製品を使ってみた感想： ClickUpひとつでプロジェクトやタスクを管理でき複数のサービスを併用しなくて良いため、管理時間を短縮でき、全体的な作業が効率化された。使用したことない人にはぜひおすすめする。

良いポイント:

初めてでも簡単に使用でき、わかりやすいクリーンなデザイン。特に気に入っている点は、プロジェクト／タスクについて、全体としての把握しやすさを保ちながら、個々の細かいタスクの進捗状況や詳細も非常に明確である点である。

改善してほしい点:

良くない点はあまり思い当たらないが、あえて言うなら、言語に日本語がないためか周りでは導入している人が少ないところである。

複数のプロジェクトを複数人で共有・管理ができる優れたプロジェクト管理ツール

良いポイント:

タスクやフェーズの設定を容易に行うことができる。機能が豊富なのに、画面はすっきりしていて使いやすいです。また、フォントや色味などＧＵＩがかわいく、使用のストレスも少ないのもいいところです。

改善してほしい点:

権限設定の粒度が粗いことがあるので、大規模プロジェクトには向いていないかもしれません。数人でいくつかのプロジェクトを各々やっているという状態に向いています。

Complex interface, which can be overwhelming for beginners, and occasional performance slowdowns. It also requires time to fully customize.

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been using it for 2 years, overall is a good product and experience is good. It comes with integration of CI/CD tools like github so that team members can collaborate together. I also use it to track my daily tasks, progress and milestones achieve. It helps me meet deadlines by timely tracking

I like the UI, it is a modularised platform. It helps product managers to organise sprints and assign tasks to team members to reach milestones. It helps to track progress of the project, goals , milestones, etc. It comes with integration of CI/CD tools like github and gitlab

改善してほしい点:

It is costlier in comparison to similar products in market. Slightly organisation of tasks, allocation to sprint, filling in the fields relevant to the task is slightly complex

Inflexible system

Appearance - colourful and well set out. Home page well structured and inviting

Inflexible and cumbersome to use. Unable to select multiple cells and copy sections

Task Manager and CRM for all!

製品を使ってみた感想： Fantastic! We are an accounting firm and being able to track tasks and history was great. The change in the platform made things a little tricky but good!

Not super intuitive on the automations and the structure changed making it harder to understand how tasks and subtasks work. Subtasks can get buried if not careful

良いポイント:

Task and workflow management with the tool is easier and straightforward. Its affordable compared to its competition but meets the requirements. Offers strong collaboration features such as whiteboard, team messaging and commenting. Integrates with a number of solution such as zapier, dropbox, etc.

改善してほしい点:

Due to its complexity, beginner may find it overwhelming.

Great option for task management.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I like it. I really like that my team can seamlessly communicate via email to my clients right within Clickup and it is visible to the whole team. It creates a seamless client experience and cuts down on bottlenecks

I love the continuous updates to improve the software and the integrations with almost all of my other software to make it super easy to add and assign tasks wherever you are. The desktop app allows you to do so in real time on any website or document that you are in

改善してほしい点:

There is a steep learning curve, and although I have used Asana, Trello and other project management software, this one is by far the hardest understand and get used to for me. the other part is that as they continuously evolve the product, it seems like some features that were included in the free version were move to business and enterprise, so you kind of have to use a paid version. When I was using Asana, the free version had all of the bare minimum features I needed, so the added cost is a con.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, my use of ClickUp was very positive at the time I used it (in an Administrative and Executive role), and kept me on track with prioritizing tasks, projects, and reminders of important upcoming events. I used it daily for over a year, and it me keep track of everything I needed to do. I could definitely say that by using ClickUp, my stress in the role I was in was reduced, ultimately allowing me to focus and tackle large and complex projects ahead of schedule while managing ad-hoc tasks throughout the day/week.

When I first started using it, I would keep track of each and every task given to me in Clickup. This evolved from only a to-do list, to an agenda and company document and template library. I loved how easy it was to navigate, as a business alternative to Notion (which I was using for personal reasons) with similar features.

改善してほしい点:

When I tried using Clickup more recently (within the past year), it seemed as though it was overloaded with new features that weren't there 2-3 years ago. It's very confusing for someone who was used to the previous ClickUp with less features (This might be the first time I've ever reviewed something poorly for having too many features).

Almost great planning tool

製品を使ってみた感想： I am overall happy about using ClickUp in my daily workflow. It is a tools that helps me with my daily tasks and organizes my work. Sometimes it can be a bit laggy, but except meetings it doesn't happen really often.

ClickUp can make your work more organized by allowing you to create various spaces in which you can divide your companies or departments to make your tasks be where they belong. You can use a few default views to sort your lists of tasks. It is perfect for managing projects, keeping your work documented and well planned. It is also great for collaboration.

改善してほしい点:

My biggest issue with ClickUp is it has a lot of problems during meets. I am not able to comfortably present the project to the team, or scrum along with them.

There's a bit of a learning curve. You have to take the time to learn the features and how they can serve you best.

On the other hand, it also means that there are at times too many features that cause some general issue, especially when dealing with large data and multiple integrations.

It can be quite confusing. I think there's an overwhelm of features and functionalities so sometimes I feel like I lost the whole benefit of managing tasks because it's all just time-consuming and over-complicated. I've been using it for a while and sometimes I still can't find what I'm looking for.. it doesn't feel intuitive.

Wow. I love how clean, attractive and organized the UI of ClickUp was designed, it just puts everything in order and appropriately. I am also happy with how I can customize channels, templates and projects to how I know best. Incase a project is overdue or almost reaching completion, ClickUp marks it with a red colour to help you time track and know how to mitigate it. I can also communicate with teammates using the business instant messaging collaborate on a project using the Kanban and white boards. Fantastic drag and drop functionality. ClickUp has also the capability to integrate with third party platforms like Google Calendar that helps in date and time tracking.

改善してほしい点:

I can't think of any dislikes at the moment simply because I have come across any.

It provides all the necessary workflow management and collaboration needs.

The dashboards are amazing, as they can be configured according to the project’s needs, and I loved that they are automatically updated according to the latest updates, which makes them ready to view at any time.

With the multiple versions and updates, the negatives have almost disappeared, and working with the rest of the team using ClickUp has become more efficient and enjoyable as well.
