I'm not sure it is my computer but my apps stop after 4 or 5candidates I reviews.

Great system for finding and managing talent!

製品を使ってみた感想: I've used many ATS systems before, but Fresh Team is really easy to use, without any complicated setup or settings or training for users. We also use Fresh Desk for our Support Ticketing system.

良いポイント:

I love the ATS part of the Fresh Team system - being able to manage, organize and know who to follow up with is so important to be efficient in the hiring process. The ability to collaborate across team members is also another really important feature to us.

改善してほしい点:

I don't think I have any improvements to add - we don't use all the features of Fresh Team, but LOVE the ones we do use to manage applicants and interviews.

Relevant, Seamless, Minimalistic and Easy to Navigate

良いポイント:

1) Talent management is end to end logged with options for analytics 2) Building processes and implementing your own logics for resource management is a huge automation help in HR functions

改善してほしい点:

1) UX Can be more engaging 2) Auto reminders near holidays, when optional holidays are not booked, or when leaves can lapse and remind to use, etc intelligent reminders can make this system a 100% compliance tool 3) Instant chat option with HR for emergency situations where even a vid call is possible for worse case scenarios and assistance

製品を使ってみた感想: Freshteam has streamlined all of our recruitment needs along with that we were able to solve test feature as well with the help on integration. Overall a very good experience with freshteam!!

良いポイント:

I liked everything about this software. Everything is really easy to manage and most importantly I love the reports feature which helps us in taking out the reports.

改善してほしい点:

Interview timing slot feature can be improved i.e. introducing 15 mins slot as well

That I could have all the info I needed to gather in one place, that it integrated with other software that we use easily and nicely, and the ease of implementing and customizing it. Oh, and the support team is really quick and responsive whenever I had any questions.

製品を使ってみた感想: It is extremely easy to use. I recommend Freshteam to any business that wants to grow. It is quite simple to track and work together with coworkers on this.

良いポイント:

The free edition is a fantastic deal for an SMB to manage basic tasks like monitoring personal time off.

Live chat function does not work. So need to improve it.

製品を使ってみた感想: Excellent ! It's helped us recruit new talents since 5 years.

良いポイント:

It's very simple to set up : you can quickly manage to build a landing page for candidates to apply, branded with your company logo and colors. It offers a professionnal and neat looking window to the outside. I especially love the "job specific email" functionality, which allows candidates to just send an email in order to apply, and removes the need to dispatch a large number of incoming email on a single mailbox. Finally, the ability to build job specific workflows allows to streamline the whole recruitment process.

改善してほしい点:

We have some performance issues quite regularly : pages are sometimes slow to load. Also, the talent pool would need to have more tools.

life changing recruitment process

製品を使ってみた感想: I completely recommend Freshteam to any company who is planning on scaling. It is really easy to track, and to collaborate with colleagues on this.

良いポイント:

- a really user friendly way of tracking candidates - very easy for the candidate' experience from the moment they apply to the moment they are officially an employee - onboarding and offboarding easy to do, with checklists included

改善してほしい点:

maybe the employee page can be a bit more improved, I sometimes struggle with the settings with what employees can see on their end.

1. Customer Support is one top pros would like to highlight to upcoming user I can say from my exp. 2. Ease of depolyment. 3. Intergration with many 3rd party tool 4. Tracking any candidate is cake walk here.

FreshTeams - great ATS, great cost

製品を使ってみた感想: Great customer service overall. For a small company that does a decent amount of hiring it is sufficient and everything we need!

良いポイント:

The amount of features for the cost. Ex: you can schedule interviews from the ATS, you can bulk email, you can email directly from the ATS. Easy to view candidates - you can see a list or by stage. You can edit the stages and customize almost everything.

改善してほしい点:

I wish there was a way to schedule emails to send out to candidates ahead of time (ex: if I see a candidate at night I wish there was a way to schedule the phone interview request to go out in the morning).

Recruit new talent the smart way with Freshteam

You can set up to advertise via LinkedIN and free job boards and then your platform will show you where applicants have applied from in an easy to read colour wheel. You can create different hiring panels according to the job you are recruiting for, as you may need different hiring managers involved for different jobs We like that you can set up an interview time and then post interview, the system prompts you to record feedback.

改善してほしい点:

At first glance there were a lot of different sections to use when setting up to recruit for the first time and can be a little overwhelming if you have never used an applicant tracking system before.(However, an introductory call with one of the Fresh team helped point me in the right direction)

Good enough for small businesses

良いポイント:

Some of the best features of this product was the graphic user interface (GUI) and ease of use. The system is very straight forward to use and is best suited for small businesses with not a lot of recruiting needs. It can get quite expensive if you need a lot of hires and you don't get much more for the added costs.

改善してほしい点:

The customer service was quite poor and was a major driver to me leaving for another recruiting system. The site boasts the ability to post jobs on major job boards but that feature rarely worked so I ended up having to do the extra postings manually anyway.

製品を使ってみた感想: Experience overall has been good, considering we started using the beta version we haven't encountered many bugs.

良いポイント:

The annual leave feature is used company wide to manage all staff leave.

改善してほしい点:

Reports would be helpful and a full org chart for all users showing the entire company rather than just your own team would be really beneficial.

製品を使ってみた感想: Great to have all employee details in one place, great resource for recruitment needs. Some issues with customer service and additional options which were promised to be changed by a specific quarter which we are still waiting for.

良いポイント:

Recruitment aspect- ease of posting jobs onto careers page and other free job boards, integration of other apps such as Docusign for onboarding documents.

改善してほしい点:

Some elements are difficult to edit and involve a long process to edit a small detail, limited customization.

One of the best HR systems and great customer service

製品を使ってみた感想: Freshteam is a very professional outfit with very responsive customer service and comprehensive documentation.

良いポイント:

Freshteam is a pretty comprehensive HR system - covers standard HR functionality, leave management, recruitment workflow and document storage very well. The Google calendar and SSO integration is great, and the security features are sufficiently strong.

改善してほしい点:

Some of the default workflow and user experience is geared to the US and Indian economies. Some of these can be modified to be more suitable to the UK but I would like to see more flexibility on user experience to make it more friendly and localised. It would also be great to have some simple expense management and learning management system functionality.
