せっかくの機能が使えていません。

製品を使ってみた感想： 自分自身の作業では、積極的に使用することはない。グループ内のメンバーが使用したために関係する程度。

良いポイント:

簡単と言うより、ほぼ強制的に使用されている感じ。

改善してほしい点:

もっと身近に使える説明ウエアであるとか、userマニュアルがあってもよい。

セキュリティ機能がまだ改善できそう

良いポイント:

ネット環境に依存するが、基本同期が早いです。また、バックグラウンドで同期してくれるため、手間を省けます。 保管したファイルをリンクでシェアできるため、メールのファイルサイズを抑えることができます。

改善してほしい点:

セキュリティを高めたいと思っても、カスタマイズしにくいです。 またファイルを共有しやすい反面、情報漏れしやすいデメリットがあります。例えば、「リンクを知っている人がアクセスできる」に設定した場合、不正な手段でリンクを知った人ならだれでもアクセスできるようになります。

windows利用者もそうでない人も

良いポイント:

やはりWindowsの画面上で手元に有るかの様に使える操作性と他端末(Android iOS)との親和性の高さです。アカウントもmicrosoftアカウントがそのまま使えるので管理面でも楽です

改善してほしい点:

たまに動作が不安定でブラウザだとファイルが上がってるのにWinだと見れない、、、と言う時があります。　クラウドとして致命的なのでそこは何とかしてほしいなと思います。

無料ではじめらてからOffice365で容量増やすのも可

良いポイント:

Microsoftアカウントがあれば無料ではじめられる

改善してほしい点:

たまに同期エラーが発生する。ファイル名の長さや、Ｃドライブのキャッシュエラーなど。ここは直して欲しい

pcに最初からあるソフト

製品を使ってみた感想： 同期するデータ量が多いとメモリが8gでは足りないことが増えたため、16gは積みたいと思うようになった

良いポイント:

Microsoftが出しているため、windowsであれば最初からインストールされている。 スマホにもインストールすればデータ共有が可能となる。

改善してほしい点:

アカウントが必要となるため、使わない場合無駄な容量を食うだけとなる

必要なファイルは全保存、バックアップとしても使えるので安心

製品を使ってみた感想： 常に必要なものは同期しているので、PCに不具合が出てtもデータは問題ない点が業務に支障がなく満足です。

良いポイント:

簡単に同期出来てファイルを保存できるところ

改善してほしい点:

特によくないと思う点はありませんが、ユーザーからはブラウザでの使い分けが分かりにくいようです。

Office365についてくる1TBのクラウドストレージが非常に魅力的

良いポイント:

Officeをサブスクリプション契約すると、自動的にクラウドストレージがついてくる点。

改善してほしい点:

今のところ不都合を感じたことはありません。

気になるところ

良いポイント:

パソコンのリプレース時のファイル復旧には便利に使える

改善してほしい点:

個人用One driveと会社用One driveが同じUIなので混乱する

Officeとのコラボ性は高いが､､､

良いポイント:

MicrosoftなだけあってOffice関連のファイルとのコラボ性は高い。またアプリをパソコンにインストールすればエクスプローラ等から管理ができる。

改善してほしい点:

WebでのUIがとても不便であると思う。shrepointやらなんやらと色々あったりどれがなんなのかよくわからなくなる。また、企業向けなので仕方ないのだが設定項目がたくさんあり非常に複雑である。

Google Driveの別利用として

良いポイント:

Googleアカウントとの連携のため、Google Driveを主に使用しているが、容量制限があるのでOne Driveも使用している。使用頻度の高くないファイルはこちらで良い。無料で使える容量も、Google Driveより大きい。

改善してほしい点:

良くない点はあまりないと思う。強いて言えば、Googleアカウントとの連携のしやすさくらい。

他社からもアクセスできて便利

良いポイント:

社内だけでなく他社とも遠隔で成果を共有することができるので便利

改善してほしい点:

やはり重いデータはアップロード、ダウンロードともに時間がかかってしまう

ワンドライブで十分。

良いポイント:

私は無料トライアルのみの使用ですが、わかりやすくすごく便利です。

改善してほしい点:

特にありません。他にもファイル共有ソフトはいろいろありますが、ワンドライブで間に合ってます。

容量を気にしない。仮でも大きいデータの保留に使えて助かる。

自動？であがっているのか理解に困った。仕組みの理解が必要。

A must for remote work

製品を使ってみた感想： I have used this program for the last 4 years personally and through the companies I've worked for. It's great especially when you're collaborating across departments. Everybody can see what's being worked on and they're able to edit it.

良いポイント:

It's convenient and I'm able to access documents on different devices.

改善してほしい点:

There is no downside that I can think of. I am able to use this for both personal and work related documents which is very convenient.

an underrated storage service

良いポイント:

OneDrive is completly integrated with windows and office, so there's no need to download it and it's easy to use

改善してほしい点:

Free tier could be small, comparing with other storage services like google drive

Good Product for Microsoft Suite

製品を使ってみた感想： Its a decent add on to Microsoft Suite however I would not seek it out as a cloud storage solution

良いポイント:

It has decent logic for folders and sharing however it is a little clunky compared to soome of its c ompetitors in the same space.

改善してほしい点:

Being part of microsoft suite makes this a good option however the working offline features are dated and not as efficient as they should be

One Drive is a great tool for the Windows OS

製品を使ってみた感想： I use it every day. I sync my documents as I have two computers I use and smart devices. I have rarely had any problems personally. Some of my staff, who are not as "tech savvy", have had issues with the overall system.

Syncing documents across devices is easy to use once set up. It can work with documents and saves synchronously. Some users love that OneDrive works across Windows and syncs with many areas of OS.

改善してほしい点:

Initial set-up can be tricky if you are not familiar with the platform. Microsoft is very pushy about getting users to sign in and use services. It can be not very pleasant at times.

Seems a slightly outdated compared to competitors and use on Mac is less robust

Love OneDrive

I love the ease of accessing files across all devices and sharing larger files that I would not be able to send via email or text.

I have not found anything that I've disliked thus far with using OneDrive.

Ease of everything in one spot

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall I would suggest this for people looking for an easy way to keep all information in one space, especially if you have a business with multiple computers and have working from home employees

It’s so nice being able to have all your stuff from multiple different office computers all in one space to access from anywhere!

改善してほしい点:

It took a little bit to get the hang of. I’m used to iCloud, so getting used to one drive was a bit of a change, but it wasn’t hard and was easy to pick up!

製品を使ってみた感想： Positive for file sharing and folder creation, but as far as file organization/moving and syncing, there are other products I prefer.

It has limited features when it comes to file syncing and file organization. I prefer Dropbox for easy file moving, organization and syncing across a whole team.

製品を使ってみた感想： Fantastic. No more files on desktop or on local machine.

良いポイント:

Cloud on your computer feature - sync a folder and you have cloud files at your fingertips.

改善してほしい点:

removing a synched folder from your machine might delete it from the cloud. Have to factor that in all the times

A Powerful Storage Resource

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been storing my files with OneDrive for over 10 years and have never lost a file or folder. When I want to delete or download a file or folder it's easy to do so. Also it's easy to share files with others who I have on my shared network. I really like that I can easily upload and download files I use weekly to a OneDrive folder on my computer hardrive rather than storing them on OneDrive online.

It's a secure means I depend upon to save all of my website, business and personal files.

改善してほしい点:

It doesn't always work the same throughout every browser. I have a problem getting into my saved folders at times when using Microsoft edge. Since I normally use Google Chrome, I don't see this as a problem for me.

Better File Organization

製品を使ってみた感想： The experience with Onedrive was relatively good. I like many things about it and it's familiar.

良いポイント:

Onedrive is pre-installed on some devices and with an existing Microsoft account there is no need to do anything other than sign in. Onedrive is secure and allows me to restrict access as needed. The best feature in my opinion is file organization. It's a practical and logical system. I can pull up any file I need almost instantly. Onedrive is part of a larger group of software that can be even more helpful as a whole. OneNote, for example. Office is another that I found helpful of course. Help is relatively easy to find. The price and alloted storage are good if you've bundled with Office/365.

改善してほしい点:

Large files and sharing can be troublesome due to limited options. Synchronization has limited options as well. I've had a problem with duplicate files. I question if Onedrive is the best option for business accounts.
