> **良いポイント**: Parkalot is a great tool for us, it provides an easy to manage user interface. Both admins and users have had very positive experiences with the user experience. The ability to upload maps and define the parking spaces significantly increases user experience as it allows our users to visualize parking spaces.

> **改善点**: The tool gives us all we need from a business perspective. The key area of opportunity for the tool might be to allow/simplify the process to change the main admin account. We were not able to do it ourselves via the admin portal and had to email support to do it. While Parkalot was great in support and was able to make the change, it would be much more efficient to allow users to perfom this.

> Overall the cost-benefit value is great. The tool is amazing and provides very good customer experience and the support from Parkalot is outstanding. We are now considering deploying this across other offices in other countries.

> **良いポイント**: Though our need and requirement was small to medium; the minimum features that Parkalot offers was generally hidden behind additional fees for a few of the other apps that we tested. Moving to the app has basically decentralised the entire process that otherwise required the facility manager actively working on assigning and allocating reservation spots for team members. And based on the feedback from the users, they love using the app and the waitlist feature.

> Overall this has been a pretty seamless transition for the team from the old manual reservation desk to the app. And the team also added to the roadmap one of the features that our team said would be good in the incident reporting space to allow adding pictures to the incident.
