Easy to use time tracking and billing

製品を使ってみた感想： Incredibly easy to use system that makes it simple to track your time, expenditure and billing online or in the app.

良いポイント:

Very easy to use, and the export features make it really easy to sort out invoicing/billing at the end of the month. I like the way you can set up different costs for different clients, and the easy way to enter and update line items in the timesheet.

改善してほしい点:

The only thing I would like to be able to do directly from the timesheet is assign a new Client/Project to a client without having to go in and edit that new item in the item's setting.

Simplest and most user friendly time tracker out there

I like how easy this tool is to use. I tried may other tools, but this one was the one. The whole structure and layout of tool is super intuitive, no unnecessary features are there. I think this is a hidden gem.

I can't really think about any weak parts of this tool. Free version is everything I need.

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been using similar apps for over 6 years and in the last 3 years I am using only MyHours app - it is the best from my point of view. It has a really simple format allowing it to be quickly understood by new users and it responds to most of my requirements.MyHours is available in web and app mode and allowing to be used anywhere and at any time which can really help if you have a lot of small customers. You always can add, edit and check notes regarding your job tasks, time tracking, create any notes, and even add some images for recording. Reports from MyHours help me to create invoices, and avoid any situation when I can forget something.I have to add, It is reliable - I didn't find any losses in my records and didn't meet any interruption in access to my data over all time. As I am using it just for my individual small businesses, I can truly confirm - It's a nice solution for that.

It has some strange bug when convering hours into cash at billing. Always made some errors and I didn't understand why, talked with the support about it. Not sure if it's fixed now.

Perfect for Virtual Time Tracking

製品を使ってみた感想： I really enjoy using this product. One of my clients just started using another app for their contract employees, which is very similar to My Hours, but I have no intention of changing. My Hours is the perfect app for my needs.

I have not found anything that I do not like, however, I am the only one using it. I do not have a team that I need to manage.

I love how easy it is to track time on My Hours and how I can keep my projects and tasks organized. The reports help me have an overall idea of each month's work, time (billable and non-billable), tasks, and projects. The dashboard filters and bulk editing are great tools.

Userfriendly, keeps users arranged according to the kinds of tasks carried out and finished. Generating reports is simple. I've been able to maintain consistency in my customer billing because of the software's ease of use and dependability.

It is so easy to track exactly how much time I spend not only per client but also per project for that client. Even with no tech experience, it was easy to figure out how to set it up and use it. I love that I can customize reports to fit my exact needs.

製品を使ってみた感想： It's been great. I have been very happy since purchasing this product and the amount I've saved in ensuring proper billing has more than covered the cost of purchasing My Hours.

Tracking time is an ongoing struggle for our company as we do billable hours and need to track everything, down to the minute. My Hours allows us to quickly and easily enter our projects and tasks on the go, save our all worked hours, set if it's billable, and report on all tasks on a daily, monthly, and weekly basis. Having the ability to track by the minute has ensured that we do not lose out on any possible billings.

The only feature I wish it had was that we could track multiple tasks at a time per user. We often run an update for a client that runs in the background as we work on other tasks. Having this feature would save us time in having to duplicate our own tracking.

The function I use the most is to create tasks to find out how many hours are spent on each one. Thanks to My Ours, this job is done quickly and with just a few clicks.

My trusted partner for years

製品を使ってみた感想： I am a happy user of myhours for years since 2016 (come to think about it!). Sometimes I tried to look sideways over this time, but myhours was always the best.

Extremely quick to document ongoing work and, most importantly, continue previous tasks.

Features available in the free plan changed over time, limiting the options. But not critically.

製品を使ってみた感想： I tried a number of time tracking tools before My Hours. I kept moving because they were harder to use than my original spreadsheet. The simplicity and ease to enter time into My Hours is what has kept me using it. Just the right number of features!

An essential tool for time tracking

製品を使ってみた感想： My Hours is a lifesaver. I was using a different online tool previously and it was always losing my time worked. This has never happened with this amazing tool.

A simple way to keep track of time worked. I'm an independent contractor, and I work for a company who expects us to keep track of our hours. My Hours makes it easy for me to keep up with my time worked, and also be able to look back on my history of time worked.

良いポイント:

As a freelance editor, I use My Hours daily to track my hours across multiple projects. Some of my projects need only an hour or 2 each day- this tool is so helpful regarding invoicing at the end of the month.

In Task Mode- i wish you could see the hours for each task in that mode.
