製品を使ってみた感想: Mo is my favorite application now because I can easily collect point from my colleagues recognition message and later redeem it for gift card. It is easy to use and need no training to start using this platform.

良いポイント:

Mo help a better communication and connection between worker and manager and as a platform for manager to recognize employees success and rewarding them with digital reward or customize reward. On the reward catalogue, it has many option for reward recipient can choose and redeem like Amazon gift card, Starbuck and other local shop gift card.

改善してほしい点:

Manager need to always top-up the Mo's credit before employees can redeem the reward or it will only show error and the redeem process is rejected.

良いポイント:

Improve relationship between peers, colleague, co-workers and manager for a better understanding in work collaboration and family like interaction and environment. My mood is so much better when I received encouragement message from my colleagues and the best part is, the message contain point that I can use for reward redemption.

改善してほしい点:

Mobile apps version has many bugs and problem, unlike the desktop version. It is more easy to access it from my smartphone, but the bugs make us not interest to use it and had to login from desktop computer.

Simple to use with various beneficial for employees engagement

良いポイント:

I love the recognition features by Mo that let me to sent greetings to celebrate colleagues achievement and occasions like birthday, anniversary or company recognition to recognize their outstanding performance. Manager also able to attach reward credit on the recognition message that employee's later can redeem it and choose gift card from the customized store. Mo's is adding positive value and make our workplace much more positive using the recognition system.

改善してほしい点:

At first, the rewarding system is quite confusing since there are no demo video that new user can view to understand how Mo's operate. As the time passed, everything is clear and we are familiar to it.

良いポイント:

Easy tools to use without training needed. Interact, communicate and socializing with fellow workers and sending Mo's point for their good work. Always remember colleagues birhday and work anniversary and celebrate it with them to ensure we have a good workplace culture and environment.

改善してほしい点:

No option to integrate with Microsoft Team or Google Workplace as we use it as our main communication platform.

製品を使ってみた感想: Mo is a great additional to our workplace as it make it easier for manager to track employees performance, give recognition and keep the team closer and bonding together.

良いポイント:

Simple tools to use to get company's latest news and policies. Learn and discuss on different topic with colleague in friendlier environment, unlike on strict environment of casual workplace. Mo is great in distributing reward and incentive to employee that earn it, especially after archiving great milestone in career.

改善してほしい点:

Mo's adaptability in our organization is still low and not many employee is actively us it every week. The more active the community mean quicker Mo's point can be collected and exchange it to reward on the reward catalogue.

製品を使ってみた感想: Enhance overall office environment moods and keep everyone in positive relationship. Mo push us to interact and communicate with each others and it is nice to have a family vibes on workplace.

良いポイント:

Mo work like intranet social media platform which peers and colleagues can interact, connect and socializing with each other in very casual ways. It is also a great platform to give recognition to well-performing worker by sending them recognition message and Mo's point that they later can use it to redeem for gift card.

改善してほしい点:

Gift card processing time is vary, sometimes it is instantly sent-out to my email, and the other time, I had to wait for 48 hours before I get the gift card code.

製品を使ってみた感想: Mo improves my relationship my colleagues and project team members. It give us a reason to connect and socializing with peers and we get rewarded for every interaction activity that we do.

良いポイント:

Interacting and communicating with colleagues is much easier with Mo. Not only that, each recognition message that we sent to congratulate colleagues achievement is coming with Mo's point that the message recipient can collect and exchange the point to different reward on the catalogue like gift card from popular store or voucher for shopping malls.

改善してほしい点:

Everything is working good and nothing make me feel discomfort with Mo. It used to have issues with slow reward sending process, but has been solved about a year ago.

良いポイント:

Peer recognition system by Mo is unique and it does encourage my co-workers to join the celebration when one of our colleagues get promotion or recognition by manager for their good work. The automation system also help manager in evaluating worker's monthly performance and remark it on the system so manager know who is the best employees of the month.

改善してほしい点:

Manager need to keep reminding workers to write recognition message to others so we can accumulate points that can be later changed to rewards. If no one is using the message, the monthly point is expiring and wasted just like that. Improved gamication system will encourage worker to use the message and start communicating with each other.

良いポイント:

Most performed and commitments workers is heavily rewarded for their work and it is easy to redeem the reward in digital gift card form. Survey and feedback collection from employees is important to analyzed how satisfied our employees is and what changes that they need to make the working environment bearable.

改善してほしい点:

Only a few HRIS platform is readily available for integration, other platform need for manual API connection and help from the customer support agent. That is the least thing I dislike about Mo.

製品を使ってみた感想: Excellent employees recognition platform that allow me and my colleagues to exchange points for any events and occurrences like birthday or promotions. It has bonded us to create a positive workplace atmosphere.

良いポイント:

Mo elevating manager to peer engagement and connection by providing features that help manager to evaluate worker performance and rewarding the top-performance worker with points and incentives. I like that the reward catalog has e-gift that I want to redeem in near future.

改善してほしい点:

Expiring points that we can give to co-worker. We need to distribute the point every months and they will get replenish every month but the points can't be accumulated.

良いポイント:

Mo provide our organization with a very unique system to reward and give incentives to over-archiver employees. Reward recipient can redeem the reward themself based on the point that they get and type of reward that they want. It help to boost employees focus to collect as many point they can and get rewarded for their hard work.

改善してほしい点:

I have no negative experience with Mo. It does help to boost working environment mood and make it more fun to work at organization.

Feel appreciated after getting reward and recognition from my superior for my hard work and mu hustle is getting known. Able to choose my own reward that I want and it is sent instantly on my email.

良いポイント:

That I can choose who to reward and by how much. Also that I can limit who sees the Moment as some colleague may not want a Mo to be visible to all

改善してほしい点:

The section to reward colleagues could be highlighted better as it is just shown by an icon and if you are new to Mo you wouldn't know where it is or how to do it intuitively.

Motivating as our agents can build a pot of credit from recognition and spend on something nice for themselves or loved ones. System is easy to use and claim rewards and there is a fast payout when requested

改善してほしい点:

Could always do with more choice of vouchers. the list is comprehensive but some retailers are missing which could further boost engagement on the platform

良いポイント:

Great way to get the team interactive post covid when the majority of the team work from home its a nice way to be able to give back to someone in a way we previously couldn't in a from home capacity.

改善してほしい点:

A member of my team wasn't aware about the e- gift cards and was unsure how to cash out the money therefore maybe a guided view of mo when first used would be handy.
