Seamless and helpful productivity tool

製品を使ってみた感想： Assessteam gives an all-round view of general - and project-specific - productivity and helps enormously with staff reviews.

良いポイント:

Easy to use yet offers comprehensive data and functionality. From time sheets to staff reviews, it is an all-in-one productivity and HR tool. It was easy to integrate into our system and the tech support is spot-on, helpful and efficient.

改善してほしい点:

I can't think of anything now. We are still exploring it.

AssessTeam for Evaluations

製品を使ってみた感想： IT was a great solution to implemnet to cover Assessments modules for employees. Very helpful.

Online version, lots of features for customization, flexibility

import of files - in excel it is hard to read. There is no room in the profile of employee where we can leave comments and see history of additional feedbacks if we want to have such.

How efficient are the performance reviews, in terms of creating profiles, sending the reviews, gathering data and generating final reports and comparison.

The complexity of the steps at first however the support team is amazing and helpful. I reached out many times throughout the process and [sensitive content hidden] was there to help at every step and always ready to jump on a call when needed.

製品を使ってみた感想： Generally the support team at AssessTEAM has been great with setup and implementation and ongoing support.

We were not looking for a traditional Team Management Software we were looking for an existing system to manage and assess our core competencies and develop them. We found that AssessTEAM was a good start. The support team was able to create features that we wanted. We like that the reviewees can view their reviews in totality, other software is very much managment-facing. We needed something employee-facing.

改善してほしい点:

We had a few glitches that made it seem like we were Beta testing the software. It was a bit of a hassle. Luckily, the awesome support team was able to fix the problem in short order. I wish the system was a bit more configurable in terms of goal setting.

製品を使ってみた感想： I am incredibly impressed with not only the software but also the customer service and support. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The software provides an easy usage for supervisors on the floor for quick and accurate reviews and metrics.

It's a little bit complicated to figure out / envision what the final evaluation will look like - when creating result areas / performance indicators I am not experienced enough with the software to see how the results will be generated

製品を使ってみた感想： It automates what used to be a manual system for me.The support I receive from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is OUTSTANDING.Every year when we roll out the annual PE I contact him and he makes sure everything is set up perfectly.He provides me with vital customer support, can't do it without him!

One of the main benefits is the overall customization options. It allowed us to tailor things specifically to what we were looking for. It also has the capability to handle changes we will need to make in the future as we continue to expand our performance management process. It was very easy to deploy to our management team. The software would be even better if the Admin team could log in as a manager or any other user and see things from their specific viewpoint.

Flexible and Easy to Use

製品を使ってみた感想： We are benefiting from the opportunity to formalize our evaluation process and provide regular feedback to our team. Evaluations that are automatically generated are helping us stay on today of 30/60/90 day reviews.

The software is easy to use and customize. We are an educational facility and, while we have benefited from some of the available templates, we have been able to thoroughly customize the software to meet our needs.

Our organizational set up appears to be somewhat unique as we have managers supervising multiple teams and staff filling roles on multiple teams. We are unable to assign staff to multiple teams which is impacting our ability to analyze team performance.

A tool to upload ad-hoc (project) evaluations on mass could be helpful

製品を使ってみた感想： Visibility of the information collected is great. Ease of use is also a driving factor when we select a new software. We have found if software is overly complicated it will not be utilized

With over 300 employees, this system has given us the visibility to continue the growth of a stronger team. Before we had assess team the evaluation process was long and drawn out and produced information that was buried in files and never reviewed by the managers that needed to see the information.

No real cons that we have found that the assess team didn't address immediately. The software has much more potential than we are currently using.

Goal setting tool not the easiest to use. Generally, the app is not very user-friendly. Dashboards and data panels can be made simpler. Deeper functionality should be available on selection rather than to overload first-contact data panels/ page(s)

Easy to Use and Great Customer Support

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], the business consultant that helped me provided a fantastic demo and not only answered all of my questions, but helped me get my team set up and made sure I fully understood how to use all of the software functionality to optimize my team's experience.

Love the simplicity of the software, yet the high level of functionality. The system is easy to use, has a fantastic layout and provides all of the functions we need to manage team performance. I worked with one of the business consultants and he was friendly, patient and very thorough at explaining the software to me.

I don't have anything negative to say about this software.

AssessTEAM Review

製品を使ってみた感想： Our experience to date has been very good. We are continuing to investigate all of the tools to make sure getting the biggest benefit possible. Customer service has been very helpful in terms of answering questions and providing workarounds.

AssessTEAM provides a platform of turnkey tools that for performance measurement and management with a fair amount of customization. As a small company, it is great to be able to be up and running quickly in these areas. We are still investigating all of the tools to make sure getting the biggest benefit possible.

The downside of my comments in the Pros is that since we are still developing our performance measurement and management process, more customization would always beneficial.

Good Value for the $ But Could Be Improved

製品を使ってみた感想： This is a good option for small teams, as many assessment software's are only available/effective for large teams and are considerably more expensive. There are some things as I have mentioned above that could make it more user friendly. The support team has been very helpful.

I like that it allows for 360 Reviews and that you can set up the frequency of evaluations.

改善してほしい点:

I feel like creating the assessments and reordering of questions/result areas within the assessments could be made easier by allowing a drag and drop feature rather than ordering by alphabetical/numerical indexing. I also don't like that each customer sent an evaluation adds to the # of paid users. Since they do not create accounts and are not being evaluated, it seems they should either be free or charged at a reduced rate than a staff member who utilizes all the features, especially because you can't guarantee that they will actually fill out the assessment. If you have a large customer base, your bill could escalate quickly if you choose to use this application for customer feedback.

Best Performance Evaluation Software for the price

I like the Continuous Feedback and the fact that you can set up individual templates and set up periodical surveys.

The perfect solution

製品を使ってみた感想： We have begun using it for annual evaluations and timekeeping for employees. After getting it set up with Raj, it has been very easy to navigate. What shines most about this product is the outstanding customer service. We've had near immediate responses from their staff, particularly [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], every time we ask. They are always eager to help us anytime we ask. This alone would make me not want to use any other product. We are extremely satisfied.

It's easy to configure and deploy. As an evaluator, it is very simple to use.

As an evaluee, or even as an evaluator, it's not easy to see the score from multiple people about the same category. Most of the times, we end up exporting the evaluations and combine the CSVs. Also, it doesn't have a feature where the evaluee can see a single evaluation that shows an agreed score from multiple evaluators.

Annual Performance Review

Customer support without a doubt is the best I have experienced. If someone is looking for a relative inexpensive cloud based system this is it. We are using the simple features of the system but it is scalable if you wish to use more.

The product is a little difficult to navigate in the set-up but customer support is always available to help. Some drop downs and graphics in the screens are not necessary

Good tool for non-profits

The product is easy to use and for a non-profit that does not have thousands to spend on a performance review system this is a great option.

Definitely need to go through the training. It is not easy to just pick up and start using. Need to be able to see a proof of the review before it is launched.
