ＤＸの一歩目はまずはこれを使ってみて

製品を使ってみた感想： 社内外とのコミュニケーションと。、ファイルの置き場問題

良いポイント:

当社は最初はメーラーとしての採用から入り、そこからカレンダーの使用、コロナ禍に突入してドライブやチャットの使用が加速しました。外国のサービスらしく余計な説明がないのと、わかりやすいインターフェースが特徴なので、まずは使って覚えてみて、という感じです。当然ＰＣ、スマホ、タブレットからも操作できるので、使いこなせれば相当業務効率は良くなると思います。

改善してほしい点:

アプリが増えてきたので、なんのためのアプリかを説明する画面やアプリがあるといいと思います。（そもそもググれ、かも知れませんが）また、チャットは見過ごしてしまうことが多いので、付箋機能を付けるなり、またスレッド形式も復活させてほしいです。

会社での情報共有のベースになる

製品を使ってみた感想： 使っているツールが多いので、無しでは仕事にならないほどに利用しています。今後も機能を進化させながら、役立つツールを作り続けて欲しい

良いポイント:

複数のツールが存在しており、それぞれに使い勝手が考えられている。メールやカレンダー、動画管理やフォーム作成など、ないと仕事にならないくらいの存在

改善してほしい点:

特にありませんが、会議システムがアプリ化されて軽いソフトになると良いと思う。

使いやすさ

良いポイント:

共有、使いすやすさは抜群です。互換性が高く重宝してます。シンプルで分かりやすいフォーム

改善してほしい点:

更新遅い時があるがその後は早い。情報漏洩が心配です。たまにバグがある時とない時がある

ビジネスツールの一括管理

製品を使ってみた感想： 名高いAlphabet社のサポートがあるため、サービスの充実さとシステムの安定性に関しては問題なし。

良いポイント:

Googleが提供している複数のサービスを一つのアカウントで連携できる。Google driveの容量もほぼ無制限で利用できるため、データのバックアップに最適。また競合サービスに比べて、システムはかなり安定していて、サービス障害の発生頻度がかなり少ない。

改善してほしい点:

Googleユーザーではないと、恩恵を受けられない場合がある。例えば、google driveで社外共有する際に特定ドメインで行う場合、相手がgoogleユーザーである必要がある。また、ドキュメント編集アプリに関しては、microsoft officeに慣れているユーザーの場合、慣れるまでに少し時間がかかる。

旧G-Suite / 普段からGoogleのクラウド上ツールを使っている人には最適のツール

製品を使ってみた感想： 様々なチームが動いている社内の中で、Google Workspaceによるファイルの共有の速さやCalenderのInvitationの作成の便利さは他ツールにはない、Google Workspaceの唯一無二の利点だと思っている。仕事上連絡がとてもスムーズに取れるため、特段困ることなく毎日タスクをこなすことが可能となっている。

良いポイント:

Googleが提供しているWorkspaceという名前になった旧G -Suiteだが、基本機能面は一切以前と変わらず、使いやすさもそのままで、以前別の会社にいた時からのヘビーユーザの為機能上で困った点など特になく使いやすい。チームメンバーや会社内のコミュニケーションはSlackを利用しているが、SlackとのAPI連携もしっかりしている為に必要な書類などを共有する際にリンクを入るければPreviewもすぐに表示され、そこから簡単に書類を確認できる点においてはとても便利である。

改善してほしい点:

基本的に使っていて困った、という点はないが、1点あげるとすればカレンダーに既存の予定を入れている予定に対して、時間の変更を行いたい時に開始時間をずらした後別途終了時間が変更になっている際にカレンダー上もしくは予定を再度クリックして、終了時間を変更しなければいけないのが少し不便に感じる。特に既存予定の時間が変わることが多いため、その点だけはもう少し使い勝手良くなればいいな、と思っている。

オールインワン グループウェアの決定版

製品を使ってみた感想： コロナ禍やBCP、働き方改革に対応できたのはGoogle Workspacがあったからこそ。ITリテラシーが低い従業員でも利用できるUIは評価しています。

良いポイント:

GoogleChromeだけで全ての機能の利用が完結できるため、社内展開がしやすく、利用するデバイスにも依存しない。メールやDriveの容量は有限ならが大容量なため無制限レベルと言っても過言ではなく、リソース確保を心配することが一切ない点。

改善してほしい点:

GoogleDriveとBox、GoogleChatとSlack、GoogleMeetとZoomを比較すると機能足らずになってしまう点

ビジネスで必要な要素を統合し、これ1つでコミュニケーションを加速させてくれるソフト

製品を使ってみた感想： Googleappsscriptなどでルーティン対応が求められる業務の自動化が図れる。ストレージに保管されたデータが散逸して探しづらいといった点もGoogleドキュメントをcanvasとして利用することに解決が図れる。また、社内サイトもGoogleサイトから作成が可能と必要機能がまんべんなくまたかゆいところに手が届く設計となっている。

良いポイント:

ビジネスに必要なメール、カレンダー、チャット、Todoリスト、ストレージといった特にコミュニケーションに関する要素が盛り込まれており、個別のソフトやアプリを使ってではなく、GoogleWordkspaceに統合することでそれぞれの機能を連携させることで非常に効率的な運用が実現できる。

改善してほしい点:

ワークフロー機能がない点が残念。最近のアップデートでドキュメントの機能の一つとしてワークフローが追加されたが、またおまけ的な要素が強く、ワークフローに特化したアプリやソフトと比較するとワークフロー自体を管理する機能など不足が多いことが目立つ。

世界標準のｾｷｭｱなｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟｳｪｱ、やりたい事の殆どが可能。

製品を使ってみた感想： 拠点間、顧客間、ｻﾌﾟﾗｲﾔｰ間のｺﾗﾎﾞﾚｰｼｮﾝ、情報共有が非常に簡便です。

良いポイント:

ｺﾛﾅ禍でﾃﾚﾜｰｸ、在宅勤務を余儀なくされたが、googleｱｶｳﾝﾄで認証して業務ﾌｧｲﾙにｱｸｾｽするのでｾｷｭﾘﾃｨが抜群。

改善してほしい点:

GoogleﾌｧｲﾙｽﾄﾘｰﾑというappだとﾛｰｶﾙPCのｽﾍﾟｯｸが高くないと、ﾃﾞｨｽｸやﾒﾓﾘが100%になって動きが激重になることがある。在勤で私用PCだと業務に支障あることも。

分かりやすく作っているが用語等が多くパソコン関連の知識が弱い人は使いずらい

A colloborative powerhouse with room for development

製品を使ってみた感想： High level streamlined productivity and user friendly interface with reliable security. It also satisfies wide accessibility

良いポイント:

Google chat, google docs, google meet, google forms and so on are my everyday usable platforms and also i use a lot in google drive to save up my stuff. How could I deny that its a great asset to a individual who uses internet on a regular basis. Its seamsless collaboration features are playing a great interest.

改善してほしい点:

Storage limitations are of the most barrier that I come accross. Subscription prices are expensive which is not appealing.

The best for organization!

良いポイント:

Google Workspace is so easy to use. I love that I can so easily keep track of all of my businesses' needs inside of one platform and that everything syncs so easily. I've really enjoyed organizing all of my files within Drive, linking Docs to Tasks, syncing Tasks to my Calendar, setting up Appointment Schedules within Calendar, and embedding Forms into my Appointment Schedules. Everything is so smooth and streamlined.

改善してほしい点:

I would love to see a mobile version of Google Tasks and I would love to see this get built out to work a little bit more like Asana, Trello, or Monday. I also would love to see Google Slides function a little more like PPT or like Canva.

Mixed Feeligns

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience is mixed. Google often updates or completely removes applications or integrated functionality with little notice and seemingly without cause. Otherwise, consistency with the primary apps keeps me coming back and the level of cooperativeness with all things cloud.

All of my applications are in one place and generally integrated with one another.

Updates to apps that remove or diminish functionality.

Google Workspace Ideal For Teamwork

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, Google Workspace is a great solution, especially if your team is in different locations. It offers all the apps you need for staying on top of all your business needs, and it's easy to transition over to if you already have experience with other workspaces.

良いポイント:

We love that we can create a document that can be seen and edited by other team members without having to copy files to flash drives or attach them to emails. Spreadsheets and reports are most important, and they involve being seen by many people before being finalized. We can store each draft so we don't lose them, them keep working forward until we have a finished product to present to the masses. With team members scattered all over the place, it's a real time saver.

改善してほしい点:

The documents don't always update in real time. We'll get on the phone to discuss, say, a spreadsheet, and we'll suddenly realize we're looking at different drafts. As soon as everyone refreshes their screens and connections, voila, we're all back on the same page, but it's a real pain sometimes when we're in a hurry to discuss something. Google should look into why this keeps happening.

Google Workspace - Must Have Productivity and Collaboration Tools

製品を使ってみた感想： Our team has used Google Workspace for years and absolutely love how easy it makes collaborating together and with external partners.

良いポイント:

Google Workspace is easy to set up for your whole team and provides essential collaborative tools all in-one place. With email, file sharing, documents, spreadsheets, slides, forms and much more this platform is our must have for getting things done.

改善してほしい点:

I wish google drive space had more filtering options for organizing and accessing files. This drawback can occasionally make it difficult to quickly find a file if you don't have a clearly established folder hierarchy in place.

Stable And Unstable At The Same Time

製品を使ってみた感想： Doesn't let down, easy to use every-day, while feeling modern most of the time it also feels clunky and old.

Lack of speed for adding basic modern chat features, too many hard changes on UI & UX

You can't go wrong with Google Workspace for project management

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, it has been very satisfying, the tools have been very useful to achieve success in our projects and manage documentation.

良いポイント:

I like how complete the workspace is. We used most of its tools for storing the entire project documentation, manage mail communications and daily chats, schedule team video calls and used Jamboard before it got discontinued.

改善してほしい点:

One of the Google Workspace tools, Google meets, is very powerful, but lacks the tool to draw in the screen of the person who is sharing screen, to better discuss the project.

Hassle free comes at a cost, and a couple of gotchas.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall experience is positive, but the second I get a similar eco-system elsewhere for cheaper, I wouldn't hesitate much.

良いポイント:

The ecoysystem. Everything just works. I have had issues with OneDrive randomly ending file access and team members complaining that the file isn't accessible, however this is not the case with Workspace. It comes with quite a lot of features out of the box to help you run your business, and on top of which, if you are savvy enough with scripting, you can almost run basic, non-TOS breaking transactional emails (think reminders, alerts etc).

改善してほしい点:

I think it is quite expensive for the price. A major negative is that Google neglects their Workspace customers and gives them a degrading experience if you own Google devices. Many features aren't compatible as opposed to having a regular gmail account and they still haven't addressed this despite being a user for over 12 years.

Very Happy Overall

製品を使ってみた感想： This has been a great addition to our company. The included storage space is great for a small business, and it makes sharing inspection reports and videos with clients a breeze.

The reliability. We began when alternate email providers and they just weren't cutting it.

製品を使ってみた感想： I enjoy how simple it is to interact with my team using Google Docs and Sheets. We can work on the same document simultaneously and view each other's modifications in real time.
