良いポイント:

As a product manager I found myself often times just just needing to throw together a simple wireframe/mockup and it's harder than you think to just find something simple and straight forward to get that done. Cacoo allowed me to use the full product (with a couple of exceptions) right away and then naturally it's what I thought about the next time I needed to do something similar. Eventually I got to the end of my free pages and the cost made it possible to easily upgrade.

改善してほしい点:

- Grouping images. There is no straight forward or easy way to group images and assets unless I am totally missing something. - Keep adding shapes- I think there is a really good start in shapes but you should keep adding shapes and working on the filtering system to get to those shapes.

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, even though (for me) the software is expensive, I need this program to succeed and it makes things a lot easier for me when I am creating diagrams. The colors and texts are great, and it is easy to organize.

I like the arrows for the diagrams! They make it really easy to visualize processes and understand how topics are related.

改善してほしい点:

I think that there could be more templates. There can be more options. I also think there can be an easier way to customize templates as well.

Best software to manage a company's inflows and outflows

Cacoo is one of the easiest software I can recommend companies to use to manage their businesses in terms of finances. Cacoo is very affordable as to the good services it offers.

製品を使ってみた感想： Well when I do process mapping or flowcharting to any systems, sub-systems, or components, Cacoo's toolbelt and customization options were flawless. The only problem is the Interaction Design when I do wireframing. But I know Cacoo is not really built for ID, so its all good.

Default templates are useful and very easy to modify depending on your needs. Drag and Drop editor is crazy easy.

Interaction Design in wireframing. Allowing to transition within 1 page (not sheets).

A simple to use and powerful tool

製品を使ってみた感想： Cacoo provides a clear and easy way to produce diagrams describing complex technical solutions which are then understandable to less technical stake holders

Cacoo provides an incredibly easy to use platform for creating in depth analysis and design diagrams. The interface is intuitive mean no real requirement to train users to access features and be able to quickly produce business ready design artefacts.

改善してほしい点:

Until Cacoo rolled out google SSO, logging into the product was tesious as it would bounce you from NuLab to Cacoo credentials. However now that is resolved I have little to complain about.

A great tool for collaborative modeling

製品を使ってみた感想： In my opinion is the best tool for modeling. the collaboration mode is just great. In my experience is the best experience for teaching. In general, it is a great tool, very intuitive but I unfornately did not have resources to give access to my students. So, I ended to not use after all.

Collaborative mode, it has all UML diagramsthat I need. I can do all type of diagrams that I need for teaching

改善してほしい点:

No educational plan available. I am teacher of low budget school and my students did not have to chance to use as I do.

Cacoo is really easy to use and allow me to work diagrams along the day, without worrying about saving or forget to commit any change in an open tab. Everything is always saved automatically and perfectly, without any data loss. Also, it provides a lot of pre-defined icons that help to create better diagrams, and don't have any restriction of importing external graphics from the Clipboard.

改善してほしい点:

The mind-map template do not move adjusts its nodes dynamically, so its behaves like a normal chart in the mind-map style. It would be nice to have something similar to mindmeister that snaps and arranges the boxes more easily.

Cacoo is convenient and easy to use, with great value for money!

What make me like Cacoo is that it is so easy to use. Most of our employees are gen X, most are not that tech savvy, but they manage to use it so easily.

Cacoo needs to create more options on how to make the end projects aesthetic. Give more options for collaborative designs. But more or less, the important part is that it is very easy to use.

良いポイント:

We are an agency and I like that I can set up client projects into folders and EVERYONE on our team has access to project flows, site maps, and wireframes whenever and where ever they are.

改善してほしい点:

The back and forth of going between NuLabs and Cacoo when I have to add another human to the account and or administer the account. Used to now, but it is confusing for anyone coming in new.

Easy to use for simple diagrams

The ease of use. It is simple and might not include all the fancy features of desktop apps like Visio and Omnigraffle but the fact that it is online and collaborative makes it perfect for sharing and collaborating across global teams.

Nothing specific comes to mind. More features are always nice but nothing specific I am missing.

I wish the icons like the AWS icons displayed the name of the icon. I think it is a waste of time to have to enter AWS Cognito. Need way better mobile wireframe icons. You need to group your icons based on devices, frameworks, or operating systems.

製品を使ってみた感想： We've been using Cacoo for years. It is a great piece of cloud-based software. I'm looking forward to using the tool with the new interface.

I use Cacoo to create highly accurate line art for websites, brochures and other collateral to share with clients prior to development. It has been an indispensable tool for communicating visually. I also like the link sharing function, which makes it easy to share drawings.

改善してほしい点:

There should be a link share to view and a link share right into the edit mode. When I do share links, often my customers are confused on how to get from the front end of the Cacoo site into the edit mode to actually participate in the editing of the document. Also, sometimes when you zoom out, the fonts don't seem to render correctly.

Cacoo allows me to organize my ideas in an easy way. It is very user friendly. The features that I like the most are the templates and the diversity of icons that I can insert in my mind-map.

Unfortunately you have to pay to print your mind map or to save it to a PDF file.

Ease of use. Rich feature set. Great collaboration tool with simultaneous editing. Centralizing and saving all our whiteboard sessions is a huge value to our team.

Live support via chatbot can be a bit unresponsive. Minor problems with adding users.

Liked the colored boxes. Very ease to use and the way of alignment is just great. Quick and nice solution for making any type of complicated flow diagrams.

It has a lot of nice templates (especially for the diagrams). Mockups look clean and I have a lot of features and flexibility for using the elements and composing mockups.

改善してほしい点:

Sometimes it is hard to find elements you need to use. Some of the elements for the diagrams are missing (especially when it comes to BPMN 2.0)
