The only issue I've experienced with Mytime has been when the system has gone down. When its been booted back up there's been errors to the book that weren't there before.

While the user interface may be efficient, it does not have much style or color. There could be more customization and stylistic design.

One of the best time management applications out there

I've been using My Time for as long as I can remember to manage everything from work to personal life. Its very easy to use, both as a newbie and an experienced user. Brilliant price point, compared to other applications that offer similar features this is a steal! My Time also integrates very well with other applications, such as Google and Facebook, allowing me to sync contacts across services. Both the desktop and mobile applications work very well, offering basically the same user-experience across various devices.

改善してほしい点:

Over time some of the free features of My Time have been moved to only be available to premium users. The frequency in which they release bug fixes is pretty terrible, there are some bugs that were reported some time ago that still haven't been fixed!

Disappointing product, unprofessional team, borderline scam

It is a POS system, that we were required by our franchisor to use.

Team is completely unprofessional. The onboarding "specialist" was incompetent, and had difficulty scheduling our first meeting properly. Functionality is so limited. The system would have many errors and was extremely glitchy. Customer service is awful. When trying to troubleshoot, they would book "fake" appointments in the live system, which blocked off my stylists' availability and cost them customers. They continued to charge me, even after I cancelled service. Leadership does not seem to care to improve service. Seems like a borderline scam. I would have switched from them, except the franchisor required us to use them.

More Business Because of This Software

I love software because my clients love it. It makes it so much easier for them to book appointments online, at their convenience. This leads to more sales.

There are occasional glitches, but they seem to be quickly remedied.

Being able to do scheduling and marketing including payment for service all in one place has been absolutely great!! I recommend this for new and well established businesses !!

良いポイント:

Scheduling is easy along with client communication options! Setting it all up is pretty easy also very user friendly! Well priced for all you get!! They are Always looking for feedback so they can better your experience!! Everything is at your fingertips! The Marketing platform is beyond helpful! Well rounded 5 star service!

改善してほしい点:

None really just hoping they come up with a way to import contact from my phone to the MyTime client database with just a few clicks!! No other Cons!

Helps Clients Schedule Appointments

製品を使ってみた感想: MyTime is a way for my clients to schedule an appointment online. My clients find it very easy to use. My Google Calendar is linked with MyTime and my business is promoted by MyTime as well.

The customer service is great. You get to speak with a real person who is concerned about your needs and takes care of any issues you have.

TELEPHONE DATA MERGES WITH CONTACTS IN PHONE DATABASE. HENCE, YOU CAN MAKE A CALL IN THE APPLICATION. ALSO, I LIKE THE STATISTICS FEATURE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

改善してほしい点:

THE NAME SORT FEATURE OF THIS SOFTWARE CANNOT MERGE WITH YOUR CONTACT LIST ON THE PHONE. IN SETTING UP A CONTACT, YOU HAVE TYPE DATA ALL OVER AGAIN.

Switching my 25-year nutrition/acupucnture/herbal practice to MyTime!

Very impressed with this suite of practice tools - online appointments and payments, full POS with direct deposit, keeps your practice profile updated on 150 websites (yelp, google, facebook, etc), email and text message reminders, practice marketing, inventory management, online reputation manager, lots more.

良いポイント:

Easily the most powerful, advanced and comprehensive practice management and scheduling service I have seen. Not yet three years out and winning many awards. Great user interface and mobile apps. Quite easy for the practitioner and client to use!

None! They really thought things through quite well.

製品を使ってみた感想: I will to add to this later! MyTime keeps us so busy between connecting with our current clients and marketing to our new local customers, im too busy shopping for my seccond location opening in next year!

Always available for genuine help.

改善してほしい点:

because of the new technology they are marketing for the US, there has been a few changes in they processing that make it a bit more time consuming to track some things, but again, every time i need help, i just give them a call.

製品を使ってみた感想: Mytime offers a really great on the go app that allows me to manage my clients from anywhere. They have very involved costumer service that listen and that are constantly looking for ways to improve their product.

良いポイント:

Great on the go client confirmations and management. I can just do about anything from my cell phone. All in all a great and convenient business management tool.

改善してほしい点:

There can be minor glitches at times, however when I send in feedback about them they are fixed quickly and I get a follow up call about what they are doing to ensure the fix.

製品を使ってみた感想: This app has made scheduling and client management so much easier as a new small business owner who is everything; CEO, CFO, CMO, and Admin, HR, Payroll, Customer Service, and Public Relations. With the app I am able to create client profiles at the same time as their appointment, provide a quote on services so there are no surprises, receive payment, appointment creation and reminders to reduce no shows and unfilled bookings, create recurring appointments for repeat business, provide a thorough menu, set up marketing and promotions a year out, setup feedback/review opportunity for the client, product codes and discounts, and reminders for recurring treatments.

What I like most is the scheduling calendar and my personal calendar are synchronized to reduce conflicts between my personal and business schedule and I can adjust pricing for sm

I can't think of anything I don't like.

製品を使ってみた感想: Customer support is really the only pause here...it used to be above expectations and now follow up is needed for recognition of issues and multiple calls or emails to find solutions.

My Time adds hours to my day.

製品を使ってみた感想: Easy to use. A few clients have managed to make mistakes in scheduling but it is rare. This app has been a huge help to me.

良いポイント:

s a massage therapist I can't answer the phone when I am working. My Time lets my clients schedule quickly without phone tag.

改善してほしい点:

The software is great. My only critical remark is they don't email statements to me when they take payment from me. And their website could be more user friendly- such as an easier to find log-in button on the front page.

No more missed appointments!!!!

製品を使ってみた感想: Eversince using MytIme the percentage of no shows have gone down close to 0%. I love the feature that reminds patients that it's time for their maintainance appointment. A great passive tool !!!!

I can't put time aside for other things than blocked and appointments. Sometimes I would like to for example, to write down that I'm at a meeting

Big fan of MyTime

良いポイント:

My shop started using MyTime a few months ago and it's good. We didn't take appointments before. People would drive up, wait in line. Customers like calling ahead and a lot of them just go to the website now. It's been great to track customers history and cut down on slow times. Best thing is that we can be dirty doing an oil change or whatever, and we barely have to touch the computer to see the schedule. or techs will check their phones. Pretty cool! Price is great and it's been great for business. Happy with MyTime!

改善してほしい点:

mmm I can't think of any complaints. Maybe it would be nice to be able to order parts through it too so maybe someday!

製品を使ってみた感想: It took a little longer than expected to bring across all of my contacts from Fullslate, but the customer service department kept me informed on the time line and reasons for the delay. By the way, it was an issue on Fullslates side.

It is easy for my clients to chose a practitioner and location. other products were not as easy.

Some of my clients don't care for having to make an account to schedule an appointment.

Best point right away is the way you can schedule appointments online. That combined with their emails and text for getting more reviews as reminders to customers.. this software is a winner in all areas

It is hard sometimes to find something wrong with a software.. This is going to be one of those time.. I love this program.
