良いポイント:

セキュリティがしっかりしているオンラインストレージサービス。権限の詳細設定ができ、社内のみならず社外とのやり取りでも安全に使える。

改善してほしい点:

できることに対して利用料金がちょっと高めに設定されている。

利用価値ビジネスレベル

良いポイント:

クラウドとしてもファイルフォルダーが沢山作れて管理しやすい。データも様々なファイルを管理・共有が出来るから相手先にメールで共有する事も可能で、メールデータ量を気にしないで簡単にクラウドで共有することが安易に出来る。

改善してほしい点:

ファイルが多岐にわたって増やせるので、管理をしっかりしないとデータファイルが迷子になりやすい！？

クラウドサービスなので

良いポイント:

以前は社内にサーバーを立てて、VPNを接続しサーバーにログインしていました。それに伴いいろんなアプリケーションを閉じることになっていたので、ファイル１つ探すのにも時間をものすごく要しておりました。やはり、Dropboxに切り替えて、クラウドサービスなので、接続も早いですし、他のユーザーにリンク先を共有できるのでとても楽です。

改善してほしい点:

逆にクラウドサービスだからこそですが、大企業のセキュリティを気にしてる企業様には向いてないかもしれません。セキュリティ保護の観点で、インフラを強化するのは各々の社内の人間の役目になります。そこが懸念かな。

バックアップに関する必要な機能を揃っている

良いポイント:

勝手にバックアップしてくれるため、保管し忘れることがない。またいろんなアプリに対応しているため、アプリのデータバックアップにも役に立つ。

改善してほしい点:

ダウンロード、アップロード速度はOneDriveやGoogle Driveに劣っている。また大きいファイルをバックアップする際の安定性も前述他社製品より悪い。

良いポイント:

社内共有として利用してます。セキュリティもしっかりしていてとても使いやすいです。

改善してほしい点:

機能や使い方の内容を詳しく覚えないと、パソコンで普通に使っているコピー機能などうまく使えない時がありました。

クラウドストレージとしては2番手のソフト

製品を使ってみた感想： Googleドライブにはやはり全体の操作性などを含めてやや劣る印象。単純に保管や共有だけできればいいという組織向け。

良いポイント:

Windowsユーザーにとってはローカルと似たようなUIで操作しやすい。

改善してほしい点:

ワードやエクセルなどは一度ダウンロードしてからしか編集ができない。

トライアルで使用

製品を使ってみた感想： ファイル管理ソフトとして、トライアルで使用してみたが、仕事などでないと使用しない機能が多いため単に画像を整理する目的などで使用するならば割高になってしまう。機能面では欲しい機能は揃っていて申し分ない。

良いポイント:

ファイルの管理が簡単で、直感的に行える。単にファイル管理ではなくクラウドの保存なので、ストレージを気にせずに使える点。

改善してほしい点:

機能がかなり多く、何を使って良いか自分で調べてやらないと使いこなせない点。

どかこらでもアクセスできて便利

会社で作成したデータをpdfなどであれば外でスマホからでも確認することができる。

データのサイズが大きいとネット回線など環境によっては同期に時間がかかる

良いポイント:

導入したばかりでも分かりやすく使いやすいと思います。ある程度知名度もありますしセキュリティにも力を入れてるように思います。

改善してほしい点:

ランニングコストがかかりますので使い続けるメリットがあるかが判断どころだと思います。

製品を使ってみた感想： I use Dropbox every day for multiple aspects of my business. File Sharing is fast and easy. Backing up data - excellent. For remote work with clients keeping everything on Dropbox means we all have immediate access to the most up to date documents, spreadsheets, and marketing materials.

It was easy to set up and start using right away. Additional tools and services are added frequently.

改善してほしい点:

Some of the new services are confusing and I need to search for descriptions and tutorials.

製品を使ってみた感想： All in all it's a very useful tool, and I really like it because it's based out of Austin, TX!

It can be trick to share Dropbox files with individuals not on Dropbox, and it doesn't play nice with OneDrive or GoogleDrive.

製品を使ってみた感想： Looking back, I'm 50/50 on whether Dropbox was the best option for me - Google Drive may have been the better option due to not having to install anything and being able to upload just through the web browser. Now I have so much work stored on DB I'm a little stuck in being able to move easily to another platform so I persevere!

The competitive pricing, affordability of paying monthly. The familiarity - I was already using Dropbox for shared projects and personal. The amount of storage. At the time of purchase, I thought it was the better option for photo storage.

I'm unable to upload high-resolution photos via the Dropbox web browser as my session times out. This is a big disadvantage to the way I work/backup as I dislike having Dropbox installed on my laptop due to the storage space required.

Since this was early to the market and set the standard, I feel as though innovation and new features just didn't happen enough.

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience with dropbox is very good. I use it everyday with storing work files and accessing documents when I am not in the office. All of our sales reps. use dropbox and are highly satisfied as well. Over all I have 14 devices connected.

You can easily access all of your work files from your phone. Everything is nicely organized and easy to find. The amount of storage allowed.

I don't have any cons that come to mind.

製品を使ってみた感想： A solid and very well-known and estabilished file sharing service, with thousands of 3rd party integrations and solid features to store and sync your files and share or collaborate as needed. A first-class player in the field, and for good reasons.

Huge space available, with a nice UI to manage your files in an intuitive way, and a desktop and mobile app to access, sync and backup you stuff.

改善してほしい点:

It is quite pricey for personal use, although it gets a bit better with annual contracts and business tier (but you have to have at least three users and pay for each one).

Great for larger businesses

製品を使ってみた感想： While Dropbox Business offers A LOT of space, I didn't need that much space personally. I enjoyed the product and can see how it would make sense for larger businesses but I ended up switching to Google Drive since Google Drive is Free and DocHub for signing and contracts. I pay much less and can still house all the files I need.

With 3TB of storage, Dropbox Business offered me a TON of space to store family photos, documents, and other products. I also loved the search function so I could easily find things. It was also incredibly easy to invite collaborators and I utilized the signature feature more than once to sign documents.

改善してほしい点:

While it offered a lot of space, I think the pricing was a bit much. I ended up switching to Google Drive for storage and DocHub for signature purposes instead to save on costs.
