製品を使ってみた感想： The software's user friendly interface and powerful reporting tools have cut down my time spent on report generation to only allowing me to spend more time on in depth analysis. Since FreshBooks operates in the cloud, I can access and update reports from anywhere; which has come in really handy for remote work situations.

良いポイント:

Through the software, I can design visually pleasing credit risk reports in which complicated data can be communicated effectively across management. The advantage of being able to assign a report automatically to be updated with the latest relevant financial data means our risk assessments are always based on up-to-date information, which is such a necessity these days in the very fast progressing world of corporate.

改善してほしい点:

FreshBooks is great at what it does, and although it has a number of advanced predictive analytics tools, it’s missing tools designed specifically for risk analysis. Machine learning algorithms to find possible risk factors with historical data patterns will make their utility for our team much more precious.

My life was a mess until I started using Freshbooks.

製品を使ってみた感想： When I think about using Quickbooks or Excel I start to have a panic attack. When I think about using Freshbooks I get a refreshing feeling of a calm, relaxing wind.

製品を使ってみた感想： Fair on the product. Poor on overall support. The chat bot is almost useless, and I need to start a support ticket.

I do like the interface, and about 80% of its features are pretty good. But I really need to other 20%. It's not QuickBooks online.

The reports and the Analytics need a lot of work. I've sent in MANY suggestions. The reports are only good for the smallest of business. While we do under 1 million a year, we do need decent cashflow information and detailed reporting by COGS categories. In our case Mechanical parts and labor vs Upholstery parts and labor. We also need good Job costs data. I would not mind doing it manually, but the data is not broken down to do this. The worst issue has been since day one, they cannot seem to permanently fix issues importing my bank account. VERY slow responses from support and takes days and weeks to get their "process partner to fix it. Export of your data for backup can be done, put it is very manual and time consuming. There is no path to exporting items and services. I'd like to do this so we can have a copy in the shop.

Great Product but needs more key Accouting Features

製品を使ってみた感想： I had it for a few months to test it against other software that I was using but found it useful and friendly with the UI but it wasn't very convincing to be used as a accounting software compare to a quickbook

My experience with this billing software was overwhelmingly negative. It hindered rather than helped my business operations, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. Despite my efforts to make it work, the software's poor usability, unreliable features, and lackluster support left me with no choice but to seek out alternatives.

Nothing. It has nothing that other billing software doesn't have.

If you want to attach a multi-page PDF to an Invoice, only the first page is attached, and the PDF is also blurry and of poor quality. Team members must share a single signature on emails to send Invoices. Customer service is terrible; they never answer calls. The Invoice Details report does not include the reference field, which is one of the most critical information in an Invoice.

The transaction fee for Freshbooks handling invoice payment is quite high, and only comes down when you start paying them more, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind a Sales call to negotiate pricing.

invoicing/billing software ever if you ask me. We're saving time and money because we use Freshbooks. This is one app that I actually recommend to people I know.

Freshbooks is extremely user friendly. It's also a high quality product with a lot of good features and personalized settings. Awesome project and time tracking. I like to use the mobile app because we're traveling a lot and still need to use the service. It's easy to open and start working on whenever and wherever I want. I've never lost my work either. It feels like the app actually knows what I need and makes suggestions to help. I love that.

改善してほしい点:

We only need the inventory feature for a small portion of our sales so I haven't used it a lot, but I don't think it's as good as others I've used. Specifically inventory tracking.
