良いポイント:

SAP S/4HANA offers immediate visibility into inventory, demand, and supplier performance, optimizing inventory management and reducing stockouts, while seamlessly integrating procurement, production, warehousing, and distributions, fostering, collaboration, and streamlining.

改善してほしい点:

Complex implementation is one of the major cons, it demands careful planning, skilled personnel, and substantial training investment. There are more challenges while comes to customizing SAP S/4 HANA compared to SAP MM .

SAP ByD Struggles

製品を使ってみた感想： SAP overall is very disorganized. I do not recommend purchasing any of their software because they promise you the world and don't deliver. Look at SAP Anywhere and S4, both have been flops up to this point.

It is great for SCM but that's about the only thing.

改善してほしい点:

You have to click 10x before getting to the screen you need. It doesn't properly record revenue and doesn't offer a VSOE606 option for revenue recognition. If you're looking for an ERP you're better off using Netsuite.

S/4HANA helped massively boost our manufacturing processes

製品を使ってみた感想： Our operations have been boosted massively by S/4HANA. With it, we've not only saved time and reduce human error by automating a lot of our repetitive operations, but we've also set up a system where data from all kinds of different areas flow down, get consolidated, and then charted to boost our data-driven decision making. It's pretty costly an difficult to set up, but once you have it up and running, it'll really boost your operations.

The best thing about it is just how integrated it is. We really needed a system where we didn't have to sync a dozen different tools together to run our operations, and S/4HANA has been a lifesaver in that regard. All the modules are linked together so you don't have to worry about integration health and all the data gets synced straight away

改善してほしい点:

The pricing is a big disadvantage. It could be an issue for companies looking to use SAP to support their expansion.

Cost saver and Flexible

製品を使ってみた感想： Did lots of data migration and haven't seen anything that goes wrong. I can easily trust my data kept safe there. Also used graph data processing feature time to time and predictive analytics feature, can easily recommend as works great.

Fastest SAP product ever as it operated and built for cloud, never had a connection issue. Simplifies processes and can improve user experience.

First time users need serious training and the product could be expensive for small or medium businesses, so should be considered for large companies.

S/4 HANA Cloud brings a refreshing upgrade experience, which has always been a pain in every organization I have worked with. It also you forces you to re-focus your business processes, as the upgrade responsibility now occurs when dictated by SAP. Something great about having the most up to date system is S/4 is very focused on enabling APIs to interact with your ERP. Since you are constantly updating, you have available the latest APIs.

Its main strength is also its weakness. Your business users have to be very focused on validating the base functionality after an upgrade. It can be time consuming at times, but is essential to ensure business continuity.

Great ERP system with in house analytics system

I really like the Analytics module and amazing visuals it provides. The overall ERP system is really great too.

The initial on boarding for non technical people could be a little tricky.

製品を使ってみた感想： My experience is good. Updates are still rolling out as different uses are implemented. It continues being a learning experience. I'm excited for my organization to maximizes SAPs uses going forward.

Materials have to be setup in the system which can be tedious.

the structural design of this software and its advanced features. its very helpful in analysis with real time data. it has a basic rules that make an disordered company structural.

As everyone know that cost of the software is not affordable by small enterprises. Also its authorization procedures are complicated and will not support in urgent situations.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, I am satisfied with the product. We implemented this for a new line of business where the transactions are not very heavy at the moment.

If you are looking for an ERP product from SAP, and not willing to go with the traditional way, then look no further. This provides a quick solution for your ERP requirements.

Since your DB is on the cloud, I personally feel that the response time isn't always that great that you generally sought in real world when doing business. Further, a bit pricey when your requirements are not that heavy.

You'll save so much time!

This program handles all the things that I used to have to keep track of by writing everything and keeping it filed in filing cabinets. This way is SO much faster, and I can get done in one day the same amount that by hand would've taken me like 3 weeks.

製品を使ってみた感想： Wonderful experience. SAP S/4 HANA offers 360 degrees visibility into logistics management.

良いポイント:

Order fulfilment module (HF Delivery Note and Order fulfilment) enables real time tracking of all orders that have been issued and their respective dates of delivery. The feature of the relationship map is also incredible while doing stock reconciliation.

改善してほしい点:

Overall its my preferred/ best choice of ERP system however at times the system takes long to start while loading add-ons. I guess this shouldn't be a big issue depending on what add-ons have been chosen by the end user.

製品を使ってみた感想： SAP ERP is one of the best standard tools used by maximum larger organizations of the world. The integration between the modules and sub-processes is extremely reliable. Having the 24/7 access to the support service of the vendor makes it more promising. I have been using this ERP for more than 2 years and successfully managing the supply chain related transactions without any error.

I like that SAP By Design made it possible to go from a low auditable system to a highly auditable system very quickly. There is a confidence level in SAP that is appealing to partners and customers.

Because it is web based, customization options are limited. With that said, I've learned that is is preferable to conform to the kind of best practices inherent within BYD than it is to keep making things up as one goes along.

I use everyday SAP in my work. We run a lots process there. Is a powerfull software and you can adapatable it to your company needs, to make invoices, to run revenue process, to keep balances tracking

Sometimes when a lot process are running at the same time, the app just turn to slow. But I think is because our PCs are quite old.
