Sometimes, there are delays on the sender’s end showing that the form has been completed. It’s usually not long - a few minutes, at most, but it can be annoying when we’re on the spot.

Great tool for easy forms creation, also when you are on a budget

The user interface is super simple and there's really no learning curve, Jotform also smoothly integrates via Zapier with tons of other tools which is critical for us. Entries go into a spreadsheet or PDF, and you can also choose to go with a completely free Starter package

The design templates could be more, I often find difficulties finding a more simple template to use

製品を使ってみた感想: Jotform is a wonderful tool to have at hand when working remotely. With it, you can just whip up a few forms and documents without spending too much time on it, and for something so simple, the amount of data it uncovers is fantastic. We've definitely seen concrete results of it across our operations.

I love how there are hundreds and thousands of ready-made form and document templates for pretty much whatever you can think of. It saves you tons of time from having to make something from scratch, and it also gives you good form field ideas that you probably wouldn't have added if you did it from scratch.

改善してほしい点:

We see performance issues every now and then. Mostly form submissions coming through multiple times and sign fields not working properly, especially for multi party agreements.

製品を使ってみた感想: Pretty poor....seem to have a lot of staff who answer questions, but development seem to have no direction to develop their core product with useful enhancements.

Core offering had potential when we started and still better in some ways to competitors.

They keep developing incompatible products with features users have been wanting in main forms. Those new products are almost useless such as jotform sign.

製品を使ってみた感想: Jotform has been an easy way for us to collect certain bits of data from floor personnel. We used to use shared Excel sheets to log findings from xyz areas of the machine complex but the data validation and selection options take quite a bit of time to set up and you keep having to update it to get ahead of new error. Whereas now, our personnel log into the app we've made on Jotform and submit whichever form they want with close to zero error. It saved us time from having to clean data, and money because we can now access more accurate data to make decisions with.

It's mainly a form builder, but the mobile apps have been very effective way for us to collect data easily as a lot of our personnel that we collect data from are not near a computer. With the app we designed, they can quickly go on their phones and input the data with zero hassle.

改善してほしい点:

We commonly have to deal with downtime which causes issues because we need the data to be entered at the same time every day and sometimes can't because we can't even get on the system.

製品を使ってみた感想: We started with Google Forms and also use Microsoft Forms quite a bit. All of them have their limitations. JotForm allows us to receive file uploads on a WordPress site, send quick surveys, and explore detailed feedback from curriculum reviewers. Customer service has been helpful, too.

良いポイント:

I've come to rely on the Cards version of forms. I like the breadth of integrations and the variety of field types. The new Tables and Reports features are pretty interesting too. JotForm is reasonably easy to set up and very user-friendly on the front end.

改善してほしい点:

A lot of the default styles are pretty dated, but there are some fine options for styles. The admin UX takes a bit of getting used to--not quite the normal flow, but there are reasons for this.

Easiest way to collect more data and input

製品を使ってみた感想: I'm very happy with Jotform for my go-to form builder. I use it for everything from collecting feedback from my colleagues to organizing fun votes for people. It's very easy to set up and use, and the UI is pretty simplistic as well. Definitely a good tool to have in your toolkit

I love the Tables product. You can monitor, edit, and sync your form submissions in real-time. I love the ability to add columns to customize each table.

It sometimes experiences lags and stutters. It could be problematic especially if you're using stuff like embedded forms

Easy to use and customisable questions, but not visually appealing.

製品を使ってみた感想: Works well in general, very customisable in terms of questions, but needs serious UI customisation work. The statistic reporting is great, though.

It's very easy to use, and the questions can easily be customised to fit your needs. There are also two different types of forms - card (1 question at a time) and classic (all questions on one form)

It's not very visually customisable - it has a default style which is difficult to edit. This makes it hard to blend in if you embed it into a website or app, and the default doesn't look very good either.

Too many bugs & quirks, too little support

製品を使ってみた感想: I've had 2 experiences with trying to build a form to accomplish an important task, and it's failed both times. The tools don't work properly, there's no support, and when the issue is on their end, you're just out of luck. There's no fix time, ever. Don't use this for anything where you can't work around this service's repeated failures.

It appears, on the surface, to offer a ton of really nice form elements & features. You can make the forms do a lot of seemingly cool stuff that's difficult, if not impossible in some other form builders (until you actually deploy them & discover their true, undisclosed limitations/quirks).

There are constant bugs, quirks, and downtime, with ZERO live support regardless of subscriptions level. My biggest issue is with prefilling forms for customers. Important fields like the product list can't be prefilled so all the customer has to do is review & sign. Of course, it doesn't tell you this until you go to actually prefill a form. Now I'm left with a situation where I have to have a different, less-capable form if I want to prefill contracts for customers using existing info. What a waste. Better yet, there's no support. If you have a question or issue, you get to wait for an email response. Of course, they only deal with part of what you've asked, so you then have to send another email, then wait another unknowable period of time for the next person to deal with half of the problem, then requiring another email, another wait.... and so forth. Of course, if it's an underlying issue with their software (like the improperly functioning dropdown quantity selector), they say they'll send it to the developer team, and who knows when/if the problem will get addressed at that point. They literally tell you that they can't tell you. Not acceptable for commercial deployment, imo.

Great Product For a Small Company

製品を使ってみた感想: Our experience with Jot Form has been amazing and has changed the way that we are able to operate as a company. We no longer need to rely on pen and paper to help manage our team out in the field. With the help of the forms, we are able to accurately track times and gather information from our caregivers as well as our clients.

We really like to use the forms to keep track of our caregivers times. We mostly don't use paper timesheets anymore, and we now have a hard paper trail not subject to the potential loss of any physical sheets of paper.

改善してほしい点:

Occasionally can't download PDF submissions. We depend on these to keep good records of our team mates times on particular shifts.

Buyer beware: JotForm API breaks and support is awful

製品を使ってみた感想: Support is terrible and a deal breaker. We are moving to Gravity Form as a result.

良いポイント:

The UI is pleasant for both the user and the integration. Setting it up was easy and getting it integrated with ActiveCampaign over the API wasn't difficult.

改善してほしい点:

The support is a HUGE problem. We work in mental health and having client inquiries transmist can be a matter of life and death if someone is in crisis. We noticed we were not having contacts transfer some times and other times, parts of data which was mapped, wasn't transmitting and deals weren't being generated due to missing tags and data. This alarmed us and we reset the integration to no avail. We contacted support multiple times to find responses that regularly took 4-7 days and sometimes no response at all. It was infuriating and irresponsible on their side.

製品を使ってみた感想: We use Jotforms across the college for submissions from partnering departments for design and web update requests. This allows us to keep all the information in one place rather than rely on emails. Plus, we have a historical record of all the requests in a given year.

Jotforms is a simple way to create forms to obtain information and has powerful features for advanced form building. The form builder is drag and drop and provides plenty of options for customization. There is a free version with plenty of features and a cost-effective paid subscription that unlocks plenty of helpful features.

改善してほしい点:

The UX on the submission side is not great. When navigating to the forms to review submissions, I oftentimes have to think twice about where to find them.

A great transition from manual to digital

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, we've used Jotform quite regularly now and we haven't had any complaints yet. Of course we've tweaked the forms in order to make the experience smoother for our team. It is quite easy to learn, and we've even added in some computations in the forms, and it's been really helpful. It does take a while to figure out the approval feature, but once you've overcome that hurdle, it gets easier. I particularly like the fact that we can customize it just enough so it doesn't look like Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.

We use Jotform for leave applications and petty cash requests in our small team. Before Jotform, we would typically do it manually and though it is seemingly mundane, does contribute to some inefficiencies specifically for me an my partner who approve these requests. Jotform helped streamline all those. I like the feature that allows people to sign in the digital forms. This allowed us to completely remove some of the basic forms we have in our office and just transition to digital. It then gives us a PDF report after.

The free version is quite generous, allowing you to use the useful features of the app. I do find the pricing a bit expensive. It start from free and then suddenly jumps to 34 USD.

An amazing multipurpose platform beyond just data collection

製品を使ってみた感想: JotForm actually saved our project from collapsing. In the middle of a survey we had launched with a different platform, we were encountering severe technical issues that caused our data collection activities to completely stall. Migrating to Jotform not only solved all of those problems, but offered us features we didn't have with our previous service. Features that allowed us to cut down enumerator errors during survey administration, improve our agent remote monitoring protocols, and generally enrich the survey experience for our data analysts, survey respondents and field agents. It was absolutely amazing.

Well, first is the ease of use.With Jotform, survey creation to deployment in a matter of minutes isn't just a marketing gimmick...... we were actually able to do it. The quickly customizable templates and very user friendly feel makes it a joy to work with. Also, when we first signed on, we were migrating an active survey from a different service (which was giving us a lot of technical issues) and the customer service support we received was absolutely amazing.

Response data was being produced as links instead of the intended .pdf forms we had hoped.....when we first launched. And we struggled a bit to understand what was actually happening, but we later figured out the cause and solved it. That has been the only record of any issue we ever had with JotForm.

Versatile forms

製品を使ってみた感想: I am confident that the forms I create using JotForm are professional and functional. The surveys are what I use most often. I am not on site with employees to supervise on a regular basis, I send surveys to patients and their families to make sure that they are happy with the employee and that all required daily tasks are completed. I use JotForm to collect health data and if need be HIPAA compliant forms.
I use a "2-in-1" laptop/tablet often, JotForm functions on that and my desktop computer. I get timely returns because of the mobile responsive forms. I would like JotForm more if the site was organized.

All forms are mobile responsive and a mobile app for Jotform can be downloaded on your phone. Forms can even be created on the mobile app. The desktop and mobile are similar. Choose from many themes and templates., choose from classic form and card form. Form fields are less restrictive. Manipulate forms by drag and drop. Widgets can be added to forms for e-signatures and check lists. Image slide is another choice. Forms can be automated and decrease workload. JotForm advises on how to get better response rates from your forms.

改善してほしい点:

I spend a lot longer than I want using JotForm. It takes a long time to find the right template, the right theme, and personalize them. The freemium plan is restrictive. The customer support team did not answer my questions or solve my problem. I had to ask another JotForm user how to even reach them because JotForm is unorganized.

Then I came across JotForm and I was impressed and thought to myself, why didn't I came across this platform earlier? This platform has all your needs to start off, from a regular form to a contract signing, orders managements, contact and more. Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big!

改善してほしい点:

I have not come across any cons yet besides that, the price is slightly high compared to other forms, but worth every penny due to the features in it.

What I like most about the software is the ability to create a customisable form in minutes without any hassle. It is very easy to work with the form builder to get a design done in minutes.

改善してほしい点:

You have to understand what you are doing to achieve the right result. It takes some time to understand what is available, but once you have the hang of it, it becomes easier and easier.

Jotform, a Professional Tool for Best Customer Experience

Jotform helps my organisation work like a professional body. With just a few staff, we are able to harmonise works from different department, each knowing what his or her tasks entails. It also gives us the ease of working from any where, and reporting work done, it also helps the HR department assess impute and efficiency of staff. Just don't know he angle to start from, but for best customer experience, use jotform.In essence, in builds the competence of staff, to enhance service delivery of customers

I cannot pinpoint any, but just for the sake of this review, I would say that the software does not support offline work as some of the features are online enabled.

Awesome tool for small business

製品を使ってみた感想: I have been using this since 2019 at several different organisations and I keep recommending it. It is so simple to use and can be applied to various industries. I used it to digitalised customer journey for hotels, create super simple booking system to a free lance yoga teacher and now using it for invoicing purpose for another small business.

- Loved the fact that they had the initial free 5 forms (unlimited timeframe) This means I can take my time to set it up and test out in real life to see how it can help my processes. - Love the custom forms and nowadays, it has alot of integration and you can do alot more things- Love the PDF builder. Now I am using this heavily to generate invoice. First I create fields for the invoice input then it automatically populates into PDF format based on my customised settings. Saves so much time!

- Sometimes the submission loading is laggy. For example, I submit an answer via form then I change the answer in submission sheet (on backend) but it doesnt save this new update. - Also I have the emailing function turn on after each submission or edit. it is not immediate and can take up to 10 minutes

Quick and easy form builder and data collection platform

製品を使ってみた感想: We use Jotform for collecting internal and external user data in response to fast changing needs (e.g. requesting the health status of those returning from areas that have just come out of Covid lockdowns). The API means we can directly add responses to databases, while Zapier integration allows us to add response to spreadsheets for further analysis.

Jotform are always releasing new features to meet customer needs. The cost is relatively low compared to other offerings

The default form controls are somewhat limited, and there is an overall reliance on 'market'/3rd party widgets.

Great Solution

製品を使ってみた感想: I’ve been using JotForm since November 2016 till now. It is really a great solution especially for people who has no coding experience. The ongoing enhancements introduced by JotForm since I started using it made it further useful to the extent that you may not need to use any other product to complete your task.I used it to gather data, ranging from simple to bit complicated surveys, as well as a standalone application that works perfectly to serve my purpose.Due to the nature of my projects, I sometime require to use multi-lingual forms, one of which is Arabic. To be honest, most of available products despite their effectiveness in English or other languages, they do fail when used for Arabic interface, which is a right-to-left language. This does not apply to JotForm, which almost shows the same performance even for Arabic language. Yes, some elements may sometimes do not support translation, however, some other workarounds using other elements do solve the problem, like using text elements, like labels for example, to overcome this minor issue.Generally, I would always recommend using JotForm, which is from my point of view a completely different experience.

It is a great, easy to use, reliable solution that requires no coding experience or prior knowledge to use. Creating and managing surveys and order forms is extremely easy and fast.

One of the recent enhancements introduced by JotForm is the signed documents. I believe, this module is not yet matured, as one can face some difficulty to delete unnecessary documents after submission, like testing and sample submissions for example. Yes, you may delete them at the end of the day, but by visiting some other sections of the application. I personally wasn’t able to realized this until I received a response from the support team. This needs to be considered by the team.Also, enabling the translation of some parts of the product will be useful. For example, product specifications for ecommerce elements (item listing).
