Perfect for any graphic design experience level - even complete beginners!

製品を使ってみた感想： I am a volunteer for a non-profit animal rescue organization. We had a very successful past year and had been looking for a way to visually show all of the data from it, but didn't quite know how. Before working with Visme, we had no idea how beneficial it would be to have this data visually represented in a beautiful infographic. The results were eye-catching, easy to read/interpret and perfect to share on both social media and in print. We were able to take a closer look at our metrics and determine specific data we should be keeping track of- and we will be able to use these findings as a benchmark for years to come. Thank you Visme, for providing a tool to not only create an aesthetically pleasing infographic, but a tool that opened our eyes to our own various analytics that we can monitor and share with our supporters.

Visme is very easy to use, even for someone with no graphic design/technical experience. I created a stunning infographic to display all of my organization's "year in review statistics" without any frustration or confusion. I was able to create a proof of the design and export it to a JPEG file for review. When layout/aesthetic decisions were finalized, I purchased a membership to have access to down a PDF version of the design. I ended up sending the same PDF file to a local print shop where it was printed on a 24x36 foam board - which still appeared in the highest quality that was displayed in my browser. You can't have a high quality print without a high quality file to print from. The first of many great experiences!

改善してほしい点:

Although it was nice to be able to size the canvas based on a ratio of pixels, it would have been nice to have an additional or alternative a way to size the canvas based on inches/centimeters for easy printing. If there is in fact already a way to do this, I would recommend having the options associated with the 'canvas size' feature.

Customer service is the best available

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, the experience with Visme is not bad, but it is not pleasant either. If you have patience and do not need urgent things, then this is your tool.

What I like most about Visme is the ability to put together presentations easily. It also has the benefit that multiple collaborators can edit at the same time. Another point in its favor is the ease of receiving support in case of possible problems.

What I like least about visme is how slow it works, even if I use a laptop with an i7, 32 RAM and a graphics card it still works slow, its performance is very bad. Another negative point of Visme is the management of uploaded files, for example, if you want to download multiple PDF presentations you cannot, you have to download them 1 at a time. Also, if you want to clean your image file, you will have to be very patient, in our workspace we have more than 10 gigabytes of images loaded, and if you want to clean up old files, you will have to be very patient, as I mentioned before , the charging performance is very bad.

Great product for research dissemination

Great Promise, Disappointing Execution: Buyer Beware

The lack of functionality, the unsatisfactory support, and the strict enforcement of a no-refund policy left a sour taste in my mouth. I urge potential buyers to approach with caution, as the system's capabilities may not live up to the enticing promises made by Visme's marketing materials.

I recently had the opportunity to try out Visme, a software that promised to simplify my marketing efforts with its turnkey approach and compelling features in the Pro package. Initially, I was enticed by the great marketing and the impressive array of tools, such as the 'Brand Kit,' video and GIF creation, and a wide selection of templates for infographics, brochures, presentations, and more.The software did an excellent job of showcasing branded templates being effortlessly created, and the variety of templates available seemed endless. This gave me high hopes for the Pro package, as it appeared to be well worth the investment.

my enthusiasm quickly turned into great disappointment after I purchased the non-refundable Pro package. To my surprise, it was essentially identical to the free version, with the all-important 'Brand Kit' section non-functional. Despite being advertised as a feature of the Pro package, it simply did not work as expected.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to the support team. Their initial suggestion was to log out, clear my cache, and try using multiple browsers, including Chrome. Oddly enough, Chrome was already my preferred browser, so this advice seemed redundant.When the issue persisted, I informed support that the branded templates were not being generated, even though they had already been created during the conversion to the Pro account. Their response was unexpected: I was informed that the templates could only be generated by running an automatic branding tool based on a website URL. We followed this process, but Visme only correctly identified our logo while getting the brand colors and fonts completely wrong. Despite this incorrect information, the branded templates still failed to populate.Frustratingly, after spending two hours troubleshooting in Visme, it became apparent that the Pro account, for which we had prepaid for a year, simply did not work. Upon requesting a refund, we were met with a disappointing response: there were no refunds, regardless of the software's functionality or lack thereof.

Great Tool for Quick and Enticing Creations!

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been very satisfied with Visme. There are some tools that my team hasn't even explored, and we are excited to try! It is an easy tool to learn that sometimes throws your curveballs when there are glitches, but overall, it has been well-worth the purchase!

My team and I have been using Visme to make content for our company's intranet. The graphic and photo library has been super helpful to use, as well as the editing tools. It is much easier to resize images than how we used to edit photos in photoshop, and the animations that come with some of the graphics make out content more dynamic. It is powerful tool that is fairly easy to use! I was initially the only person using Visme, but once I showed my team its capabilities, everyone wanted a subscription.

There are glitches that happen when using the product sometimes. Ex: cutting and pasting with sometimes double paste what you want as well as the previous text you had pasted. And sometimes when you are working, the site can crash, and you have to refresh the page. These are inconveniences that do not prohibit work but can being aggravating at times.

It take a little time for me to learn all the features of this program but since then I'm very satisfied.
I can complete several tasks with very big success.

Powerful comprehensive design and communication tool

I really like their templates which are accompanied by well written how to articles explaining the use case for a template. I like that the tool can be used for many different use cases like presentation, sales, social media, learning, courses, etc. I like that the company is constantly innovating and adding new feature like AI integration.

The only thing I don't like that not enough people are familar with the tool and it is challenging to get new people to want to use it. I think Visme could improve their video library like other competitors as things move more toward video.

Nothing Comes Close to Visme!

They offer so many excellent templates for ANY kind of marketing and presentation. I'm astounded every time they come out with more offerings - they truly are making a difference in this game.

In the beginning, the support was a bit slow, probably due to the time-difference. But, once we connected and talked through the issues I was having, my projects have become a breeze.

製品を使ってみた感想： I signed up for a one-year subscription. I used Visme for about a month and then decided I liked other platforms better. After a year, I got a notice that they had renewed my annual subscription. I responded and said I hadn't used the service in many months. I wanted to delete my account and asked to have my $297 refunded. They said that at the time I subscribed, I clicked a box agreeing to the terms and conditions, which included the automatic renewal. While I'm sure that's true, I forgot that I had done that a year earlier. Even though I don't use their service, they still want my money and won't provide a refund.

Great for Visual Data and Infographics

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, Visme was our best option to customize how we wanted our data graphics to look. Just using the image from Google Sheets was too small and you could only use the colors Google allowed. In Visme we were able to customize our color schemes and other options so that our graphics were more appealing and usable in our yearbook. The infographic templates were great as well. My students easily input the information to get a stunning graphic for the yearbook.
