one or small group communication was harder since a separate workchat app had to be installed.

Great social media platform for business

良いポイント:

Our company launched WP as an internal social media and communication hub. It has been a big success. The group feature is nice as you can choose to follow/participate in areas that interest you.

改善してほしい点:

My only issue with WP is the feed. I would like to be able to have my feed show most recent posts by default. The default feed view ("Your Feed") doesn't seem to make sense as posts show up in random order. I would rather view everything chronologically.

製品を使ってみた感想： It's a new and amazing way to keep everybody in your organization communicated, connected and feel part of not just a workplace but a community, this because of the way the platform is made that looks as other social media channel.

Workplace is easy to set up profiles of the people at your organization, works as another social media platform but with the idea of making working places more as a community and the communication easier.
