They were among the first platforms in the space and over the years, they've grown and added functionality based on user feedback. For example, you can get heatmaps on each variation in your test and VWO integrates with a ton of important platforms, such as call tracking, CMS, etc. And their customer service has remained very responsive. If you're a developer, you can build complex experiments with javascript. But if you're not technical, you can run simple (yet impactful) experiments using the WYSIWYG editor. > > **改善点**: I honestly don't have anything that I don't like about it. It's more user friendly and affordable than Adobe and Optimizely. But it's just as powerful. They also know their place in the market and are priced accordingly.
