Microsoft365を使っていないのであればBoxがベスト

製品を使ってみた感想： クラウドストレージ単体の機能のサービスとしては非常に優れている。Microsoft365を使っていなければメインのクラウドストレージとして使っていたと思います。

良いポイント:

企業向けのクラウドストレージとしての実績が豊富でActiveDirectoryとの連携もできるなど、企業での使用は非常に適しています

改善してほしい点:

クラウドストレージのみの単一機能な点。Microsoft365を使っていればOneDriveが使えるので、利用するインセンティブが下がる。

dropboxと併用して活用

製品を使ってみた感想： 社内でのクラウドサービスを検討した際に、一番に導入しました。コストパフォーマンスも良く、活用しやすいです。

良いポイント:

Microsoft Teamsの中にインストールして使用していますが、ほかの共有ソフトやクラウドサービスと比較すると毎日コンスタントに使用でき、安定している点が安心できます。

改善してほしい点:

すんなり導入できましたし、使い勝手が不便ということは全くありませんでした。引き続き使用したいと考えています。

クラウド・ドライブでは試してみたいサービス

製品を使ってみた感想： 主にDropBoxとの比較ですが、ほとんど同じと思います。使い勝手やスピードなども良くファイル共有だけ、特にチームとの共有であれば、価格の面からもとても良いと思いました。

良いポイント:

日本ではGoogleDriveやDropBoxがよく使われていると思いますが、よりDropBoxに近い製品だと思います。ファイル共有だけが必要ならば、このサービスはとても良いと思います。

改善してほしい点:

ほかのサービスの場合、メールやカレンダーなど様々なサービスが一緒に付いてきます。GoogleDriveであれば、オフィス系のオンライン作業も出来ますし、Microsoftも同様です。それが必要ないのでしたら、問題ないと思います。

データ共有が簡単

良いポイント:

データ容量も豊富にあるのでデータ整理の必要が少ない。同じファイル名のデータは上書きされるが世代データが残るので消えることが無い。デスクトップアプリやブラウザで編集できるようにする機能など豊富に機能があり効率的にデータ操作が可能なところがとても使いやすい。

改善してほしい点:

コラボレーションの設定や共有権限の設定などが直感的では少し使いにくい。マニュアルなどがもっと整備されて欲しいと感じます。

セキュアなデータ共有システム

良いポイント:

普段は社内ではＧｏｏｇｌｅＤｒｉｖｅを、本製品はクライアントとのデータシェアリングに使用しているが、ＧｏｏｇｌｅＤｒｉｖｅと比較して、セキュリティがしっかりしている。ビジネスプランで言えば、他サービスではストレージの上限が決まっているが、本サービスは無制限のストレージを利用できるのが嬉しい。

改善してほしい点:

ＧｏｏｇｌｅＤｒｉｖｅと比較して言えば、運用コストが高い。

運用管理者の資質を試すクラウドストレージ

製品を使ってみた感想： エンドユーザ側からみると「誤削除に強いクラウド」程度だが、企業などで導入しようとした場合は、アクセス管理など運用をきっちり作り上げてから導入する必要があると思われる。

良いポイント:

管理者が細かな設定を行えること。設定次第では最強のクラウドストレージとなり得る

改善してほしい点:

ファイルの登録・更新に時間がかかる。（回線の問題ではないらしい）

不安定かつ遅い

良いポイント:

同じ料金プランの場合、他社に比べたら容量が多い。大量なファイルをバックアップできる。

改善してほしい点:

とにかく転送速度が遅い。アップロード、ダウンロードは他社より遅いイメージ。また大きいファイルをバックアップする際、途中で失敗する場合が多い。

データの保存に関しては最強

良いポイント:

大容量のデータを保存できること。メリットはこれにつきます！

改善してほしい点:

データ更新にタイムラグが生じて、チームで共有データを扱っているので、少し困る。

使用者からの目線

良いポイント:

ほとんど容量を気にせずアップロードできる。

改善してほしい点:

長期間アクセスしていなかったファイルの表示が遅い（エクスプローラで見ると最初表示されないが、1分程度待つと表示される）。

ストレージ無限

良いポイント:

Boxを使用することによって、ファイルサーバと違い容量無制限で利用が可能

改善してほしい点:

権限設定や把握をするためには、事前にきちんとルール化しておかないと、組織変更時に苦労する

とても使いやすい

良いポイント:

共同編集ができる点が非常に使いやすく、セキュリティも良いと思う

改善してほしい点:

共同編集したときに使い方を知らない人が使うと前に戻る

外部とのファイル共有に最適です

良いポイント:

外部とのファイル共有に最適です。映像コンテンツなど大きいファイルについても共有可能ですし、ＢＯＸアカウントを持っていなくても、アップロードできるのが良いです。

改善してほしい点:

画面のレスポンスがよくないと思います。フォルダを開いたりする際に、ワンテンポ時間がかかります。

直感的に使いやすい

良いポイント:

ファイルのアップロードダウンロードがブラウザよりできるので操作しやすい。

改善してほしい点:

Windowsのアプリケーションがもう少しＵＩに長けていると尚よい

即時性の高いストレージサービス

良いポイント:

ストレージサービスとして簡単に素早く自動で共有してもらえる

改善してほしい点:

サポートがよくわからなく、最初に導入する際に少し不便だった

社外のやり取りに重宝

良いポイント:

社外のやり取りにおいてメールでのファイル送付をしていたが編集が一方通行であった。これを導入することにより双方向から編集可能となるところが1番便利。

改善してほしい点:

仕方がないことだが客先のポリシーにおいて使えない場合がある。

大学のシステムで使用

良いポイント:

大学のシステムがこちらを使っていたので半分強制的に使用することとなったが、機能は十分であり、特にコラボレーションではとても役に立った。

改善してほしい点:

特にないが、容量や価格は若干見劣りするかもしれない。ただ、機能は良いのでユーザーとして不満はない。

H&S Review of Box

良いポイント:

Box makes it easy to access on both a Mac and PC. The user interface is nice and I probably use the Box Drive on my desktop more often than the web version, which has so many features.

改善してほしい点:

I would love to see faster syncing between Mac and PC. I use Box drive on my Mac and when I go to the PC to see the file, it takes forever and sometimes I have to logout of Box to see the file appear.

Data Room dependent on Box

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, myself and our team is satisfied with Box. It's easy to use, incredibly convenient, fairly priced, and reliable. We've never once had a moment of not being able to access what we needed and it always "just works" which is really all you want & need for file management software.

What we like most about Box here is how easy it is to use and manage. Any of the relevant stakeholders from our team can quickly jump in, find what they're looking for, and then easily share out a document. They also make it incredibly easy to make quick changes to documents right inside of Box, without having to download a document, edit it, then re-upload it. The speed and ease of use keep us running smooth when it comes to storing agreements, fundraising documents, or anything else in between.

改善してほしい点:

We've had a few moments where customer service could've been a bit better / faster. As it relates to our Box account, we are dealing with important documents so we want to make sure every time we need support we get quick and helpful answers.

We had requested flexibility on our licenses since our staff increases and reduces between 90-100 people. Our admin accidentally added licenses before removing some leavers resulting in an accidental increase in the licenses. Box would not reduce the number by 3 licenses even though this was a clear mistake. They tried to make us pay for the remaining period of our 3 year contract. This resulted in a waste of several thousand dollars when we were in cost reduction mode. Canceling. There are many equivalent services with better customer support and lower pricing.

製品を使ってみた感想： Box has helped us work together effectively, and our productivity has significantly improved. We can also save and share files quickly and easily, a huge time-saver. Among businesses, its standing is unparalleled. This software is well-known worldwide; it has a sizable user base and can fulfil all of the needs of its intended purpose.

良いポイント:

Box is beneficial for managing all of my files; with the correct settings, I can safely share and archive my files with anybody, anywhere. It has a positive effect on all of the salvaged projects. The UI is straightforward to grasp. The ability to form an instantaneous collaborative framework is, without question, tremendously remarkable. The only real problem is the customer service, which needs to be improved in the future. Finding a piece of helpful software is rewarding.

改善してほしい点:

The program's only real drawback is its unresponsive support; in my experience, getting a proper response takes three to four days.

良いポイント:

Firstly, this is Box.com cloud storage and sync, you can tell by the logo. One or two of the other reviews appear to be for a totally different company.I have the Free version of Box installed on my laptop plus the Android app, 10 GB and as soon as I added the phone app they gave me another 5 GB.I use them for transferring files between the two. No more messing about connecting them with a cable. Sync is fast and flawless.On pc it opens in Windows Explorer where I can happily create folders, copy and paste files, move or delete items, and so on. I think it is superior to Drive, with the bonus that it's not Google!

改善してほしい点:

Deceptive Sales Practices, but i really to try just keep doing with more option in this case.

File sharing

製品を使ってみた感想： really easy to use and allows a secure was to share files. especially like the simplistic way that it allows the sharing to be set up. Also no confusing `click this` `move that` to share files

Fairly straight forward when it comes to sharing files internationally as well as locally, you can send the link or directly link the file in an email

改善してほしい点:

its a very simple but bland layout but does mirror some other apps that most people are familiar with.
