You can only have one "Event Type" at a time on the free version, and last minute scheduling can be a little clunky. However, the paid options are affordable.

It's an easy and intuitive way for clients to schedule meetings. It's connectivity with my calendar and Zoom are invaluable. It will automatically give available according to my calendar, and will automatically create Zoom links for the meetings.

The initial setup with Calendly was a bit rough. Thankfully, I had a team member that walked us through setting up the ideal settings, but I'm not sure if I could've done the same myself in a short amount of time. The integration with my calender and Zoom are great, but the setup and initial connection were quite finicky and took many attempts to get it done successfully.

First, where has this been all my working life!? Gone are the days of the back and forth communication, the scheduling conflicts, and the missed opportunities from not being able to coordinate together. This has taken scheduling to a new level! Not only is it simplifying the process but adding a level of professionalism to it which is rare. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. And let's not forgot the ability to integrate with all the major communication/calendar software! No more losing track of meetings!

Only drawback (and it is more of a personal reference) is I wish it had a recurring meeting option.

It has helped me to schedule based on my availability making it possible to avoid cases of having double schedules at the same time. I also like the automatic reminders it sends me , minutes before my appointments, ensuring that I don't forget I have an appointment booked. Most importantly to me, I like that anyone can cancel or reschedule scheduled appointments with me on Calendly and state the reason why they are cancelling or rescheduling the appointment, without even needing to reach out to me first. Basically for me, Calendly allows me manage my professional appointments with as little human contact as possible .

製品を使ってみた感想： I really enjoy using it because I work with a lot of different networks and sometimes just finding time for us to collaborate can be a challenge. Calendly allows us to see each other's availability in real time, schedule accordingly and keeps projects moving. It syncs with your Outlook work accounts, so you can even schedule a meeting with multiple people (i.e. my manager and I with a vendor) and it will review the availability for both of our calendars at once and only offer times we are both free. This has been a game changer.
